Mind blowing - solo and together
What a great pairing… I’ll split this review into a few sections…Arcwave Voy – genuinely the best wank ive had. I have used a few strokers and flashlights etc, and this is the best. I don’t know how they made it so good without using power, but 🤯Easily adjustable and adaptable, one of the easiest to clean. The only downside is the noise. I was recently gifted this couples kit and in perfect time for our anniversary holiday, and I what better place to test this out than in Amsterdam! Luckily no security checked our hand luggage! When the toys arrived I was very impressed at now well it’s packaged, coming in a very high quality sturdy box which the lid just slides straight up off the top to present two beautiful toy located in the rightful slots. Inside It has everything you need to get you started including a magnet charging cable and even a little Bottle of lube that you’ll get a couple uses out of, I thought was a really nice little extra. The sync 2 is my second we vide couples vibrator so I’ve got a little experience with them, the sync 2 is slightly different to my other (sync go) because it’s slightly bigger and most notably a more prominent point on the inside vibrator but still nothing intimating for someone new to them. The texture is amazingly soft and silky smooth as with all we vibe products honestly you can’t beat them for that. Putting in the sync 2 is really easy you just need a little help from some good quality lube and it should slip right in, now the couples toy can feel slightly different due to the way it sits but once you get started I’m sure there’s no complaints. When my girlfriend and I are playing with this toy she likes to lay on her back and have me slowly insert it, then once in she loves to play with the Bluetooth app and find exactly what she wants. It’s got a clever manual tightening mechanism that increases the intensity the tighter you go. Now I said I was disappointed…that was right up until the first time I took myself to the bedroom, stripped off naked with only the voy and a fairly large bottle of lube in my hands. On the largest setting I squeezed a generous amount of lube inside the toy and started slowly going to town. With my eyes closed my head just fell backward, I couldn’t believe this was a stroker the feeling was so intense and realistic. As with every stroke intensity grew but I wanted more and increased the intensity with the tightness until it was like the cum was being pulled out of me. But this isn’t just a solo toy pair that with having your partner licking and sucking the end of you penis like it’s a lolly pop on a hot day while you stoke, yeah it’s quite the mess quite quickly. A great couples combo but be sure you've checked what you're getting.
I’ve purchased a number of we vibe products over the years for my partner and so I was thrilled when I saw this combo from a brand I know and trust.The first thing to point out is that this is a manual stroker, not electronic or app controlled.The stroker is sturdy with 2 screw caps at either end. Fully assembled it looks completely innocuous and currently has a place on my desk shelf. The rubber inside is soft with lots of give and I had no issues at all when using the lube supplied in the box. Unlike other strokers this one has an adjustable ring which increased the tightness of the stroker, there are about 8 settings slowly increasing but I personally feel there could be a few more. As always with a well lubed open stroker there is a lot of slurping noises which may be off putting and a turn off for some people. The inside rubber can be easily removed and turned inside out to ensure a thorough clean.The female vibe is app controlled and is everything we’ve come to know and love from the brand. Previous connection issues seem to be a thing of the past and this is a great addition for anyone. You can find people to connect with or give that special person access to the control whether they’re in a different room, across from you at a party or on a different continent you can surrender your pleasure to them. The app is easy to use and you can use one of the many presets and control the intensity or simply go freestyle with finger drawn patterns which you can also save once you have worked out what the perfect combination is. This review is from the perspective of a couple: a femme vulva owner (me!) and non-binary person with a penis (they/them).Firstly, I was absolutely blown away by the presentation and quality of this set. The packaging is beautiful, sturdy and sophisticated – absolutely ideal for gifting to a partner, or perhaps even a sexy wedding gift if you have that kind of relationship with the happy couple!Inside you’ll find both toys carefully nestled in foam inserts. The We-Vibe Sync 2 section lifts up to reveal some instruction manuals, a We-Vibe branded storage bag for the Sync 2 and its remote control, a USB charging cable for the Sync 2, a little bottle of lube and an Arcwave sticker.Arcwave Voy:This is our first Arcwave toy, and from this experience it will not be our last!My partner has used a few different strokers, the most comparable to this one being one of the open ended Fleshlight Quickshot toys. The Voy is quite a “glow up” from that as the material is apparently silicone which is a lot easier to clean and maintain for years to come, and more notably the tightness is adjustable for a customised fit.The Voy looks great and is super discreet when not in use – with the end caps on it looks a bit like a camera lens! The material is very squishy but maybe a bit firmer than our Fleshlights, for reference. The inner texture has a deep ribbed effect.In use, the Voy is great however we encountered a couple of things that made it not quite a perfect experience more my partner.Firstly we both found it tricky to adjust the tightness. There is very little to grip and twist the toy, which is made even worse when there is lube all over it (and you’ll need A LOT of water based lube with this one). This is a distraction when my partner felt they needed it to be either a bit tighter or looser in the moment.Secondly and most notably – my partner is above average in size, particularly in girth (maxing out at around 6 inches in circumference at maximum arousal). They found they could only use the two loosest settings, otherwise they couldn’t actually insert their penis into the toy, let alone enjoy it. They used the second loosest setting all the way to orgasm the first time and reported feeling a bit sore/sensitive after as really the loosest has the best fit. This is a shame as they can’t really make use of the main feature of the toy! Folks with a penis should note that if you have significant girth (we reckon over 5.75 inches circumference) then this might not be a great product for you.We-Vibe Sync 2:It’s been a very long time since we attempted to use a C-shaped couples toy like the Sync 2, and back then it didn’t go very well because we struggled with fitting things in the right places and it actually feeling good!Unfortunately the Sync 2 was a repeat of this experience. While the Sync 2 is flexible, the internal arm is still very rigid (which it has to be as there’s a powerful motor in there!) and we both don’t enjoy the feeling that much.I have enjoyed using the Sync 2 by itself though, especially with the We-Vibe app. The remote that comes with it is Fine, but to really make use of all the settings and options, the app is where it’s at.There are soooo many options to customise the stimulation, it’s really fun, even when I’m on my own!The motors in both in internal and outer arms are really decent – a huge step up from our old one. The outer one in particular is almost on par with the We-Vibe Touch X which is my favourite toy to whip out during partnered sex.By itself the Sync 2 doesn’t quite put enough pressure where/when I need it so I have to press it with my hand if I want to actually orgasm from it. Otherwise it is great for teasing or warming up, especially with a partner at the controls!The app is supposed to support long distance play with a partner if they have the app installed to, but we haven’t got round to testing this feature yet.Overall this is a great kit. We have zero complaints about the quality of these products, they just didn’t quite hit the mark for us due to anatomy clashes.

A really fun set
The Voy was great. Being able to adjust the tightness on the fly made the experience so much better than basic strokers. The form factor is great because it’s relatively small and inconspicuous, easy to clean, and easy to prepare. The Sync 2 was shockingly enjoyable. The hands-free nature of the device made for a more intimate experience and it really elevated pentrative sex.

We tested the Sync together first as a foreplay and she seemed to like it, got her properly excited. Remote control is a good addition compared to the original one which was nearly impossible to control while penetrating. Sadly it was working very randomly having connection issues. Could be the battery.I’m quite thick and was worried if i would fit in together with the toy – as was she. But enough lube and careful while going in, i was able to slide myself there without too much trouble. For me it wasn’t very pleasurable while having sex since it’s pressing against my penis quite tightly and it was hitting the edge of my glans a bit sharply. She wasn’t complaining though and will probably use it again.Didn’t try the app yet but fiddling with the phone doesn’t seem like something i want to do while having sex.Sadly the Voy isn’t for me. I think the hubby likes this much more then I do. He seems to take much less time in the shower now that he has a certain toy to hand.
