Lovely romantic gift idea
Thanks to Lovehoney for sending me this item to review. The ‘It’s a date’ cards come in a cute little box with hearts on. Opening the lid, I find 52 cards inside, 26 are yellow and called “Going Out” and 26 are pink and called “Staying In”. There’s a card for every week of the year, hurrah! The little cards are well made and sturdy with a flap on the front which I open to see the suggestion underneath. They are covered in hearts and measure 3″ x 2.2″. There’s a nice mixture of tips for people who like to go ‘out out’ and for homebirds too. The cards contain romantic ideas to bring love and fun into your relationship. They aren’t sex-based, they are for people in a romantic relationship. Lots of the suggestions don’t cost anything which I like; for example, one is “find a cosy spot to watch the sunset together”. What a lovely idea! The suggestions are varied, some are classic tried-and-tested but there are lots of new ideas too, things I’d never have thought of. I love a date night with hubby, but it always consists of a meal and drinks, so I’m excited to try some of these ideas out. It’s a great gift idea for a loved one, or for yourself. It’s not kinky so you could buy these for a relative and not be embarrassed!

A touch of tame fun
Needless to say package received as always, this time as a tester. Nice little box with well made cards, perforated opening give a nice touch. Split into two categories, IN or OUT. Rather not give the game away by saying whats actually on the cards, we’d say these are a little tame for us as were expecting something far more raunchy! Don’t misunderstand us as there are a few in there that make some sexier suggestions. On a personal note, they are based around romancing your partner rather than ravishing them! Suppose it all depends on what you are in to…

Comes in handy when you and your partner aren’t sure what to do! Easy to store aswell they don’t bend either very good price and easy to use would highly recommend this product to someone who struggles to make decisions. Would buy again in a heart beat love it .

52 Weeks of Date Nights – As the product suggests this is a pack of small cards with 52 weeks worth of date nights – 26 staying in and 26 going out. The cards come in a small bright and funky box and are durable. I liked the cards as the dates were not extreme and achievable on a small budget. Perfect stocking filler for Christmas.

Perfect for keeping Date Night romance
We’ve had these lovely little cards as a couple for a few months now – it was one of the first things we bought from LH and we wanted to give them a good run before submitting a review. As a first experience with a LH product I was impressed with the discreet packaging and overall quality of the item when it arrived. The cards are made from a good quality laminated card so once you’ve made your way through the year they are likely to still be in a good condition to use all over again! There are a good mix of free suggestions and those which require a bit more cash. Likewise there is also a good mix of suggestions that you can just do on the day and those which require a little more planning (e.g. geo-cashing for Going Out and things like indoor camping for Staying In). Because of this we’ve turned our weekly selection into something to look forward to – taking in turns to pick a card each mid -week so we know what’s afoot for date night/day. It’s a nice surprise if the partner doing the choosing doesn’t tell the other what’s been picked too! Alternatively I think the cards would work well if you opened them all and then choose which one you wanted to do when you felt like it,( but that takes away a bit of the excitement!) The cards aren’t ‘sexual’; instead they’re great for romance and bonding. These cards are perfect for any gender matched couple and great for new couples as well as for those who have been together a long time or those who find thinking of things to do together a challenge – the decision is made for you! They take away the effort of deciding what to do differently each date night whilst making you want to actually put effort into the date.

Fun
This has been perfect for my boyfriend and I. Especially with the lockdown due to the pandemic. We pick one card every other day and it’s exciting to try something new. We’ll have to use the going out cards after this is all over! I have told a few friends about this product and I think that it is a great gift idea.

I’m sure lockdown has got the majority of us bored and out of ideas on what to do. This Lovehoney 52 Weeks of Date Nights card set will always be able to supply you with a fun new idea for you and your partner to get up to.Although some of the ‘going out’ cards can’t really be fulfilled right now, they still contain a lot of fun ideas that are good for now, as well as when the world becomes more normal. There’s cards looking at going out on a road trip, or having a picnic, which are still doable and can get you out of the house for a fun and cute day.The box is lovely and I love that the cards can be reused and are always a happy surprise when you pop up open the little doors. They’re interactive and unique in their concept, and are so much fun to use with a partner. Many of the cards will reignite your childhood excitement and joy, with the ideas of building forts and having indoor picnics in front of the TV. That childhood joy is such fun to act out while we’re usually stuck reflecting on what a difficult time it is at the moment.Overall, these cards are wonderful and such a great idea for when things get dull and tiring through lockdown as well as regular day life. It’s lovely not always having to think of things to do yourself!

A fun valentine's gift!
I bought these along with the “Oh! Sexploration Vouchers 52 Weeks of Adventures” as a fun Valentine’s gift for my partner and I to try out. They are a great way of coming up with date ideas without having to think about it! Some of the ideas were things we’d done before while other’s were things we’d never thought of doing! We’re having fun opening these cards and exploring what they have to offer. The staying in cards are especially useful nowadays!

Bought these as a fun gift idea to spend more time together at home as we were unable to go out as often whilst adjusting to family life. Some great ideas for staying in and going out too! Have had great fun with them and you can use them again and again.

Nice bit of fun
Over-all, well worth the expense, no regrets.I found quite a few double ups and cards that were very similar conceptually to each other. It would have been nice to see a bit more variation, and things that cater to a wider range of demographics; as a working-class father of two preschool-aged children, some of the ideas were simply unrealistic.

Perfect date additions
These were great for spur of the moment date ideas when we couldn’t think if something or just wanted a surprise. The variety is great and the option to choose in or out meant you had ideas for all occasions. Its also great that you can keep them and reuse them again and again. These are a great idea for fresh relationships and long term relationships.

Good deck of cards for spontaneous days/nights when you want to spend quality time with your partner.My partner and I have e enjoyed using these cards as there is a mixed variety of date nights to take part in. Great fun
We’ve not had these long but have used a few of the cards and found them fun. There are some suggestions we’d not have thought of – I won’t say what they were as don’t want to spoil it for others. It’s really good that there are ideas both for outings and staying in. We’re looking forward to trying more of them.
