I don’t get much out of the rotation and find it noisier than I’d like but the pearls themselves feel great coming in or out. The vibrator too can be noisy, especially on the higher settings which put me off using them, but keeping a hand on it and in the bath I think it would be just fine if not absolutely ecstatic. If you have a sensitive and/or enlarged clit, like from PCOS, the rabbit’s nose may be a bit much. Because of the material it is I decided to cut off part of the nose.
