Sometimes one is better than two
The reason I wanted to try this was because I have had two kids and I have tried three other sets of kegel balls and also a remote controlled egg and always always I cannot keep any of these in. Meaning in my eyes that my kegel muscles are awful. So I have been searching for something perfect for me. Something smaller and lighter that I can train with until I need to go up to bigger sizes which I already own. In steps the Main squeeze single kegel ball…… I love the design of this, its all made from sillicone even the pull out strap meaning insertion and ultimately cleaning is a breeze. It is a beautiful purple colour, I love purple anyways!! I have been trying to use this daily for 30 minutes but sometimes I have forgotten! I cannot say whether it has had a massive impact yet. But I can keep it in for over 30 minutes without worrying about it falling out. Eventually I hope to go out wearing it. When it is in I can’t really feel it too much and while you can feel the “jiggle” in your hand you cannot feel it inside you. I really liked this and maybe when I am better with it I will progress upwards through the collection. The price is not bad really and the product is great.

Some good, some bad
I received this product as a tester and I’m a bit undecided on it so I will try to point out the things I like and the things I don’t quite like. I think this toner ball will be great for some people but at the moment it’s not doing much for me. Firstly I love the design of the ball. There are no seams at all, so it’s beautifully smooth and easy to clean. The pull loop is silicone and nice and stretchy so it’s easy to remove, it is also a lot more hygienic and easy to clean than the corded ones! I’ve given it a good tug and it’s not even come close to breaking, it seems very strong and well made. I don’t like the size of it so much. I feel it could be slimmer. The ball pops inside me and even if I were to relax all my muscles and stand with my legs wide open this ball would stay put. Which makes me wonder how much my muscles are actually tensing around it when I’m wearing it, sometimes I felt I was clenching because I felt I had to not that I needed to in order to keep the ball in. Maybe I need a heavier ball but I don’t like the look of the heavier ones. There’s a free roaming weight inside which when you hold the ball and shake it in your hand it feels very noticeable and like it could be quite stimulating but for me when inserted it’s really not and I couldn’t feel it at all. For someone new to toner balls due to the good points this has its worth a try. But I would say if you have tried others before don’t bother with these and look for something more advanced maybe.

These are amazing
Wen balls (or Keegle balls) are one of the best things I have ever tried! They really do help strengthen you down there as trust me, the orgasms you have after using these bad boys is so intense! However, don’t be put off by the picture that they are small as they are much bigger than what I though they were. Look at the specs and then you’ll realise cause I didn’t. None the less they still feel great but I had to use a bit of lube to get the 30g up me but the 60g and 90g are easy to do. I would most definitely recommend these to any one but at the same time I would recommend to work your way up them. Don’t start at 90g cause it won’t help you at all and you won’t enjoy it. As a beginner - lovely product
I haven’t had any children/ no issues with pelvic floor etc but thought I would buy this alongside my toys to see if I could improve my sexual health in any way. It isn’t very big and is made from a very smooth material which is smooth to the touch and comfortable inside. The silicone pull cord is very easy to use also. I have only used the product a couple of times and feels easy and comfortable to use. It just comfortably sits inside whilst getting on with just about anything. If anything it is easy to forget it is there! I haven’t felt any improvement yet but it is early days!

Perfect for Beginners
This arrived in really discreet packaging, and I loved the gorgeous shade of the ball. A little lube helped with the insertion, and once it was in I could barely feel it unless I was bending down or moving around loads. I left it in for a few hours, and it was then very difficult to take out as my kegel muscles had contracted around it. I’ve not yet noticed any difference in my orgasms, but just wearing it throughout the day was an interesting experience and it’s reminded me to be more mindful of everything down there when I do have sex!

Great for beginners
I’ve tried several balls from Lovehoney and have enjoyed most of them, but this little beauty is my favourite. It’s the one I return to most of the time as I find it the most comfortable. I’ve found some of the dual balls have pinched and some joined ones too long to fit inside me completely. Because of it’s larger size and lighter weight, I’m happy to wear it outside of the house as I’m pretty sure I’m not going to lose it! It’s the perfect starter ball for anyone wanting to try balls due to its size and weight. It’s not likely to drop out easily due to this configuration, so won’t panic or disappoint anyone wanting to try Kegels for their toning properties. It’s a joy to use as it’s so easy to look after, too. It pops in and out easily and the strength of the loop will be reassuring to beginners. And cleaning is a breeze – a quick wash or spritz with toy cleaner and you’re done. I would like to see Lovehoney produce a few more of these single balls in different weights and sizes as not everyone finds the dual balls comfortable, but would like to progress with their Kegel exercises.

Great first kegel ball
As a newcomer to kegel balls, I would recommend this as a good place to start. It is easy to insert and I feel confident that it will stay in place. Definitely a fun secret to carry around with you! I would suggest that you do use plenty of lubricant when using, but after a while it encourages natural lubrication by itself, so ideal for use before or even during sexual play! As well as being fun and providing a pleasurable sensation, I think it is also effective as my orgasms have definitely got better since I first started using it! I would definitely recommend to newcomers.

Good for teasing or for beginners
This was my first kegel exerciser and I have enjoyed it in solo play. It is a lovely smooth silicone, very nice to touch and easy to clean. I am 25 and have never given birth and I think that may be why I did not find it challenging at all to keep in; if you are similar and are looking into this for exercise and toning purposes, you may want to go for a heavier or smaller option instead of this one. For exercise purposes I think this would be best for if you are a bit older, have given birth, and/or have issues related to pelvic floor strength e.g. Continence issues. However I still use this on occasion during solo play; having something inside that I can flex around gives me hands-free internal stimulation and then I can focus on stimulating the outside at the same time! The stimulation is very subtle so can be good for foreplay as it leaves you wanting more. If you like intense internal stimulation, this is not going to do it for you. I can barely ever feel the internal jiggle balls moving around. If you want to feel that, a different brand may be better. Overall this was a great first kegel ball for me, got me used to how they work and serves me well! For exercising I have moved onto smaller and heavier balls like the LELO luna beads.

This is the first time I had bought a kegel ball and after much debating and browsing I decided to go with this one. It arrived in a plain brown parcel with no indication to neighbours or the postman of what was inside but I knew and couldn’t wait to open it up! I opened the parcel and the ball was packaged in a small box and then wrapped in a small clear bag. I ripped the clear bag and got my kegel ball out ready to use! The size was better than I had imagined, it wasn’t too big which I was afraid of but not too small either that you wouldn’t feel it inside you. It sat in the palm of my hand and although only 30g you could feel the weight and hear it jiggling inside the ball. I liked the purple colour and smooth round feel of the kegel ball. Next, I got ready and lubed up the ball and layed down on the bed to insert. I slid it inside and used my fingers to push it up into position and once in it was very comfortable and you could feel the weight inside. When walking around I forgot it was even there but was reminded by the light jiggle of the weight inside for me it felt pleasurable and I could feel my muscles tightening. I kept it in for around three hours as it was my first time and to remove it I squated down again and gently pulled on the loop and out it came! I don’t know if has made me any tighter but I can definitely feel my muscles tightening when it is inside and it also reminds me to do my pelvic floors when I’m not wearing it. I now use this all day three times a week as I like the weight and shape for a beginner like me and soon I will move on to a heavier ball. Definitely recommend for first time kegel ball users- you won’t be disappointed 🙂

Great way to start

Great start kegel ball
Received a 2 ball kegel set once and found it was too big for me. I have a small build and this was better. I found lying down best to slip it in and out with some lube. Wasn’t uncomfortable and didn’t make me cum but did leave me very wet and wanting sex. I really liked how the weighted ball giggle inside and it makes going out a little more interesting. A work in progress

Great introduction to kegel balls
Decided it was time to strengthen my pelvic floor, having given birth to two children. The ball arrives in a love honey box which is very attractive. The box also has the instructions on it so if you’re unsure don’t just throw it out.This is my first kegel ball hence going for this one as its for beginners. I haven’t bought it for pleasure. After having 2 children I will try anything to be able to sneeze safely again! It’s a beautiful purple colour and really smooth and I’d say about the size of a golf ball. The jiggle ball inside is evident and if like me you like the noise, you’ll sit and just shake it for a while.Once ready to try it, I rubbed a bit of lube on it and popped it in. I don’t know how far it’s supposed to go in but as I put it in it seemed to settle in a comfortable spot. It recommends just 15 mins to start but as I was working from home thought I’d leave it as long as I could. I even managed walking the school run with it in.For myself personally, I didn’t feel the jiggle that some experience. I knew it was there but it didn’t really feel much different to a tampon. I only really felt it when I was sat down.I took it out to go to the toilet and reinserted. It pops out very easily with no pain or discomfort.I think I’ll upgrade to something heavier quite quickly but is a great start to kegels, especially as I wasn’t sure what to expect. O think it would be nice to have a little insert in the box to maybe tell you what it should feel like when being used for pelvic floor exercise and when you know you’re ready to go heavier etc.

I am small and petite and thus people say I’m pretty tight. It is uncommon to find kegel balls that are spherical. Most kegel balls I have seen are either bead-like or they are tapered. These are not too hard for my body yet not too soft on them either! I can pull them out and push them in without pain! It looks very thin where the handle connects to the ball, but I can assure you that these will not break. Perhaps you can put multiple kegel balls in too. Also, you can indeed place these in other openings.

Great starter kegel ball after spinal surgery
After having spinal surgery, I still have some paralysis issues around my saddle area. The kegel balls I already had were too heavy and small and would fall out when I sat down. I have tried Kegel balls before but have never got on with the double balls because somehow I always felt they pinched my vagina walls.
