I don’t usually have the best of luck with these kind of things but this is the best one i have tried so far, it is just the right amount of grip. But you don’t have to hold it in the right positions to use it effectively but overall good.

The fact that it is not open ended (i think there may be a fine air hole) means air gets trapped in it which makes it a bit harder to push in. Try a BlowYo from Love Honey.
