We’ve toyed with the idea of an open bust top of some kind for a while. Having a 36ee chest, with two kids, in my forties, I was a little apprehensive. Good bust support is a definite must have for me. It’s more a pencil case test now, rather than just a pencil.This was definitely one I knew he’d like though. And he wasn’t disappointed but, in truth, I wasn’t either. The garment fits really well and definitely helps contour the midriff. It’s very comfortable and the open crotch is a great addition. Always. As for the open bust, well it was a hit with both of us. The whole point is to let them be free. There is something quite exciting when your half clothed, half not. A little risqué perhaps. Maybe that’s just us, but either way we both loved it. Wear it with confidence. Embrace your less than perky breasts and show them off in an open bust top. The feeling of them moving freely, whilst my midriff was comfortably contoured was quite lovely, although I may have mentioned that already. A big YES from both of us. A week ago I wouldn’t have thought I’d enjoy wearing something without some amount of breast support, but this is really nice. I reckon all boob sizes would look great in this, perky, saggy, big or small. The first thing we do is free the twins when the action starts, now I’m ready from the off. We were sent this item by LH to provide an honest review…and we were really happy to have done so. This body is cupless, which I love (although my wife isn’t quite so keen). Its part of the Hourglass range which is mean to produce a smoother shape, and it certainly does that. It feels soft and looks to be well made.The top and bottom are a very pretty lacy flower pattern, with the midrif made with a sleek black fabric that does all the smoothing.My wife isn’t the most body confident and so often the Lingerie I buy her isn’t worn often as she doesn’t feel 100% sexy in it – we got to try both the long sleeve and the open-cup body and she looks incredible in both – she prefers the long sleeve, as she doesn’t feel quite as “on show” – however I think this open-cup body is incredible. The way the double-straps on the front frame her breasts is amazing, the lace is super pretty and the smooing fabric removes some of her body image issues.It comes with suspender belts – so can be easily accessorised with stockings too – and its crotchless – so provides easy access for sexy fun. Its not just a “gaping hole” as some crotchless items are – but a more discreet slit, allowing access but not making my OH feel completely on show!My OH is 5″11 and a 38G cup, and it fitted her perfectly. Its not restrictive, so you can move around the bedroom easily allowing different positions. Despite the fact it took me several goes to put it on first time without tangling my feet in the straps, i did like this little black number. Though the strap design isn’t entirely to my taste it was very pretty on and flattering to all my curves.this piece fit very well, especially considering I’m a 16 on top 18/20 on the bottom with a B cup, And the fabric was lovely and soft. I especially loved the flower pattern on the fabric. The empire line decoration is very pretty and the lace Is used really well over my bum and hips, making them both look amazing. As nice as the front is, this piece is a real knockout from behind. The fabric is stretchy throughout the whole piece (including the lace) and the smoothing feature seems to work well without being uncomfortable and skimmed over my pudgy bits nicely. I personally found this worked best for me through my tummy and sides, and it fit and flattered all my curves very nicely. The body has a line of gummy material, similar to a strapless bra, running underneath the bust and around the back which allows you to adjust it without worrying it will slip back down. It felt a tad odd to put on but Once on i couldn’t feel it.Instead of the usual inverted v design, the straps are actually in 3 parts with one running from the middle over each arm and the the last round the neck from the outside edges like a halterneck. Though i wasnt sold on this look personally, it does make them easy to put on (as long as you dont get your feet through them of course) and allows for alot of flexibility no matter what your cup size is as all the straps are adjustable. They even fit my wide shoulders comfortably. I also really liked that the main section is opaque, which as its crotchless, means that if i have a self conscious day i can still have fun without taking it off. A nice piece and easy to slip on with minimal fuss. Though the straps weren’t to my Taste i liked the overall design and thought it was very flattering and effective.

Recently open cup style lingerie has become a favourite of ours in the bedroom, as it allows for a revealing element of my wife’s body to be instantly on show. We were both excited about trying this new piece of lingerie from lovehoney which is the Hourglass Black Smoothing Open-Cup Crotchless Body. The black body is made up of a combination of microfibre panels and floral lace alongside which gives off a beautiful yet stimulating appearance. The super inviting straps that create the open cup area of the lingerie are a real treat alongside the crotchless area. The body also has detachable suspender straps depending on how you wish to wear this lingerie piece. Slipping the body on is a fairly simple task, the trickiest part is sorting the straps out around your breasts and shoulders. I purchased the Front-Fastening Black Satin Longline The front zipper removal to cupless lingerie was a sexy pairing. It’s a shame the crotchless part is so poorly thought out. It’s a separately sewn piece with a narrow opening that was annoying to fumble around. A standard crotch with a split and a hem or a clasp system would have been much better. Seeing as it’s basically shapewear it doesn’t come off all that easily and it briefly dampened the mood. It’s still fantastic but we are going to try to sew a different crotch in.

Ok so shapewear isn’t sexy.. usually! This changed that. I love it. As a size 16/18 with a bit of a tummy overhang or mum tum i can get self conscious over it, and it makes some outfits or lingerie not ‘fit’ right. I ordered the 1x because of this but I probably could have went a size down without issue. It has a good amount of stretch but still does the job of shaping. This smoothed my figure without being restrictive or uncomfortable and made me feel great both under can’t clothes and in the bedroom. My partner especially loved the cupless part and I love how the straps look, even under clothing. I like how it can also be wore with a bra if you want to and the lace adds to making it feel sexy and my bum looked great in it also.
