A fun way to exercise your pelvic floor
Got this through the post a few days ago and have tried it out a couple of times now and it’s quite fun and very interesting. As always packaging and delivery was fast and descret. Unwrapped and was immediately impressed with the quality and feel of the product. Connecting to my phone and app was easy and fast, went through a few questions to set up and personalise the plan. Popped some lube on and inserted it which was a tad uncomfortable but more lube helped. Then began to calibrate it using my pelvic floor and the app, which is a little tricky but managed it. I was excited to give the game ago and it was great fun. My husband found it hilarious!This is actually a really easy and fun way to exercise a often forgotten muscle, its a little expensive but is very high quality.
