Not For Me
I was sent this product to test and review. Delivery was quick and the packaging was discreet.The dress was in simple packaging which had a very helpful diagram on the back. It showed how the dress was supposed to look when worn. So no confusion about what goes where or which way.The red colour really pops but isn’t too overpowering against my pale skin colour, which was nice. However, I just didn’t find this piece flattering on me at all. My partner agreed, in the nicest way possible, that something wasn’t quite right about it. I have quite a long torso and the open cup style of the dress didn’t work for me. It just looked like I hadn’t pulled the top of the dress up all the way and left my chest out. The design on the back is really pretty though.I had also been really careful putting on the dress and when I had it on I could already see rips in the material. So it must have stretched too much or snagged on something but I couldn’t work out what happened exactly. So while the fishnet type material can look very good on, I think you have to be very careful with it.
