Unfortunately, you cannot use this discretely. Once applied, there is a fragrance and it can be tasted in oral sex. You’ll need to have a conversation with your partner when using this so not great for casual sex.

Ineffective and strong fragrance!
This cream gives a bit of a warming feeling, but doesn’t seem to do much else. The warming feeling was not unpleasant, but didn’t have a particular delaying effect. It has a really strong smell which is not unpleasant, but not good for oral. It leaves your junk smelling like a bag of Xmas potpourri!!
