Flattering.
It’s always a good day when a Lovehoney parcel is left on your doorstep, but it’s an even better day when the item inside ticks every box. Attractive? Comfortable? Sexy? Flattering? Adjustable? I adore this body.I’m a size 10 on top, 12 on bottom, 36C and 5ft6. I received this in a medium and I can’t fault the fit. I stepped into it, pulled it up my body and tightened the shoulder straps so the cups fit my boobs better. It’s a close fit throughout and hugs the body snugly but doesn’t leave you with any lumps or bumps. The material has a good amount of stretch and I’m not worried that I’ll accidentally rip it or pop a few stitches; it can take quite a manhandling. The extra weight I carry on my hips makes me self conscious but you wouldn’t think it’s there when wearing this. The panelling smooths the torso and, being black, tends to hide any insecurities.I love the addition of the lace. It is delicate, but very stretchy, and sits well, framing the boobs, hips, and giving a wonderful tease of the bum. I also like how it reaches down the back to meet the black panelling. The floral pattern is a classic, but the touches of diamonds in the lace is a cute and dainty touch. Less cute and more sex-appeal is the open crotch. I haven’t seen many crotchless pieces with such an elegant nether-region. The material almost sits over one another each side to give a small glimpse of what’s underneath. It isn’t in-your-face (well, not yet) and is quite modest for what it is. While not being classically sexy, this body makes me feel body confident and gives me a little pep in my step. I would happily wear it under my day-to-day clothes or in the bedroom for a bit of fun. Another incredible piece, Lovehoney!

A great piece
I was sent this to review and I’m a little conflicted over it. On the one hand it does what it says on the tin but on the other I’m just not sure how much I’m going to wear it. Starting with the good stuff about this body, the fabrics are really soft and definitely comfortable to wear, even for long periods. Yes, it does have a thong back which can take some getting used to if you don’t really wear similar underwear, but as thongs go it’s pretty comfortable. The whole body feels really well made and of high quality. I have this in the 1X/2X size and am a little over 5ft4, a UK dress size 18/20 and wear a 40E bra. The body fits perfectly with a little extra stretch in it if you are a little larger than I am. My boobs are secured within the triangle shaped cups and haven’t yet popped out, despite my best jiggling. I’m not sure breasts much larger than mine would fit however. The microfibre is designed to hold your body in and it does this without feeling too tight or restrictive. You definitely get a smoother silhouette, although this is entry level shapewear rather than firm control. My first slight issue is the lack of breast support. Personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable going out with this on as I like my boobs to be a bit more secure. This won’t be a problem for everyone and, to be fair, you can easily wear a bra under it. But for me, this body is likely to be regulated to wearing around the house. The second thing that also relegates this to being worn at home is the fact it is crotchless. Obviously, this is great for having sex in without having to take the body off but I’m not sure I would be comfortable wearing a crotchless body all day at work. So does it work as sexy lingerie? Sort of. If you are comfortable wearing it under your clothes during the day, then yes it works as a ‘making an effort without looking like you are trying to make an effort’ kind of piece. As shapewear goes, it is definitely a lot sexier than many items on the market. It also works well as a loungewear type piece, again in a ‘sexy without trying’ kind of way. In the bedroom, the crotchless part does allow you to have sex without taking it off and there is plenty of access to breasts and nipples. If you are lacking a little in body confidence, this could be a good choice as it is covering and smoothing without being completely unsexy. It would also be a good choice for someone looking to try out some lingerie that is a bit subtler. Overall, it is a great body. It is a kind of halfway house between functional shapewear and sexy lingerie, which for me slightly misses the mark for both but that doesn’t mean it won’t work for many other people.

Wow what a nice item!
This teddy rivals the quality of things I’ve bought from very upscale retailers, and I’m very impressed with it. It is like half high-end shapewear and half sexy lingerie. Very flattering, very nice feel. The lace feels and looks expensive. Looks good on my curvy body shape and highlights my assets. Good confidence-building look for me. Didn’t like it, and beware of Love Honey returns
I didn’t like the fit around the arms and the back. The armholes are loops instead of the strap being attached to the back of the garment. Returned. Then received an email saying “our returns team has let us know that the item was returned in an unsuitable condition and we were unable to restock it. We accept any items of as long as they have not been worn, have full packaging and the tags are intact.We advise all customers to try lingerie on over their own items of clothing to avoid this type of transfer” to which I’m fuming because I DID try it on over my underwear, the tags were intact and it was in the original packaging. It may not have been folded perfectly but that’s all, and it almost impossible to achieve the same fold etc as it came out of the factory

I was so excited to receive this as I’m trying to spice up my underwear. I’m 5′ 8″ and size 18 so chose the 1 XL/2XL. I think I could have gone one size smaller but it is so comfortable to wear and looks really lovely on. It’s quite discreet so you could almost wear this without another top over the top. I wore it out with jeans an a crochet jumper over the top.I’m quite conscious of my tummy and this flattened it beautifully and gave me some much missing confidence.It is crotchless, but to be honest the fabric down below is rather narrow anyway so doesn’t really detract from it. Easy access for going for a pee (etc. ) and any spicy behaviour.

Fits really nicely. Flattering even on a hard to flatter flat chest post double mastectomies. The v neck and stretch fabric rather than formed boob holders is well suited to surgically flat chests. No strange flappy excess fabric leaving it looking like something is obviously missing… The only flaw is the thick seam that is rather inconveniently situated right in ya butt crack. It’s a little bit distracting.

The crotchless design is great for easy access but covers enough so that your kitty isn’t full on popping out of it, which is an issue I’ve had with other styles from other companies. It holds you like shareware but still feels so comfortable like regular underwear. Such a simple piece, yet I feel so sexy wearing it. It seems to be of good quality, especially for the price.
