Beautiful
This ostrich feather tickler arrived on it’s own in a big brown box, so light I thought it was empty. Opening the brown box I saw the handle on the tickler takes up almost the full length of the box and then the feathers are curved around the box carefully. I thought it looked so squashed and took it out quickly but was pleased to see it looked fine. Once out of the box it straightened up nicely with just a slight curve, which I’m sure will disappear over a week or so. It is packaged in a clear plastic bag which I ripped open quickly so I could take the tickler out. I was very pleased with how it looked, very luxurious. The handle is woven and this gives it a lovely look and feel, as most of my other ticklers have plastic handles. There are two black ostrich feathers at the top and these look amazing, large and very feathery. The tickler is much longer than any other I have and I love this as I can wave it around before swooping it down onto bare skin. The 2 feathers make the feather part nice and bushy looking and these are nice and soft for tickling and teasing. I enjoy using the end to tease and then holding it sideways and using the longer side to drag over a larger area of naked skin. The 2 feathers can be parted so there is a bigger area to use at the top which feels divine. I absolutely love the feel of this tickler on my skin and would love an enormous one that could be used on my entire body in one swoop! It’s soft, sensuous and teasing in the most delightful way and looks like a luxury item. I highly recommend this tickler to anyone thinking of buying one as it is great quality, amazing to look at and a very good price, as well as being a great tease. A must have tickler!

Great for beginners
This is my first tickler and my first Bondage Boutique product, I’ve always heard great things and this product did not disappoint. The long handle is flexible and the woven fabric makes it comfortable to hold. The ostrich feather is long and very soft with plenty of feathers which seem well attached. My hubby and I have had lots of fun exploring this feather and possible uses for it. The feather itself is so soft and gentle on the skin. My favourite thing to do with this feather is to give my hubby a sensual back rub using this tickler along with my hands. My husband’s favourite use for this is using it in me when I am blindfolded and cannot move. The other use we’ve found for this is it’s a great cat toy so if all else fails and you can’t stand been tickled you can use it as a cat toy instead!

A truly tingling, tactile treat
This is the first tickler we’ve tried so I can’t compare it to others but as a first experience it’s absolutely brilliant. The packaging is basic, it comes wrapped a plain plastic bag but this keeps it safe enough for transit. It did get slightly bent in the Lovehoney box as it really is very long but is certainly not broken and straightens out fine given a day or two to recover held flat in a big book (a tip discovered from a helpful Lovehoney forum member.) The quality of the tickler is superb. The handle is a woven texture and very easy to hold and manipulate and the head consists of two incredibly soft black ostrich feathers which so far have not shed any barbs and have kept their pristine condition perfectly. The end of the handle also has a little metal chain loop which can be used for hanging up the tickler when not in use. We have a pin wheel and have really just used that along with a flogger and paddle for sensory play before but I’m really happy to have added this tickler to the collection. Personally, I love the feel of the feathers gently tickling and stroking my skin. It gets every nerve’s attention and feels glorious. The length of the handle also means it is easy to reach absolutely everywhere without difficulty. I think with a blindfold, restraints and a paddle also to hand this becomes an amazing sensory overload experience. Just used on it’s own, it’s maybe less of a sexual turn on but still feels wonderful and is really relaxing so whatever the mood you’re going for I think this is a great buy. I now think everyone should have a tickler in their collection of toys and I certainly recommend this one.

Tickle Me Happy
This is my first bondage purchase amd i’m very happy with it. Its a great soft way to start. The product is really well made. I love the long handle, gives versatility when playing. The feather doesn’t shed and the handel has this woven textured exterior that is very sensual. It gives a lovely light tickle and makes you squirm. Especially when your partner is tied up. Its also nice to just stroke yourself with, and because of the long handle you can reach all sorts of places with ease.

Great for BDSM virgins
I won’t lie, this is something I would never think of buying, ever! But when LH asked for it to be reviewed and I offered to, I was surprised when it arrived on my doorstep mere days later. I wasn’t anxious about trying it, but actually quite excited! I’ve never tried anything BDSM or bondage related because I’m just not into that stuff, and neither have the men been whom I’ve been with in the past and present. My OH and I do like massaging one another though and gentle strokes on each others backs, arms, legs, necks, everywhere pretty much both make us feel relaxed. As well as that it’s very nice to do after sex, so when I brought out this tickler for us to try out, I didn’t know if he would be worried, or excited like myself. He was open to giving it a go, like I was and soon enough we both fell in love with this tickler. We used it on each others sensitive body parts (back, arms, chest, belly, legs, bum, neck, etc) before sex, as well as after sex and even when we weren’t thinking about sex! This was best used before going to sleep as it really did help us relax, and whilst myself or my OH did some work too. The feathers for this aren’t real of course, but they are really soft and it only takes the lightest touch for them to work and feel sensual and tickly (but a nice tickle of course!) For how much this is, it’s amazing quality and you can’t really go wrong! It has made me feel that little bit braver to try out some BDSM, but only blindfolding and/or handcuffs as I feel those would work perfectly with this tickler to bring out it’s real potential! If you’re a complete virgin to BDSM like my OH and I are, then I recommend you picking this up, as even if you don’t enjoy using it for sexual play, it makes a great massager, as well as something gorgeous to leave on your dressing table.

Poor
Due to skin sensitivity ticklers have become an essential bedroom accessory, I own a wide variety of ticklers from cheap and cheerful to luxury ones. So when Lovehoney added this new tickler to the bondage boutique range I was so thrilled I bought it straight away. I waited excitedly for 2 days for this to arrive only to have all that excitement ripped from me. The ostrich feather has a natural bend to it; I understand this from the many other feathers like this I own. However when this was packaged in the warehouse it was put in a box half its side and the feather was damaged. The feather was bent to the side; this was the natural bend that ostrich feathers have but damage from appalling packaging. Feathers are delicate and need to be treated as such, I was so upset when my husband asked me why I showed him my damaged tickler and he understood why. As mentioned because of skin sensitivity it can be painful to have my husband touch my skin and we rely on these ticklers at times to have intimacy. So to pay £13 for a tickler and have it be damaged is more to us than just a damaged bondage accessory. However I contacted Lovehoney and the customer service team offered to resend me the tickler at no extra cost to me. So again I waited excitedly for my postman to knock on my door. This time the feather arrived in a large box, even in a large box the feather is still folded round in the box due to the length of the handle. The feather comes packaged in a clear bag with the new bondage boutique labels on the outside. Personally I would rather have the feather not come in the plastic packaging but I can understand this is to keep the item clean and dust free. So when I took my new tickler imagine my shock when I was more disappointed than the first time. The feather was ratty and looked like my old bondage boutique feather that has seen years of use. I showed my husband the new tickler and he began to laugh at the poor quality of the feather. If the first feather hadn’t been so bent out of shape I would agree with everyone else, the feather was full and soft. It would have easily been one of the best ticklers I own; however the second feather was flimsy, small and ratty. For the price I paid for this it would be up there with the more luxury priced ticklers I own. I don’t buy anything other than ticklers from other companies and that is because I rate Lovehoney and the product quality so highly. However in this instance the quality of the packaging and item was very poor. Had I not had the first tickler to see what the quality of this item could be I would NOT pay £13 for this item. Lovehoney also stock other ostrich feather ticklers which are cheaper and better quality.

Exquisite teasing at its best
This is our second tickler but the most luxurious one we now own. I loved the look of this and was ecstatic to find we were going to be testing one! Unlike some of the other ones mine actually arrived perfect and not damaged at all only with a slight natural kink in it. It arrived in a box and packaged in a cellophane wrapper with the bondage boutique tag attached by a little silver chain. It has a long handle for teasing from a distance! This tickler is so luxurious and soft and teasing. My husband used it to tease me whilst I was tied up and it was so sensual and exciting. Especially used on my nipples and in between my legs. I used it on my husband too and he likes it around his neck and ears best. This tickler is wonderful, we loved testing it thank you lovehoney.

Exactly what we needed

I was not disappointed when this beauty arrived. Looking as glorious as the pictures, the handle is long and seems to be made of a metal core covered with a braided material so it is non-slip and comfy to hold. The feathers are a really nice size and can be used for heavenly feeling all over. The length of the handle also helps for easy reach, no matter what positions you are in.
