This is the first time we have used anything like this, and we were unsure how good it would be…. It was fantastic, and, as a switch, I can happily say this from both sides of the bar!The bar is sturdy but lightweight, but also comfortable. We were being careful to begin with, but soon we were really putting it through its paces and it stood up to everything.It’s really easy to adjust, which helps keep things interesting and the cuffs are suitably padded, which keeps everyone comfortable. The wrist cuffs clip together, on the bar or can be clipped together behind a suitable headboard or similar. The cuffs are soft to prevent rubbing on the wrists and ankles.
