Great one for newbies or for the collection
Great shape for dual stimulation and easy to use. Feels like it’s made of a good quality material and has a very expensive feel. Also came in great packaging making it perfect for a gift.It has lots of different vibrations setting ranging from weak, to super strong, to a variety of different pulsations so perfect for whatever your looking for.Isn’t the most Quiet vibrator I own but not load by any means. Easily muffled under a duvet. The only downside I have would be that since the settings button is on the top of the toy, once it is inserted you then have to take it out to change speeds.But overall this is a great one for the collection and good value for money.

The Mon Ami Wearable Couples Massager arrived promptly and discreetly (as always with LoveHoney) and upon unboxing this product I was impressed with the pretty purple product wrapped so neatly with instructions, and a magnetic USB charging cable. Having charged the massager I found that it has a number of vibration patterns ranging in speed, sensation, and strength.When put to practical use as a couple this can be a little fiddly to use as it will pop out of place and move around with friction thus requires holding in place and position (dependent upon the position you happen to be having fun in) by a freehand where possible. This product is mainly aimed towards females and is fantastic for those that find orgasm difficult to achieve through sex. However, it can also be used as a C-Shaped massager to ride up and down the shaft of a man to offer sexy sensations during foreplay. We’ve tried a number of these “C” type of dual massagers before, with a varied amount of success. Some were basic, others we’re all singing and dancing and app-controlled – however none have really hit the mark 100%. This lovely little item however, while being one of the more simpler one worked really well for us personally. Some of the issues we’ve had before has been about anatomy, and whether the device sat in the right location and stay there in use – and the Mon Ami is the first that achieves this perfectly for us. It isn’t really super adjustable – but the shape and the amount of tension on the outer arm was just perfect and nestled nicely internally against my OH’s vaginal wall while providing some lovely clitoral stimulation at the same time. It happily stayed in place during intercourse too something we’ve struggled with with similar devices. In addition we tried the alternative uses described on the box – and as a penis vibrator it sat very nicely around me – and provided lovely vibrations too. It may not be an all singing and dancing affair, with a mind numbing number of speeds and patterns – however we actually preferred the simplicitiy. A single button that cycles through a small number of patterns – which actually made it quite easy to select what you wanted. On other similar devices the number of speeds and patterns is so huge that if you have to cycle through them it takes ages, and completely ruins your groove. I think this little device has it bang on, for a mid-range device.The colour and feel of the device feels quality, and the silicone is soft and lovely. First impressions out of the box is that it feels really nice, the silicone is very smooth, it is that material that everything sticks to. I’m going to store this in the box it came in, it has a foam insert and it fits nicely in that with the charging lead. Its a simple push and hold on/off power function. Charging was quick, there was some life in it on arrival but I wanted it fully ready for me. Its a magnetic charge with a flashing charging light that becomes a constant light once charged. All very easy and quick. The instructions say that it is 90 min for full charge with 60 mins of battery life.For solo use this didn’t do a lot for me, but it is called a couples wearable massager so I’m not massively disappointed. There are 7 patterns, the first 3 are a consistent vibration with an increase in intensity, the next 4 are patterns. The patterns do feel nice, they’re not frustrating patterns as there is a consistency to them. The vibrations are through the entire toy. They buzz rather than rumble. Using a dildo with the vibrator in place made a tighter fit for the dildo and I just knew that this would feel so much better with my partner. The internal vibrator felt better with the tighter fit but it still didn’t give me the orgasm that I was hoping for. Although the external vibration was sat against my clit, it felt better when I pressed it against me. The vibrations didn’t do much when I tried it on my nipples. 2 days later when I wasn’t in ‘review mode’ I tried it again, it was definitely better and I was close to orgasm but it just didn’t get me there. Conceding defeat to your own curiosity (with very little resistance), you pull out the main box to reveal this attractive purple display case which contains the mon ami.The purple and white contrast so synonymous with Lovehoney is used to full effect here. I have not had a chance to try anything like this toy before so I was very excited to give it a go with my partner. And let me tell you, we were both very happy with what this little toy can do!For starters, the packaging was super cute, not a big thing but it really matters to me, especially if you plan on storing your toys in the box they came in. The first thing we noticed
The first thing we noticed was that it comes well presented in a nice box and as such would make an ideal gift for a partner.Upon opening the material is soft and smooth and was super simple to clean. The magnetic charger stayed in place during charging which we’ve often had issues with on other toys and it also clearly indicated when it was fully charged.It does notable miss a remote control which was a real downside as when using the toy it made pushing buttons to change the settings really uncomfortable for the wearer and made this less suitable to use outside the bedroom which we really enjoy doing as we couldn’t discreetly turn it on or off. When using on my male partner this wasn’t as much of an issue though. The vibrations are relatively quiet yet strong and gives a nice little selection to choose from ideal for beginners. The worst toy I've owned.
I couldn’t wait to test out this couples toy. I thought it would be great to both get satisfaction from just one little toy but I was really wrong.First I tried to use this while out for dinner on our date night. However I was not able to keep this in at all. The c shape doesn’t bent in any other position and the Vibrating part wasn’t long enough to actually reach my clit. I stupidly tried inserting both the thicker and thinner part but it didn’t make any difference. We tired the toy again with my partner during sex. It stayed in somewhat better as long as my partner didn’t pull out to far, however the vibrations still wasn’t enough to reach my clit or strong enough to orgasm. The first setting it dull , but quiet. The faster the vibes the louder the sound becomes. The vibes packaging is very compact and modern, similar to any modern tech like phones and bluetooth headphones.As well as the toy you get a magnetic usb charge cable, which is a useful length, and some basic instructions on how to operate the toy.The vibe itself is a nice, deep purple colour and made from a soft body-safe silicone. It’s bendy but holds its shape. One button on top for operation and a otherwise invisible LED to indicate charging and power. Its IPX7 Waterproof which will come in handy!We popped the toy onto charge; the magnetic cable snaps firmly and didn’t come loose. The instructions indicate 90mins to charge for up to 60mins of play but this will vary depending on the mode used.Now, using this toy is a lot of fun and has huge possibilities for experimentation. We cycled through the modes; 3 different vibration settings (remember this toy vibrates at both ends for clitoris and g-spot stimulation) and 4 patterns – including timed on/off, waves, random but at this point we were a little distracted!The vibrations are powerful given the toys size – they work really well for shared vibrations to really enhance sex. I was really looking forward to receiving this toy from LH and when it turned up it looked a thing of beauty, very sleek looking toy presented in beautifully packed gift box.However down to testing and this is where our opinion changed.We set the Mon Ami up to charge but it had a slightly different type of charging port of 2 x magnetic pins. I wasn’t a fan of this style, as when you moved the toy it felt like the charging cable was not connected properly as it would move side to side unlike the usual pin insert chargers. I will note its not a deal breaker.The design of the Mon Ami is very sleek and soft to the touch and is pleasing on the eye and has the look of real quality.However what put us Smoggies off was the ease of use as we found it not easy to use and was a real low point about the toy for us.We found it would slip out and also change vibration patterns or speed without us even pressing the button.Tried it in missionary but I found it uncomfortable and kept moving to one side. We moved over to spoons where it was a little easier to use but Missus S still had to hold in place on the outside and for me felt like a was rubbing up against plastic whilst in her.The power of the vibrations were good though and we preferred on the 3rd speed setting which was powerful enough to give Missus S a nice strong orgasm, mainly from the outer part on her clit. As always we received this quickly and discreetly. The vibrators box is very stylish with a magnetic front flap that you can open to see your toy. I love nice packaging so got very excited before I even opened it!!The charger is magnetic which is really nice, and it’s strong but I did find you have to make sure the toy is positioned right as if it moves it can disconnect.The dual motor is a great touch with the external one seeming slightly stronger. There’s plenty of speeds and patterns which is a great feature. It’s not the quietest toy we have so thought that may be worth mentioning. A TV or music would mask it if you’re in a position where you need to be discreet.For this review we tried this 4 ways.Firstly we tried as it was intended, a couples toy. After applying a generous amount of lube I inserted the smaller side. I did note that the external side didn’t quite reach my clitoris. Hubby said that although he could feel the vibrations while having sex, they weren’t very strong and didn’t add much to the overall experience. With the toy not touching my clit, I found that I had to use my fingers for stimulation but as the vibrations were near my clit it took away from my orgasm.Next I tried it like a bullet, so just using it externally. The mon ami is a great feeling toy. When you take it out of the packaging you’ll find a lovely soft and smooth finish to the toy which will make you want to play with it straight away.You’ll have to be patient and let it charge first! There are 2 metal contacts on the outside where the charging cable attaches magnetically, just make sure you don’t knock the charging cable off and you’ll be good to go before you know it.The vibrations are strong and you have plenty of variability with the strength and power. It's good, but not quite great
This is the first couples wearable we have tried, but we have used solo wearables before.The toy comes in a little box with a small instruction booklet (that gives the usual information we all have a quick glance at and then put away in our eagerness to get on with the toy, but it is useful), and usb charging cable.The box is nice and makes the product look good, but if you store your toys in their boxes this is a bit of a pain and a bit fiddly to get everything back in which is a shame, (it’s easier if you don’t put the clear plastic cover back on). It is flexible but not flimsy which helps keep the ‘arms’ where they are supposed to be. The outer arm being bigger and wider helps it make contact with a nice wide area and transfer the vibrations throughout which my other half was very much appreciative of. This is a couples toy as part of the Lovehoney Mon Ami lineup. it comes in the usual packaging, which is easy to open and looks good but not over the top. We received this toy to test and review. We have had a couple of similar toys in the past with mixed results. This one arrived beautifully packed in a sturdy LH branded box with a transparent lid with the whole thing then enclosed in a sliding outer box. Inside the box was the toy, a magnetic charging lead and the instructions. The toy itself looks very similar to a We Vibe couples vibrator since it is based on the same technology. It is ‘U’ shaped with a flat end which fits inside the vaginal opening to rest against the G spot, and a bulbous end which rests against the clitoris. On it’s external surface is a control button and two metal dots which are the charging contacts. We were relieved to find that it is not app controlled or remote controlled in any way as we have had no success at all with remote controlled toys in the past. Operation is easy enough. Holding the power button in for a couple of seconds turns the toy on. Pressing the button scrolls through the 3 speeds and 4 patterns and holding it in again turns the toy off. Double clicking the button puts the toy in and out of Travel Mode.As usual we fully charged the toy before testing it. The charging lead has a standard USB Type A plug at one end and a magnetic plug at the other. The magnetic connection was firm and stable which is not always the case. I’ve been using a wand during sex with husband recently but wanted to try something a bit more hands free- this seemed like the ideal type of toy with a more reasonable price than other We-Vibe toys. As usual, this toy was sent quickly and discretely by LH (took only 18hrs from placing order to delivery!) and I couldn’t wait for husband to get home to try it! The charging port is magnetic and easy to use- the instructions say that the light flashes when charging/ constant when it’s fully charged and advise it takes about 90mins to fully charge. However, I have charged it for 2+ hours multiple times and the light has still been flashing the entire time so I’m not sure if I should be charging it longer or if the flashing light is always on so, as a result, I’ve never been able to tell if it’s fully charged. Regardless, the battery lasts about an hour each time so I suspect the light doesn’t actually indicate when it is fully charged so this may affect battery life in the future.To get the required vibration pattern/ speed, you have to cycle through all modes pressing the button on the front which seems simple but can be tricky when the toy is wet. The toy sounds quite noisy when you first turn it on but, when inserted, it’s virtually silent.For female solo play, the vibrations could be felt but weren’t very strong and didn’t seem to be in the right place despite being repositioned numerous times. Another amazing Mon Ami toy.
This is the second Mon Ami toy we own as a couple and once again it’s a fantastic product, we love the new design of the lovehoney packaging, its very premium! On opening the box, the first thing that supprised us was how small the toy is, but the perfect size for its purpose without compromising on power. The materials used are very premium and the vibration patterns are ideal for that intimate feel. The only downside we can see is if the toy restricts the “intimacy room” so it may not work for all couples. It is once again a premium toy which quality and performance, the battery life is great, gone are the days of rummaging for batteries mid flow. Needless to say when we were informed we would be receiving one of these for a trial we were very excited – we have always been keen to try one since they first started hitting the market. The toy itself comes well packaged in premium packaging befitting of such a toy. The manual is easy to follow and the toy is nice and quick to charge using the magnetic charger.Unfortunately this is where the positives begin to tail off. We had a quick play with the settings so we knew what patterns and speeds it could do; at this stage we certainly didn’t feel the description of ‘whisper-quiet’ was accurate however we thought it might be a case of being quieter in use.Once lubed up it was easy to insert and we had a play around in solo. We were struggling to get a good position of the ‘tips’ – but they just didn’t seem to hit the right spot internally or externally; even when on the highest setting it didn’t feel strong enough despite how loud it was. We’ve been looking for a couples specific vibrator to use hands free for PIV sex for some time. Our usual go to is a womaniser premium but it does get in the way a bit and of course isn’t hands free. Fun little gadget
Firstly I love the packaging, not just because it looks good but because it’s compact and uncomplicated enough to make it a great option for storing the toy when it’s not in use.Although I love a magnetic charger I do think that the magnets in this toy need to be stronger as it disconnects very easily. Very disappointing when you come back to find the toy you were going to use is not charged! I will say I wish it was available in other colours, I’m not keen on the muddy pink colour mon ami seem to have gone with. Not quite right
I am a big fan of the Mon Ami range and have absolutely loved the products so far in this collection. Me and my partner have never tried a couples sex toy before and with it coming from a name and brand I already adore we were excited to try one out together. The Mon Ami wearable couples massager couldn’t come packaged any better. Like all the range it comes in a see through sturdy box which is perfect for storing your toy in. It also has a little compartment for storing your charger which is a massive plus when you own several chargers. Opening this sex toy up was a real treat in itself. 10/10 definitely for how the toy comes presented but unfortunately the score starts to drop from here on out. When I first got the couples massager out of the box I was really taken back by the size, it’s small where I was expecting a bigger toy, however when it came to using it, it was to big to fit my anatomy. The toy comes in a C shape, one end is for inserting inside you and resting on your Gspot. That part of the toy fit very nicely and even though the vibrations weren’t particularly strong at that end of the toy they did feel nice and on the highest vibration mode, it was very pleasurable. The Gspot end was a good size and accommodates plenty of room for my partner to enter me with out causing any discomfort in that region but sadly it was the clitoris end which it just all went wrong. I wouldn’t purchase a toy anymore with out it being fully waterproof for that reason. Overall with these sort of toys I don’t think you can get a one size fits all and I think it’s something you just have to try out yourself to see if it will work for you and your partner. This hasn’t put me of the Mon Ami range nor couples vibrators and I’m sure we will find one that works for us. Twice the fun
Like the rest of the mon ami range, this vibrator has a gorgeously silky feel to it. To start with, I really like the look of this toy. I love the colour, it’s nice and smooth to touch. I also like the charge points, I much prefer this magnetic type to piercing through the silicone to charge. Lovehoney do a good job at making their toys look and feel great. It really is very good quality. I was intrigued to try this as I don’t often use internal toys but venturing into new things and really like the idea of hands free. It has 3 vibrate speeds and 4 different patterns, which for me was enough of a range. I find the strength of vibrations to be great, no complaints there. This cute little toy arrives in a lovely drawer presentation box. I’m not sure if that’s just my shape or this is common to most but it’s slightly annoying not to go handsfree immediately. I was lucky enough to be sent this wearable vibrator to test over the christmas break, and unlucky enough to be incredibly sick the entire time meaning this review is later than it should be, since I didn’t want to write a lacklustre review if my experience was underwhelming because of illness. I think I’ve tried it out several times enough to know that my experience isn’t being affected by that now, and that whilst a lovely toy, it’s just not likely to be something that ever changes my life or gives me any orgasms. I’ve wanted a toy like this for a good while for using while spooning – to get the angles right I have to keep my thighs together and slightly pulled up, which tends to hide my clit away between them. My hope was that this would mean I didn’t need to try to awkwardly get access between them, I usually use a womanizer but it can be a challenge to fit the chunkier heads in. I’ve had problems with other toys that I tried to use at the same time as penetration with my partner since he’s quite big for me, but the flat form of the smaller arm was perfect, it tucked neatly into the front wall and out of the way, and the vibrations were noticeable for both of us. The toy did slip out of position when used on my own, but the regular thrusting I think actually helped keep it in place rather than disrupting its positioning which was a nice surprise. I found it a little difficult to change the settings as the button being on top means it gets blocked between your bodies, and it doesn’t have a particularly defined texture or clicky button to make it easier to press – which is also a good thing because it makes it harder to change the speed by accident in use which is always a risk with the kind of toy that gets pressed between you!The most successful way I found to use for most stimulation for myself was to cup my hand over and rock the toy whilst clenching to push it in and out a little – I really liked the g-stim for this rocking motion and this makes good foreplay for using with a partner. It is made of nice quality soft and smooth silicone that still has a small amount of friction so will require lubricant. This friction did give me a slight hesitation when using it with condoms as my only form of contraception in case it pulled on the latex or risked splitting it, but definitely helps the toy stay in place. It feels weighted but not too heavy, and a nice shape. So far, I’ve never needed to recharge the battery once, although I’ve never timed how long I’ve used it. The production symbols printed into the inside do need a little extra cleaning, it’s not a problem but it’s something to remember. The vibrations are nice and rumbly but not super strong. It most closely reminds me of something out of the Mantric range, so if you like the Mantric pebble for example I think you would enjoy this too.

I bought this product hoping to use during PIV with my boyfriend, but unfortunately it didnt meet my expectations. It has some rnice speeds, but its awkward to get inside due to the shape and its difficult to keep in place. Its also really hard to press buttons while trying to use it.
