Stronger already
Firstly I love the packaging. It is compact and great for storing them away. There is also a bag included if you’d prefer to store them that way! The kegels also look great. The colour is lovely and they are not intimidating in any way regarding size or shape. There are 3 types which differ in shape and weight, starting with the lightest. They are all made of silicone and are very soft with even the ‘strap’ made of silicone which makes them incredibly easy to clean and comfortable to use. The strap is also a decent length so there is no need to worry about losing anything. After using the set for a week I can already tell my pelvic floor is stronger so would definitely recommend. Aside from the health benefits the strength increase can also increase orgasm strength. It also encourages you to take time for yourself and perhaps explore a bit more which can help increase your confidence!

A well designed challenging pelvic floor workout
I’m in my thirties and have had 3 children so know the importance of exercising my pelvic floor. However if I’m honest it usually ends up far down on my to do list so when I saw this kit I was keen to give it a try. Firstly the packaging is sleek, I love the mint colour of the box and the fact it matches the exercisers themselves. The box is cute with the different compartments for each one and the storage bag is handy to keep them in.This is the first time I have tried anything like this so I wasn’t sure what to expect or do. Luckily the instructions feature clear guidance both in written and picture form. The exercisers are smooth and easy to clean. They all have a thick strong cord so no risks there! I tried the lightest weight first and found it easy to insert and comfortable to wear. Being the lightest weight I couldn’t feel much when walking around but it did make the pelvic floor exercises easier to do properly. It’s also helped me become more aware of my muscles when I’m not wearing it which makes me believe it is helping strengthen them. After a few wears of the lightest one I tried the medium weight to see what it felt like in comparison. Again very easy to insert but a definite shift in weight, I knew I was wearing it that’s for sure. I could feel it when walking around and within a minute it was slowing slipping out of me which was a strange feeling! I have tried this weight another two times also checking it was inserted high enough and the same thing has happened. Im assuming my muscles are not strong enough to hold this in yet which actually gives me a good target to aim for. Will be continuing to use the lowest weight for now and will try again with the middle weight in a few weeks. I have only owned this set for a short time and clearly these things take time to see improvement so it’s hard to give a full and fair review until I have used it for longer. It’s a well made set and easy to use so I am positive with continued use I will see a difference soon and be able to move up a weight. By owning it, it is encouraging me to exercise my pelvic floor muscles and that in itself is a huge benefit.

Lovehoney Health is a new range of products to the website and I was fortunate to be offered the opportunity to road test and review the Lovehoney Health Silicone Kegal Toning set.The Lovehoney Health Silicone Kegel set comprises of three kegel balls, all made from a beautiful, silky-soft silicone in a lovely mint green colour. Hurrah for no pink! I find that the mint green is more inclusive will appeal to a wider demographic.If you’re unfamiliar with kegal balls, they’re designed to be used to help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles which in turn can increase the intensity of your orgasms and for me personally, it has helped to reduce those awkward moments of incontinence when laughing or sneezing. The trio of balls comes in 3 sizes with gentle roaming weights. These are 50g for beginning, 80g for intermediate training and 100g for advanced use. The retrieval loops are easy to grip, a good length and lay comfortably against my vulva.I’m 41, had 1 child and I’m at that age where sneezes, coughs and laughter can be a bit of an issue. Through the past 2 years I have been totally neglecting my kegal training, so starting with the 50g ball was perfect. I was able to keep the ball snugly in my vagina without it falling out (which I’ve had happen when starting with too heavy a ball!)! I barely noticed the inner ball, but then I’m not very active as I’m disabled which meant I wasn’t getting reminders to squeeze with each movement. However, I discovered a tip in the little booklet that came with the set advising to squeeze your muscles for 5 seconds then release. Repeat 20 times, 3 times a day. I did this for 10 days before trying the next size up.I continued my training with the 80g double balls for 10 days using the same exercises as with the 50g ball, then repeated with the 100g balls. It takes a certain position to get the balls high enough into my vagina, which took some patience to work out! I find with theses heavier weights, I get to feel them more. I don’t get aroused, perhaps because I’m too busy reminding myself to squeeze, but I know a lot of people do find the movement arousing, which is an added bonus I get!Since then, I’ve continued with the 100g balls but increased my pelvic squeeze to 10 seconds.My partner has noted that I can grip his pens harder and that I feel somewhat tighter, which I’m thrilled with as prior to my training, I was having to use a butt plug during sex as I wasn’t convinced I was giving my partner enough pleasure and would prefer not to use a butt plug. Would I recommend this kegal training set? Absolutely. These kegal balls has given back some confidence which I lost due to being lazy, but in 4 weeks I’ve got that back again and there’s a slight improvement on my incontinence (which I’m sure my urologist will be pleased to hear).If you own a vagina and have never tried kegal balls, this set is perfect for beginners with progressive training all in one purchase.

Kegel toning set - first time user!
This is the first time I’ve used a Kegel Toning product. It took a little getting used to, in terms of putting them in as well as using but as soon as you get used to it they’re very comfortable. The design is really nice, and the smooth silicone used is the perfect material for this product. They come in different weights as well, but I have currently only experimented with the lower weights. Will definitely keep using these!

A fun excercise programme!
This kegal tonner set came beautifully presented in a box which contained the set, some information and a storage bag. Each kegal exerciser has its own wieght and shape, which allows you to train and improve your pelvic floor muscles. Each piece is easy to insert with a little of your favourite lube , im also a fan of the mint green colour. The set overall was easy to use and clean. When I first got these I tried them all in one day to see how noticeable the wieght change was, I was pleased to be able to notice the difference.in each wieght. I’ve used these over the course of several weeks and have found that not only they tone my pelvic floor muscles but they also turn me on which is a bonus!

Non-Intimidating

Perfect kit to improve pelvic floor health
I wasn’t sure where to start when it came to the right product for improving my pelvic floor health so I was drawn to this kit that has three different weights of kegel balls and a instructional manual to guide me through the process.I really like that the content of this product focuses on health rather than pleasure – although these kegel balls certainly have the potential to improve your sexual experiences too. I would recommend these kegel balls to anyone looking to strengthen their pelvic floor. I find them easy to keep clean and they work well with water-based lubricant. The included storage bag is a welcome addition for keeping them in tip-top condition.

bought these after advice to give then a go off a nurse practitioner, as i have issues with bladder leakage, now i will be honest I’ve not used them as yet so i can only write what i think of design look weight feel etc.,so 1st i love the colour and the feel of this product , i like the fact that there are 3 different weight in this pack, also the size and shape of each are different, they are verry smooth to the touch and feel so sleek , the thing to allow us to pull them out is verry sturdy and has good length to them, overhaul good product and well thought out discreet and has there own handy little bag.

Big balls
I bought this because when I bought a single ball I found it painful to remove due to the size. This set has 3 different sizes so I figured the smallest would be small but heavy. However, I still find the smallest one a bit big, which means I’m not using my muscles to keep it in, there’s no chance of it slipping out on it’s own. The diameter should be on the website description and you need to make some small heavy ones. I love the quality, the material, the length of the removal loop, the little bag and my free gift

Perfect training set!
The is such an amazing set as a beginner to kegel exercise- I have read so much about the benefits and got this kit to help with pre-pregnancy strengthening of my pelvic floor. Comes with a bag. The silicone covering and loop are so helpful compared to some of your average metal balls. Comes with instructions on how to best exercise with these!
