Good for foreplay
For me, it just didn’t tickle my fancy enough. I actually bought the wrong one, thinking this one had the sturdy C shape, not knowing there are different types. The clit stimulator part lays flat and flimsy like (but not poorly built in any sense). Moreso that it just hangs loose, so to speak, instead of gripping to your clit like I imagine the other variants would do. The vibrations could be stronger. I just could not come though, without an additional clit vibrator. Good for foreplay and allowing partner to enjoy as I go shopping (lol). To me, this is more of a wearable egg and is a great idea for long distance lovers. I will be buying the other one soon.

I found the egg a nice size and comfortable to wear around, even whilst walking the dog. I would not say this egg is going to get you off instantly. Not worth the money

Could be fun

Disappointing

Amazing, When it works 😢
My OH and I have talked about this kind of toy before and I decided grab this while it was on offer. I read the reviews both good and bad and mainly the connection was an issue for others but hey let’s give it ago. Arrived nice and discretely although you just know when it arrives what it is!! Excited!! We were not brave enough to put this toy into public action just yet so a late night evening of excitement was on the cards. Incredible vibration! But not for intended use
The vibrations are shockingly incredible! It has so many different vibration functions on the app. I think it’s amazing how they’ve created it, swap, change, more or less can be done within a click or a swipe. Although, I could not orgasm with it inside me, I did manage to orgasm with it externally, on my clitoris. When I was lying down with it inside me it was fine, quiet and comfortable. I was more than a little disappointed but my partner reassured me that he could still connect to the Jive via Bluetooth so long as I was within range – this took the long distance play off the table entirely but at least we were able to use the device when together…Having charged the Jive, I later decided to give it a shot and was really impressed with how comfortable it felt to wear. It really does look like a high end product before you even see it.The vibrator is sat, nestled in a moulded insert at the top of the box and underneath is the charger, manuals, a sachet of lube and a satin bag to put it all in.Charging is super easy with the magnetic port and out of the box took about 90 mins to fully charge. We have so far used it on and off for about 2 hours and is still going strong.You can use it through either the button on the tail or through the app.We both installed the app and connected it to the jive. We’ve read lots of reviews about connectivity issues and I’ll come back to that but initially all was good. With that done, I used the sachet of lube and inserted it. Its a lovely size and shape and fits snuggly. This would be great for beginners to insertable and wearble vibes as it’s not too big but also great for the more seasoned user aswell. I did lots of moving, squatting, sitting, standing etc and it was still happily sat where it belongs. Once turned on, I handed control to hubby. The app is fairly simple to use and you can change the intensity and patterns as well as create your own patterns. Once we opening up the box, the vibrator was neatly presented, with a charger lead, instructions and small sachet of lube.After charging for a couple of hours and downloading the We-Vibe app, we set it up, which was easy- literally turn on the vibe and set the app to “Search”.The app was a great novelty idea- different settings, 1) an up and down slider, for vibration strength, 2) a 4 corner different vibration type and 3) Slide your finger over the phone screen anywhere, for different vibrations.The actual vibrator is a decent size- not too big, but needs a little lube to go in easy.The vibrations are good and strong, with the typical noise levels you’d expect, but it just didn’t do it for the Mrs. We ended up taking it out and using directly on her clitorus instead to get a better response from it, which isn’t want you want from this. That’s what a bullet or wand would do better and cheaper.It’s a shame as the whole thing looks amazing and a great idea, it just doesn’t quite hit the mark.

I enjoyed this love egg but have mixed feelings about it.Firstly the box is really cute and sturdy, and instructions for pairing it with your phone are printed on the inside of the lid, which is handy. It comes with a little silk pouch to keep it in, a magnetic charging cable and a little sachet of lube.I got the love egg in pink and it’s a lovely vibrant pink. The silicone surface is velvety soft so it slides in easily. It’s really light when it’s in too, so you can focus on the rumbly sensation and not your pelvic floor.Charging is really simple; the magnetic end attaches to the egg and it flashes whilst it charges, changing to a solid light when is charged so you know when it’s ready to go.We had no problems pairing it with my OH iPhone. It paired almost instantly. I note some reviewers had problems with the app and pairing the egg. I’ve only had it a short time but have given it a good go and so far haven’t had an issue with it. As soon as it was charged and paired my OH and I got going. It has a great range of patterns and intensities and my OH had fun controlling it from the app. The vibrations are rumbly rather than buzzy, which I much prefer. However, I did find that even the lowest rumble was quite strong. I quite like that but it might be a bit intense for somebody more sensitive.I found it took quite a long time to orgasm. I’ll start by reviewing the toy and then the app. The toy comes in a nice little box you’ll have seen with the usual accessories. It’s quite unassuming and simple in design. The charging points have a little design touch which is appreciated but more importantly the charger fixes on magnetically easily so you know it’s connected (plus it lights up on charge).The skin of the toy is soft and velvety smooth and is all one molded piece. It is ergonomic and fits in nicely where it should with the antenna resting in place outside. A little lube and it slips right in and remained in place throughout play in the bedroom and with a bit of walking and sitting (didn’t test it during vigorous exercise but the OH said she never felt worried it was going to pop out).The vibrations can range from a bit of a rumble to a buzz depending on pattern and intensity. The ability to sync to the beat of music is upcoming but wasn’t live for me.With any pattern chosen you can then change the intensity as you go, and in the settings there is the option to limit how strong the vibrations can be so if too strong is a turn off it can be set to stay within pleasurable limits.There is a setting to have your favourite patterns on one screen to easily move between them and also a ‘playlist’ that will record a sequence of patterns so if you hit gold you can programme it in and let the toy take over and do it’s thing.I didn’t find the create a pattern useful since I couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t already created.The toy paired easily and worked when we were in different rooms in the house and walking/sitting together outside. We have had a session at a distance when I was working away and it worked as well as if I was in the room, although I found it harder to judge her feedback without being in the room to see it. The Jive works without the app and can be switched on by holding the button near the charge port for a good few seconds (perfect it won’t go off in your luggage if traveling with it). We downloaded the app from the app store (were iPhone users) this was dead easy, press the Jive button until you get 2 vibrations and it paired instantly. From the app you can then control the vibrations from the phone. The Jive is made of super soft silicone and is a lovely shape. Its big enough that it won’t fall out. The insertable bit measures 8cm in length and 10.5cm in circumference. After a bit of lube it slid straight in. The vibrations are nice and deep inside and the vibes and excitement made Mrs A very wet. Mrs A cannot orgasm from internal stimulation and although this toy really excited her and drove her crazy she found it frustrating with no clitoral action. We rectified this with some hand and tongue action which sent her over the edge. The tail of the toy is flexible and can sit outside the vagina or between the labia. Not Very Impressed
We received this toy in the mail and we were so excited to try it out. The packaging from We-Vibe is always really nice and gets you super excited when you first get your toy. I also love that they give you a little test satchel of lube with their toys. Once we got it out the package and charged up we messed with the app because a lot of previous reviews knocked the app. We could find no issues with connectivity or use from the app. We actually found the app pretty entertaining and it got us excited for what was to come next. So we left it connected to the app and got to work. We split open the test lube satchel and slathered the smooth silicone of the Jive. It was very easy to insert. I mean really easy. It felt like a slippery egg. So once it was in we started playing with the different setting on the app. Everything worked great. Unfortunately we didn’t see any moment of orgasm. For the price we were really expecting it to blow us away, but instead it left us thinking we would rather use outlr cheaper toys that provide the same results. I suppose you do have to pay for technology so it probably is worth it to be able to use an app to control the egg vs a cheap remote like the onse that come with other branded toys. All in all though it didn’t impress us from what we’re expecting based off of experience with other toys. I will say we haven’t tried it yet, but I could imagine this being really fun to wear in place while also getting it in the rear. A great idea, but lacking execution
We-Vibe have quickly established themselves as the ultimate brand for couples play over recent years. This We-Vibe Jive app-controlled love egg hopes to continue that reputation, although with mixed results. As always with We-Vibe, the packaging is smart, sturdy, and sophisticated. Everything you need is in the box, meticulously arranged, including the toy, magnetic USB charger, satin storage pouch, and even a sachet of lube! There’s a quick start guide to get you going, as well as instructions for downloading the We-Connect app.The jive itself is a lovely dusky blue colour, and has a clean minimalist design, and excellent build quality. I was disappointed, however, to find that the silicone is rather draggy, and nowhere near as soft and velvety as other lower-priced alternatives. The magnetic charger works very well, and attaches securely to the toy. I sometimes find that magnetic leads come loose easily, but I haven’t experienced that with the Jive. To get the most out of your Jive, you will need to connect it to the We-Connect app via Bluetooth. This is simple to do, and once your device is paired you will be presented with a range of options for customising your pleasure.The first option is a simple slider for adjusting the strength of continuous vibrations. This works well, although there can be a delay of a couple of seconds before the toy responds. This is the mode that I use most often, so it’s nice to have a fumble-free way of changing the speed without the risk of accidentally switching to a pattern. If patterns are your thing though, there is a handy grid where you can drag your finger to select your favourite setting, whilst simultaneously changing the speed. There are 3 standard patterns included, and a ‘+’ button in the fourth corner for adding an additional vibe pattern. There are plenty more to choose from here, and you can even draw your own! I have tried this, however I felt like it didn’t add anything different to the system vibes. There is also a ‘touch’ mode, in which the toy is supposed to respond to your movements on the screen. This doesn’t work at all – only occasionally responding, and weakly at that. The ‘beat’ mode is not yet ready, which is a shame. Bluetooth connectivity is relatively good – I have only lost my connection once or twice during use. You are able to use the toy without the app, although this will only allow you to cycle through the modes with the power button, and not adjust the speed. I find the Jive comfortable to wear, but unfortunately it doesn’t do anything for my G-spot. It would need to be more angled towards my tummy to work in that way. The vibrations are powerful and rumbly, but they don’t provide any pleasure internally, so clitoral stimulation is definitely required. I feel like this defeats the purpose of the toy, as you can’t use it discreetly advertised. It is also too noisy for me to feel confident using it in public. One redeeming point is that the We-Vibe Jive is completely submersible, so you can wear it in the bath/shower, swimming pool, hot tub, or wherever you please! This also makes it a doddle to clean after use. All in all, I feel a little bit let down by the We-Vibe Jive, and I wouldn’t rush to recommend it. The Jive doesn’t really deliver where orgasms are concerned, unless it is being used as a clitoral vibe, or in conjunction with another sex toy. It doesn’t seem to enhance the power of my orgasms either, and it’s not comfortable enough to wear around the house – so I imagine that this toy will become obsolete for us.

Easy to use, buy it!
We were sent this by lovehoney for review. It has a nice solid box that you can actually keep it in rather than the usual flimsy cardboard most toys come in. It also has a nice satin pouch if you’d rather keep it in that, which is a nice touch. The app is really easy to setup with the toy and the instructions on how to do it are really easy to follow. There is a button on the end of it, however it can be a little difficult to use as it’s quite small and with so many functions it can be hard to tell what function is next. The app however means you can set exactly what you want and what speed, and makes each function very customisable. With the amount of functions it has there is bound to be something for everyone. The toy is made from very smooth silicone and seems quite robust, I was a bit concerned the tail would be a bit flimsy but that isn’t the case. Overall it isn’t very big but certainly packs a punch and is very quiet. With the end of the toy being so small it’s easily moved out of the way for access to other areas.

I charged the toy for around 90 minutes, as advised in the manual, until the flashing light stayed solid to indicate full charge. I flicked through each vibrating pattern, of which there’s 10, by simply pressing what is the power button (except to turn on/off you hold for 2 seconds). Easy. The patterns range from a slow, steady rumble to stops and starts to powerful waves. I applied the sachet of water based lube that was provided (an addition that I’ve never received with a toy before but is handy and saved me moving from my spot on the sofa to retrieve lube from the bedroom!). Then I got to work. I slipped the toy inside me; the smooth finish of the silicone allowing easy insertion. At a reasonable size, the toy sat comfortably inside me with the tail sat up across my vulva, well within easy reach. Disappointing
I was so excited when I received the email saying that I was receiving this product to review.On opening the box I was impressed with the bright pink colour of the love egg, it’s a nice size and is made with soft smooth silicone. There is also a lovely white satin bag to store your egg in, a small sachet of lube, and a magnetic charger which is easy to connect to the magnetic port on the tail of the egg next to the control button.When I got to try the We-Vibe Jive Love Egg out I had high expectations for it, but I was sadly left disappointed. I only really Orgasm from Clitoral stimulation so I think I was expecting a bit too much from this egg.For the price of this We Jive Love Egg, I was expecting the vibrations to be felt a lot stronger from the tail of the egg onto my clit. The only area that I could feel a strong vibration from was the base of the tail and inside of me, I would say that the vibrations were only slightly stronger than some of the cheaper eggs but were not strong enough to give me even the slightest orgasm.I also found that the tail was a bit too long as it went way past my Clitoris area.There are 10 speeds and vibrations for you to go through to see which one you prefer. I preferred to stick to the highest strength of the constant vibration, but there was no orgasm from using this love egg alone. The egg did leave me feeling horny and wanting an orgasm so I ended up having to get my We-Vibe Melt out and giving myself an orgasm that way. We also tried using this toy while having intercourse but my husband found the vibrations too strong around his penis so we had to put a stop to that as it might have ended our bedroom fun a bit too soon 🤭Now for the We-Vibe Jive App Review. What a big waste of time this app is, it constantly disconnects within seconds. We found this App very frustrating 😤 I think these toys would be best to be sold with a remote control whilst also giving the option of using the app if you wanted to. This is now no use as a couple’s play toy when my partner can’t even control it, we were constantly having to press the button on the tail of the egg to try and pair it up and even when it was paired up it wouldn’t control the Vibrations.We gave up on this app after trying many times for my husband to be able to control it.I think myself and the Husband will carry on using our cheap remote control love egg as we have no problems using this. My first We-Vibe
My delivery from Lovehoney was super quick and in discreet packaging as always!This is my first we-vibe toy and I’m impressed! The packaging of the toy is of high quality, on opening it was nice to get the silky storage bag and little sample sachet of lube. Loved this touch as it meant everything you needed was there! Along with a small handbook and usb charging lead.The toy it’s self is a really good size for me, a great shape for comfortably fitting inside and the material is super soft feeling so no nasty hard plastic feeling!After charging up using the snazzy magnetic charger, and the led light indicating full charge I could wait to get this thing going. Easy to control in person via the button on the thin external end of the egg, button press to flick through the different patterns and intensity.Now for the best part, you can get the we vibe app on your phone to control the toy and also allow a partner to control the toy from elsewhere. The app is easy to use, and once your connected it’s super fun. The connection did drop a couple of times but it mainly worked very well. I used the app myself which gives great control without touching the toy. I’ve also waited to write this review until me and my partner had a chance at long distance play, allowing him to control my egg while away from me. The app is fun and easy to use, and also has a message and call feature via the app for those long distance sessions! I love a bit of secret fun so remote control toys are a definite favourite. The toy arrived in the usual excellent discreet packaging and once open the toy itself was in a pink and blue box featuring a picture of the toy and some information about it’s features.Inside the box you find the toy, a charging cable, a satin storage bag and a little sachet of lube, basically everything you need other than the smartphone. The charger is usb and has a magnetic connector which attached reasonably securely to the toy. Whilst it was charging I downloaded the app, once installed it provided instructions on how to link to the toy and this was complete in seconds. The toy has a single button on the ‘tail’ which switches it on and off and cycles through various patterns, this allows you to use the toy without the app should you want to. Putting the button on the external bit is a great idea as it means you can switch it on and off whilst inserted. The toy itself is high quality and feels fairly heavy with a smooth blue finish.My first impression of the vibrations was that they were deep and rumbles rather than buzzing which is good and means it’s fairly quiet. Inserting it was easy enough with a small amount of lube and once inserted it felt comfortable and the low vibrations felt pleasant. After getting dressed the app remained connected to the toy, this is something I’ve had trouble with using some other toys.The app is fairly basic to use, you can select between single vibe, multi vibe or touch mode, the first two modes allow you to drag your finger on the screen and the toy changes vibrations as per the app. The touch mode allows you to create a pattern by drawing on screen and the toy then follows it, it’s quite fun but not really practical for outside fun. The other feature allows you to give control to another app user (we didn’t manage to get this working but we’re not very technical).We’ve used the toy to make country walks in our local village a bit more fun, it’s liberating to know you’re being naughty but without others knowing and we enjoy the thrill. The toy is pretty quiet except on the highest setting, the vibrations aren’t powerful enough to bring me to orgasm but I’m certainly ready as soon as we’re home (or in a secluded spot in the woods).

Looks really good, and has plenty of instructions, directly on the box. The two things that annoyed me though – the cheesy one liner “the ultimate inside job” ugh… and the fact it claims to keep you “tingling inside all day long”. Someone in the marketing team didnt really test its battery performance!The toy comes with instructions, a silk-esq bag, a usb cable (proprietary – so if you lose it – its gone) and a one use sachet of pjur lube. The toy itself is made with soft smooth silicone – we received the blue one, and its quite a nice colour. Connecting the wevibe on the tail of the egg was nice and easy thanks to the magnets – BUT I do worry about all these different USB cable chargers – my drawer is full of them!Connecting the wevibe to the phone app was ok… but didnt work first time (and that was with the new version of the app). It took a bit of on/off-ing and fiddling, my phone is a new-ish android 12 phone. But in the end – it worked and now connects at the first time of asking every time. The hope from my wife that the tail of the vibe was going to provide some clitoral stimulation, so she was very eager to try it. Unfortunately – its only really the body of the we-vibe that vibrates, so she didn’t get any feelings on her clit. She also mentioned it looks like a mouse! Which when you hold it up by its tail – I guess it does a little haha. It feels like the connection is strong and I had no issues with it coming off. The Jive held its charge well and I got about 2 hours play which allows me to wear whilst out and about too – there is lots of fun to be had with the Jive and I adore using love eggs as a bit of foreplay when out on dates.The Jive cleaned well with warm water and antibacterial soap – it is also waterproof so I know I can clean the whole toy thoroughly with no issues. Great fun toy...with a few glitches
We received this toy with a lot of excitement. The idea of hands-free play was at the top of the list – so it was immediately put to the test.From the outside, it looks and feels like a really good quality product. The silicone is soft, it was easy to insert, and once in stayed in place really well. We initially just controlled it manually – and it certainly go me warmed up quite quickly. And as a toy for that purpose its perfect – however I don’t think that it would ever “alone” get me over the top – however the vibrations and pressure on my g-spot were lovely – and when paired with some clitoral play this produced an amazing feeling. Connection issues let this down
This comes nicely packaged in its box which gives an impression of quality, and the egg itself is a beautiful blue. It’s easy to charge with a magnetic connection on the tail and the light flashes when charging, goes constant when it’s fully charged. The We-Vibe app can take a couple of attempts to connect so persistence and patience are necessary. The app is intuitive, you can choose preset vibration modes or create your own. The level and pattern of vibration can be changed by sliding your finger up and down the relevant page of the app.It does say that they’re working on being able to pair with a Spotify playlist, so that could be fun in future. There is also the option with the egg/latest version of the app for long distance control – I wasn’t able to test this feature out so not sure how effective it is! The main issue I have with the egg is the same as with the We Vibe Bloom, in that the Bluetooth connectivity isn’t very good. If it’s out in open space, connection to the app is fine and steady but anything in between the phone and egg and the connection drops. Even just closing my legs does it. The egg does keep vibrations keep going on the pattern they were on when the connection was lost; but it does defeat part of the point of the toy. Being able to change settings from the app while it’s in place seems to be a major factor in the cost of this, and as the connectivity (at least for me) is so unreliable, the egg sadly doesn’t warrant the price! The vibrations are strong which I enjoy, and I actually like some of the patterns, which is a rarity for me. It doesn’t get me to orgasm but definitely turns me on and this combined with clit stimulation does get the job done. If the connection issues could be resolved, I’d be able to rate this a whole lot higher.

This arrived for us to review. We have a couple of app controlled/reote controlled toys and to be fair we find most of the time the controller is little more than a gimmick. However this was the first toy we had that allowed more distant remote control.First impressions were good, the We-vibe is packaged really beautifully with a box that was more reminiscent of a high end mobile phone than something that provided orgasms a-plenty. We bought this having toyed with the idea of some sort of app controlled toy for use in public, as well as the bedroom, and it doesn’t disappoint. For us, this purchase was a toss up between the Jive or the Moxie. In the end the decision came down to the Jive likely being quieter than the Moxie as it’s an internal toy (no idea if there’s any truth to that!), but we might well buy a Moxie too at some point (is there such a thing is too many toys in the box?). As always for Lovehoney, delivered promptly and discretely. The product is solid and well built like all the We-Vibes we’ve owned and with a nice weight to it. The addition on the newer We-Vibe products of magnetic charging with a USB plug is great. It’s submersible, which comes with obvious advantages, but also makes it really easy to clean. It is more than capable of the strong vibrations associated with bigger toys and we got a solid three hours of play out of a full charge with some juice left in the battery. After a brief try in the bedroom to set it up, our first time out was to a gig in a pub with friends. Make sure you A: charge the Jive and B: set up the app before you go out as it’s a little laborious to get started – sync’ing the Jive to your phone requires a press and hold on the device (nice and easy in the bedroom, not so easy in the middle of a pub). The app then gives you full control of the device – intensity and patterns as well as blending multiple patterns and a music to vibration mode. Top tip: pop some lube in the travel bag to keep with the toy. Once you’ve both got the app you can link a partner and request/grant control of that device to that partner. Here’s the downside we came across: the device controller (in this case her phone) has to stay on with the app open, or it drops the connection to the partner’s phone. We had no problem with the vibe staying connected to the phone, but it’s not realistic that you’ll be able to keep your phone on and open for the evening. I’m sure this is either something specific to the way we set up the app, or something We-Vibe are working on. While it’s working it’s great. We intentionally stopped short of orgasms, keeping her on the edge and ready for when we were alone. But, according to her, there’s no doubt it could have got her over the line. It’s got strong vibes and stamina and could go completley undetected if you wanted it to. Too subtle for me
I am loving the new button-in-tail designs that are coming out on recent eggs! This isn’t my favourite, that honour goes to the Lovehoney Rechargeable Remote Control Love Egg, but the Jive is a close contender that has a lot of improvements and extra features even if they don’t work for me. The Jive having a button in the tail to control the settings and turn it on and off is fantastic since I don’t like the tiny fiddly remotes that take batteries or having buttons on the body of the egg. For remote control, being able to use your phone is great, and far less suspicious than hiding a remote in a pocket for people who want to be using it when out and about. Even if someone manages to peek at your screen it doesn’t particularly scream “sex toy app!” Besides the convenience as a regular remote, the app is really fun – you can make your own patterns by drawing a squiggle and then chain patterns together into a playlist giving you far more control than most toys. I didn’t find it the most intuitive user interface immediately, I felt I had to do a fair amount of tapping around the app to figure out how it worked, but it’s still a good experience. I was disappointed that you can’t tweak your hand drawn patterns, you have to get them right first go. I gave up on trying to draw my perfect squiggle in the end, but I was trying it whilst using the toy which may not have helped my focus! Making changes to pattern and intensity does work in real-time, but it has a little delay that threw me off until I got used to it. Maybe that could be fun with a partner controlling the toy – they know what’s coming a second before you feel it! The iOS version of the app installed and worked with no problems first go, but when I tried to connect an android phone I was never able to connect at all. I’d never previously used the apps, so these are a fresh install of the latest version on each mobile, so that’s also worth setting up and checking in advance. While it’s fun to set up, I recommend doing it in advance with a partner as the date part of the evening, since trying to figure it out killed the mood. It’s easier to get an idea of what changes you’re making rather than just trying something and waiting for your partner to tell you how it feels. The shape and size I was really hoping would work for me, but I think maybe I would have been better going for the G-spot version. My LH egg is a lot bigger and has one side that’s flat to almost concave which I think helps it target my G-spot a lot better. I was hoping the Jive would be a better fit, and it is more comfortable, but whether it’s down to the shape, or the size, the Jive doesn’t feel like it’s targeting anything in particular. For external use this works well because my clit is apparently a lot more sensitive so I need very different vibrations for each. For trying to see if I could enjoy the Jive in a more sensible timeframe I tried it with a womanizer, but even on the low settings I could barely feel the Jive in comparison. The flip-up tail is another unusual feature, it does help keep it tucked out of the way nicely in underwear, but I didn’t find it transferred vibrations particularly. It also got in the way of trying to use any other toy for clitoral stimulation at the same time – including for oral sex which is one of the main things I want to have a love egg for. It’s flattened rather than a tube like most toys, which helps it keep a low profile in underwear, but I found this made the thin edges feel almost sharp. I like the external charger, and the fact it is one piece of silicone. Some eggs have the charging port in the egg itself which I’m not a fan of. The only part of the Jive that’s a pain for cleaning is the We-vibe logo on the side, which is raised up enough to scratch a little as well as to need extra scrubbing, I could also feel the seam where it has been made in 2 pieces. Despite all of the good things about the Jive, I’m personally likely to choose my Lovehoney Rechargeable Remote Control Love Egg most times for the extra power, even though the design is clunky, even though it’s louder, it’s a pain to clean, it’s not as comfortable, it has worse feeling vibrations, it has no app – all areas where the Jive excels and vastly outstrips it! But ultimately, I’m after an egg that will actually make me orgasm not just a fun tease, and sadly for me that’s just not the Jive. Since the Jive is small, fairly quiet, not particularly powerful, has a discreet tail that can be hidden under clothes, and can be controlled by an app on someone else’s mobile I think that it’s likely designed for people who want to wear it out in public with their partner. It’s not what I look for in a love egg, but I think it would work well for someone who did.

However, the We Vibe Jive has not proved quite so good. The app control has been ok from one mobile phone, but each time that my wife and I have tried to use the Jive with any distance between us we have found it impossible to maintain any contact with the Jive. The We-Vibe Jive’s app compatibility is the worst. There is a known software issue with the app that causes the battery to deplete in the device upon pairing… if you can even pair it. They offered no solution to the problem, just that they were aware of the problem. From my research it has been an ongoing product since it was released and I doubt it will be fixed anytime soon. Also the long-distance partner pairing does not work ever. You are better off getting a less expensive remote controlled (not app controlled) item.

So I got this for my misses as a Christmas present. She practically begged for it. Took a good 10 mins to make it connect to the phone and then when it finally did connect and started working, it would lose connection even though the phone was 2ft from her! It then wouldn’t reconnect without going through all the steps again. If I had known that it was going to have serious issues reconnecting, then I would have bought the one with a remote instead of the Bluetooth one. I actually regret buying this as it completely killed the mood for us. Haven’t used it again since.

Christmas came early

Lacking power
Bought this a few years ago and it’s probably my least used toy. I find even at the highest vibration setting it’s nothing more than just a rumble. That may be my preference but I prefer a very strong vibe. I feel the arm of the toy needs to be more solid/stable to hug the clit at the same time, as the arm is just kind of limp and hanging out in your pants (or just dangling between your legs). The app is very good, tested it with partners miles away and it’s a fun thing to have whilst talking.
