This is our 5th suction toy so the Womanizer X was going to have a to do better than some proven performers like the Mon Ami Rose. Non-performance aspects first. This thing is small! We got the black one and between the size and color its completely invisible on a reasonably cluttered bed side stand. Thats great if you need discrete storage. Thats the good part. The bad part is that it is loud. You would not want to use this in any situation where you were concerned about being heard. Finally the charging is done by a VERY short USB-A to Micro B cable. Most of us have longer Micro B cables (think old Android phones) laying around from ancient times but its kinda crazy a device this new is using Micro B connectors. Ok, on to performance. AMAZING! The small size actually helps make positioning easier. The “contact patch” for the suction head is excellent and made it very easy to hit the right spot. The longer “tube” makes it much easier to isolate on the sweet spot compared to the Rose and the larger circle puts more in the suction zone. Officially there are 4 speeds/levels. In our use levels 1 and 2 were useless. They just don’t have enough of anything. It would been nice to have one more level at the top end.Overall an excellent addition to our collection. It absolutely does the job. That said it is not without limitations. If you need a quiet toy, this isn’t it. That’s a shame because its tiny size makes it the perfect “secret” friend.
