Well made and very sexy.
The first thing to be said is that there are a lot of straps in this set. It looks quite daunting when you first open up the packet. The crotchless panties really do have no semblance of a crotch at all, just a diamond of wet look material over the pubic bone and couple of 1cm wide elastic straps running along the inner thighs to the rear of one of the the waist bands. There are two further similar straps forming two separate waist bands, one above the other. The straps are adjustable but they fitted my Size 12 wife straight out of the package with no adjustment needed. The Basque has a floral patterned black lace front panel and the rest is in the usual ‘Fierce’ stretch wet look material. The Basque is boned in 4 places. The underwired bra cups are in lace material too and meet in a central black anodised aluminium ring at collar bone level. From this ring two shoulder straps (one each side) run to the back of the garment. A second pair of straps run from the centre of the bra cups, at breast bone level, to the back of the Basque. The rear of the Basque is secured by four black aluminium hooks which locate in fabric loops. These are easy to assemble but can be tricky to unhook when under tension. The suspenders are sewn on and are not removable. Once she’d put on the set and we got all the straps sorted and straightened the overall appearance was very impressive and very sexy. Only slight adjustment of a couple of straps was needed to get a good fit. The boning shaped my wife’s figure beautifully and all the interlocking straps gave a hint of fetish or bondage. The time taken to sort everything out was well worth it but I imagine that once any vigorous activities begin the straps will shift a little, however it certainly looks good and both the the garments appear to be well made and of good quality.

This looked so pretty on the model but was so incredibly weird on. The way that the top is, if you have large breasts (38G) they were flattened, pushed down, and out to the sides. Bizarre. Probably would work for someone with a small chest. Really wanted to like it. Wish Lovehoney would realize that some of us have big ladies!

I would give it five stars because it’s actually my favorite buy so far. Fits amazing and can be tightened or loosened if you’re in between sizes. BUT the boning on one side came our before even wearing it. I will need to see about sewing the end to make sure it doesn’t come out again. The underwear took some figuring out, but still good. Were it not for that I would hands down give it 5 stars. I want more like this!

This bustier is so freaking sexy, but the underwired cups run big. Fortunately, because the cups are made out of stretch lace & with the high neck design & my former costume design experience, I can tighten the lace at the ring at the throat to make the cups fit me better–but as I’ve said in many other reviews, I would really appreciate if Lovehoney would offer cup size customization for their structured/underwired selections. A lot of companies operate under the misconception that all big girls have big breasts, and its simply not true. The good news is, this thing fits like a glove everywhere else on my 5’6″, 255lb, 42B body & my husband loves the mix of demure lace & strappy wet look design.

I love the way it looks, the design and all but the “queen” size is unfortunately is not big enough even though my measurements are in the queen size. It dug in and kept sliding up. It was a little tricky getting on by myself

I really wanted this to look amazing on and had bought it for a special night with the H. The material was lovely and overall the fit was nice- shaping my waist beautifully and tantalisingly cut comfortably around the thighs and crotch.Unfortunately the bra part/triangles were just too small. I am a 38D and while it fitted nicely, i. e not too tight, not too loose, my boobs just wouldn’t stay in the triangles. Not a pretty sight. This part perhaps needed to be bigger or more tailored to bra sizes?

A Fierce New Favourite
Yet another Lovehoney piece that pretty much ticks all the boxes and now sits at the forefront of my lingerie collection. I’m often dubious about the fit of “One Size” pieces, but at 5ft6, 36C, size 10 top and 12 bottoms, I can’t fault the fit at all. The materials sit snug against my body, supported by stretchy materials throughout and adjustable sliders to the shoulder straps and back. The bustier is underwired for added support, and the boning of the bustier provides shaping which really compliments my body and my curves. The colour is a classic and can’t go wrong, plus you can pair it with whatever accessory or outfit to match. I particularly like the lace panel (which plunges, so even better) to the front; it further adds to creating and complimenting your shape, with the overlapping straps to the chest drawing the eye and being my favourite part of the set. The straps did make for an interesting time putting the lingerie on, with much confusion as to which arm goes where, but with a quick reference back to the product page, I slipped it on with a helping hand. The wet look material and lace are a good combination and each provide contrasting textures. The lace gives plenty of coverage but provides glimpses of skin, while the wet-look hugs the body.The downside to this set, for me, is the g-string. When it says crotchless, oh it means crotchless! There was more vulva than material. I understand this is the beauty of crotchless pieces for some people however it’s not my preference and I’d rather swap it out for a full coverage thong to keep the mystery. The g-string is adjustable though, and the straps match with the bustier. It is comfortable, if a little airy. While stockings really suit this set, I always appreciate the option of wearing without and therefore prefer detachable suspender straps. Stockings were easy to secure though and rounded off the overall look.
