Perfect Douche
It’s a douche. You might be struggling to choose which one to buy because it’s not an exciting, orgasmic treat. It’s a simple item. But there are reasons I’m impressed with this particular douche and would highly recommend it – it does stand out. The first thing I looked at was the end of the nozzle, as with some other douches it can feel ‘pointy’ or sharp and that’s unsettling when inserting. This one is smooth, rounded, comfortable. This is a big plus in comparison to many others! Additionally, when packaged the nozzle and bulb are usually separate and can sometimes be a pain to put together – not with this one. The nozzle went in very easily. Also there’s a flat part at the top of the bulb so you can stand it up while waiting to be cleaned which is a nice touch. It’s a good size, feels comfortable in the hand (and as mentioned, where the other end goes!), feels of good quality, and simply shows the usual Lovehoney brand trend of putting all the little criticisms of other products in a list and fixing all of them in one product.

Sluice The Douche
Given the opportunity to road test this anal douche by LH I have now tried it out several times. Material wise it is a good strong rubber bulb. Simple to use but on this occasion I thought it important to read the instructions for once just in case. Nope, pretty straight forward. Fill with luke warm water, lube up insert, squeeze. Exhale. It is easy to use. Having filled yourself with some water then take position over the toilet and flush out. Repeat. My observations are that you should avoid overfilling yourself, so one bulb at a time is more than enough otherwise you can give your stomach a slightly unsettled feeling and indeed too many repetitions can also have the same effect. It’s not painful but your stomach does feel a little at odds. You then need to wait for a little while to let things settle down and for your body to absorb any water. This is perhaps the only slight downside of it that you need to plan but I dare say if you can’t wait it won’t be too bad. It is slightly erotic, mainly in the expelling of the water and does make you wonder if your next kink is going to be getting into enema play. I don’t necessarily always think that using the douche is required as long as you do follow some of the normal basic and good hygiene procedures but it certainly is not going to do any harm and will and has helped in far more extreme anal fisting that my wife is currently subjecting me to. It gives you more ease of mind knowing you have done as good as possible a flush out.

Simple and built to last
I’ve been wanting to get a douche for a fair while, so I was particularly glad to receive this as a tester product. Thank you Lovehoney! First of all, As this is a Lovehoney branded product, the packaging is nice and simple. A cleanly presented box with no “ick” factor. As soon as I took this Douche out of it’s box, I was immediately impressed with how it felt. The bulb is a non-slip, very high quality rubber so it feels very safe and secure in your hand. At no point did my girlfriend ever feel like it was going to slip out of her hand or burst when full. The nozzle felt just as sturdy too, it’s a thick, strong and narrow plastic which was oh-so-easy to insert with a touch of lubrication. This douche definitely is as simple to use as you would expect, just pop the nozzle into the bulb, squeeze to expel the air, place into water that’s at a comfortable temperature, slowly release pressure on the bulb until full, apply some lube to the tip and away you go. It really doesn’t get any simpler than that. Due to the high build quality of this product at no point was my girlfriend ever hesitant about it’s durability and once she was used to the sensation, she didn’t find the experience to be unpleasant at all. All in all, the Lovehoney Easy Squeeze Anal Douche is a non-intimidating, easy to use, strong product that definitely feels like it could withstand frequent use, although seeing as how you shouldn’t douche too often anyway, that means this should definitely last a while.

Essential?
I asked a few questions on the forum as to whether douching was essential and opinions were mixed as to the effectiveness. Without being to crude I usually have a manual clean in the bath before anal play however I thought I would try a douche to test the effectiveness. Bought this as my OH and I had had a couple of ‘accidents’ when engaging in anal play before so thought it best to be safe and invest! Really easy to use- put a tiny bit of lube on the end and slide it in. I do this in the shower/ on the toilet so everything can be washed away! This was the first product I purchased from this site and I am incredibly pleased with it, my girlfriend and I both wanted to try anal but wanted it to be clean and easier on her. I bought this for her birthday and she’s used it a lot with no problems. The douche is small but it can still hold a lot of water making it effective and easily concealable. Whilst this is of course a very simply product, it is very reasonably priced when compared to similar products and is of a high quality. This is my first Anal Douche and I managed just fine! The amount of water this product holds is just right, though it can be a little tough to squeeze all the water out whilst naturally trying to position yourself in a way that you can empty the douche effectively, maybe the rubber “ball” could be a little softer to make squeezing easier? The Only Big Douche you Want in your Life
This douche does exactly what it is advertised for. Great and easy to use
I received my douche in the Bumper Booty Bundle (which I highly recommend). It comes exactly as pictured, although the bulb was slightly larger than I had expected it to be (for good reason.) It’s super simple to fill using room temp water. I was hesitant at first about overfilling the bulb as I didn’t want to flush past the sigmoid and into my colon. That could have gone better

At least the shower was washing them away. About this time the added air started to make it’s presence felt so not only was i shitting in the bath but farting the tune of the national anthem. Decided to go all out and have one last go and by now the wife was managing to fill me up with warm water and not air. I was running clean and decided I was done. Did the whole strap on thing with no nasty surprises but that’s another story. So… Does it work? Yes, marvellously. Did it get me clean? Yes totally. Would I recommend? Yes! A word of warning however… If you let your wife do it to you make sure she expels all the air from the bulb first. I’m lying in bed about 3 hours later and I keep blowing the duvet off! But I don’t think I’ll need to crap for at least a couple of days.

I’ll admit….. Takes the Worry out of Anal
First things first, I am a trans guy with a vulva, and I love anal. I could probably orgasm from anal- If it wasn’t for my enjoyment of orgasm denial, I probably would have already came from anal. However, I don’t love the mess that can come with it. It put me off anal with a partner for a very long time, especially since I sometimes suffer from IBS like symptoms. There’s some basic instructions in the box it comes in, but I would recommend looking up how to clean your butt for anal before using it. Makes it less intimidating before using it for the first time! I would say, if you’re like myself and a bit on the heavier side, the length of the nozzle can be tricky, so for actually filling your butt, a squatting position works best. Won’t lie, I bought this quite a while ago and it’s really only in the last month or two that I’ve really been using it. I’ll be honest, this definitely requires some practise. It’s getting the angle right, the temperature of the water to be a comfortable level, not getting too much air inserted etc. 100% trial and error the first few times! My only slight issue is the very top of the nozzle, on the first few times I tried this it feels a little sharp/catchy. But this might have been how I was using. The more I’ve used it, I find it easier to insert now and don’t run into any issues. Cleaning is okay. Soapy water seems to work pretty well if you fill and expell it a number of times.Advice? Pretty good as far as I can say. Large capacity of water if that’s what you want. I find the tip quite hard and pointy so sometimes a bit of a struggle to get it in, so bit of lube is recommended. Have had this a couple of years at least and still going strong. The bulb is soft, smooth, and pretty strong, easily drawing up water.To use it effectively I find it best to fill the whole bulb up with water so there is little to no air. The large capacity of the bulb makes it a little long winded to do this. You have to squeeze air out, dip in water, draw it up, then hold upright, squeeze all the air out again, and dip in again for the final fill. Then when you come to use it you won’t have much remaining air to squeeze out just before you insert it. In hindsight I would probably go for something a little smaller, as I never have to use the whole thing up there. Also one with a bit of a softer or more rounded tip would be good. Looking on the Lovehoney website I see the ‘Tracey Cox Supersex Flexible Tip Anal Douche 160ml’ would probably be more suitable. But since this works as needed there’s not much reason to get a different one now.

Good, with small caveats
First, this thing does work. It does rinse out any messiness, and my bunny loves feeling the stream of warm water rushing up her secret parts. And then she can relax and enjoy further explorations without having to worry about messiness.But it’s quite utilitarian. A few fun colors or prints would make the thing more light-hearted. On the other hand, its clinical, almost brutalist look might be thrilling for submissives. Two possible issues: first, the nozzle is hard and narrow. If not carefully aimed, it can cause discomfort, especially if the target is very enfolded and ramified. A softer, slightly wider nozzle would be nicer. But I know the nozzle has to be stiff enough not to fold or collapse, so the best answer might a two- layer nozzle with a stiffer core and a soft outer jacket. (One worry I had was that the nozzle might come off the bulb at the wrong moment, but that hasn’t been an issue.) In any case, I’ve had luck with first inserting a lubricated fingertip, then guiding the nozzle gently past my finger, then withdrawing the finger. The second issue is that it doesn’t have a one-way valve, so you have to squeeze in all the water in one go. If you relax the pressure while sending the water in, it can suck water back into the bulb, which can create unhappiness later when cleaning up. So refinements like a pulsing flow are difficult. Disposable enemas have valves, I should note. It isn’t easy to clean the inside of the bulb of course, but I don’t see a ready answer for that. An actual enema setup, with a hanging bag, etc., wouldn’t have those issues, but that’s an entirely more elaborate setup. Anyway, barring a suction incident, there shouldn’t be much need to clean the inside.

As with all our purchases from Lovehoney, the buying process was smooth and easy. Delivery was discrete and quick. Overall, this works as you would expect. It’s a basic, no-frills kind of thing and makes both my OH and myself feel better if we are going to engage in anal play. It’s price is reasonable. We have found using it in a shower works well. Take a small bowl you can fill with water to fill the bulb, some lube, and give it a go. We did discover that after filling it with water, if you tip it upright, squeeze the bulb slightly to purge the air, and fill the bulb further it works better and doesn’t inject a lot of air when you use it.Clean up is simple. The tip comes out of the bulb to make drying easier. The only real negative is the tip. It’s not sharp, but it’s not beveled either, so getting it inserted so you can use it can feel a bit “pokey”. The tip design could use some work to make it easier and more comfortable to insert.
