Lelo Antibacterial Sex Toy Cleaner Spray comes in a really lovely box, it looks like something from an expensive cosmetics company. There is nothing to alert anyone to the fact that it contains a sex toy cleaner, even the smallest print on the back only states “toy”, there is no mention of the word sex anywhere. The bottle inside is just as nice as the box, again it looks like a cosmetic product. You could keep this on a dressing table (either boxed or unboxed) along with your Guerlain and Olay and it wouldn’t look out of place, discreet doesn’t begin to describe it. As a cleaner, this works wonderfully well. It is alcohol-free and pH balanced so there is no rinsing necessary, you just spray it on and wipe it off after a few seconds, that’s it. The smell of the spray reminds me a little of kitchen or bathroom cleaner but it is a nice fresh smell that is pleasant to inhale. Lelo are obviously aware that discreet packaging is important with a product like this and have clearly put a lot of thought into the packaging design. Couple that with a first class toy cleaning spray and i don’t see how it can get much better than this.

It comes in such sleek packaging, it could be kept out on the dressing table and no one would be any the wiser what it was actually for. Only refers to the word “toy” on the back, briefly. It’s a nice small bottle though, so I keep it in the bag with my toy. As for the spray itself, it’s easy to apply, just spray it on, leave it a few seconds, then I wiped it off with a towel. I didn’t find it smelled of anything particularly, however it made the toy really clean, and didn’t smell at all clinical, which is definitely a bonus. Even though it’s a small bottle, you don’t use much so I have a feeling it will last forever! I havn’t tried the cheaper spray available on this site, but this is well worth the money, inconspicuous packaging is worth it alone. A must for your toy!

I’ve always used baby wipes initially, then soap and water cleaner for my toys; but recently I have been collecting many more different types of toys made of a huge variety of materials and in so many different shapes and sizes which have particular awkward areas to clean. I know from the dedication Lelo put into their sextoys they wouldn’t produce a cleaner than was cheap or nasty. So I decided to pay a little more and buy the Lelo sextoy cleaner. There are quite a number of cleaners on the market much cheaper, but I was concerned as I am extremely sensitive and in the past have suffered badly with irritations and even had to have visits to the GP because of bad reactions. So of course I was worried about choosing a product that I would be spraying onto every toy that I own as I certainly didn’t want any more reactions “down there”. The one thing that stood out for me was that Lelo add an addition of zinc salts, helping to reduce the chance of irritation, this was one of my main factors that helped me choose this product. It also contains added anti-viral and anti-fungal properties other makes don’t have and its also PH balanced to your body. PACKAGING When I received my Lelo sextoy cleaner, it comes in a beautiful simplified white box, discreet isn’t enough of an explanation, unnoticeable, unobtrusive, understated, all of the above; its just tasteful and screams expensive and luxury and that’s just the box and bottle. Lelo have thought of everything again, they know we love simple luxury, they know we don’t want sextoy cleaner emblazoned all over the bottle with a bright colours saying look at me I clean all your sextoys…for your mum to see when she visits. We love and need a little class in our lives and it simply looks like a luxury understated cosmetic like Chanel, it screams quality. Boxed or unboxed this can easily be left out on your dressing table without any worry of anyone suspecting it’s a sextoy cleaner. There is nothing on the packaging or print on the bottle that even mentions the word sex! Both bottle and box match each other and can sit quite happily next to any of your moisturisers and make-up bottles with no worries at all. USE Its also one of the most simple cleaners to use, spray on leave for 5 seconds NOT minutes and simply wipe clean with a lint free cloth, done! No waiting for 5-10 minutes and no rinsing or having to leave to dry. Perfect for a busy person or a lazy one and you have the peace of mind to know you and your lovers are as safe as you can be. The silver pump feels firm and good quality and it delivers enough in 1 pump to cover the surface area of an average vibrator with an extra squirt for hard to reach creases and wrinkles found on natural looking toys, cyber-skin etc. SMELL The smell isn’t over powering, and doesn’t smell like bleach or toilet cleaner, it has a pleasant feminine clean smell, its really pleasant and unnoticeable once wiped clean. You wont have any lingering bleachy odours covering your other toys either once put back in with your other toys. CONCLUSION Im really pleased I chose the Lelo sextoy cleaner as I have peace of mind and another beautiful product that I don’t even have to hide away in the drawer, its discreet enough to always be on show to remind me to use every time. I can also use it on all different materials as my collection has increased quite alot this year and I have a huge variety of different materials and surfaces, this cleaner is even suitable for use with silicone, rubber and latex toys. A little more expensive but you use less of it and its worth it for peace of mind.

Looking at the product, it is difficult to tell that it is for cleaning toys. This is great because with its discrete white bottle and minimal writing it doesn’t look out of place on the bathroom shelf. The spray bottle is easy to use and theres no chance of spilling if i accidentally leave the lid off. When it comes to what is inside the bottle it doesn’t disappoint either. The spray produces a decent area of coverage and so the product goes a long way. It is odourless and colourless and so it doesn’t leave a nasty chemical smell that other cleaning products do. It cleans really well too, and even on shiny toys it doesn’t smear. I am really satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reliable, discrete cleaning product.

A nice little bottle that looks more like it is a perfume or a body spray. It is nice to have a product that won’t need to be hidden away everytime guests are in the house. The instructions etc don’t make any direct reference to sex toys, therefore it won’t cause embarassment even if it is found by someone. In terms of using the product, you just spray, leave it on for a few seconds, and then you’re done. It is a little more pricey than some other cleaners available, however I feel like the impeccable design, subtelty and ease of use of the product justifies this.

Being a proud owner of several Lelo toys, it just seems logical for the Lelo toy cleaner spray to be on my must-have list. Like the toys, the toy cleaner spray comes in discreet packaging which can be easily mistaken as a moisturizer bottle, making it perfect for someone like me who is living with family (I also took it on an interstate weekend trip!). I have used other toy cleaners before and I suppose they all do the job, but the Lelo toy cleaner does not have that strong chemical smell but a clean scent, almost odorless. The spray is easy to use and very convenient, just by spraying on the surface of the toy (be careful not to get onto electronic parts of the toy) and leaving the solution on for 5 seconds before wiping it off (I usually rinse the toy with warm water and antibacterial soap before using the spray for extra cleanliness). The toy cleaner is suitable for toys of various materials so one bottle will do the trick. The formula is also pH balanced (quite special as I have not previously come across one like this) making it more body-safe. I will definitely purchase another one once this bottle runs out!

I wanted to try a sex toy cleaner for some time, but was bit worried. I am rather prone to having my pH balance upset, as I discovered while using lubes and I was not sure if I should be using sex toy cleaner. The reason why I decided to opt for more expensive Lelo version as it claims to be pH balanced. The bottle with the cleaner is very discreet and unless you read the description at the back, it is possible that people would not know what is in the bottle. The use is very simple. Although during the first few uses I did have small issues with pressing the tab, but that was only short lived. The cleaner does not smell of chemicals, but it has rather fresh smell. After applying, I find it does the job very well. It allows to clean the toy easily, which is really nice if you happen not to be able to wash your toys after use and you may just rely on the cleaner to do the job. I am happy to report that after 2 months of using this I did not have any issues with unbalance of my vaginal pH, so this product may be for those who can have reaction to certain chemicals. Actually it seems to lower my unbalance, as I was using soap with bit of glycerine in it to wash my toys in the past. Overall I will be using this in the future and have already a second bottle stored, so I do not run out of this essential. As I am single, I did not rate the product from his perspective.

This product is a fabulous anti bacterial cleaner which can be used on toys and skin. Spray on, leave for 5 seconds then wipe off with a tissue or towel. So simple and easy to use. Smells very nice and leaves toys clean and smelling like new. Very nice packaging, looks very expensive and is very discrete. Nowhere does it say that its for cleaning sex toys etc. so if someone were to come across it , they may just think it were anti bacterial hand wash. ha. Would recommend this to everyone, worth the little extra and would definitely buy this product again.

This is by far the best toy cleaner I’ve tried. It’s really simple to use, just spray on, leave for a few a seconds and wipe of no need to even rinse. It’s very gentle and there is almost no smell to it at all it just smells very fresh and clean. I also love how simple the packaging is and just fits in with all my other bottles. I was lucky enough to receive this free with the Lelo Nea. As far as toy cleaners go, this is by far the best I have used. It is discreet and classy. Everything you would except from Lelo. It is very simple to use, just spray, wait 30 seconds and wipe. Meaning you can put your toys straight away, rather than waiting for them to dry. If your anything like me, who happens to forget about toy’s while they are drying – creating a few awkward moments, the fact that you do not have to with this is a real bonus. It smells very nice and fresh. The bottle is small but you do not need much, a little really does go a long way. I would not hesitate paying full price for this. It is worth that bit extra, its classy, discreet, practical and smells fresh.

After having recently purchased the Lelo Mia 2 rechargable bullet vibrator for my fiancé, this cleaning spray came with it for free, for which we are both very grateful to Lovehoney, because it allowed us try it out before buying – which we will most certainly we doing when this bottle runs out! My fiancé also has sensitive skin, so we try not to change products to often, but this will absolutely be our go to from now on. It might seem a little expensive at £8.99 for some cleaning spray, but I think it is worth every penny. Particular when you consider that this spray is going to be responsible for keeping clean a toy to be used in a very intimate are. Like everything by Lelo, this looks and feels luxurious, and is of a very high quality. It guarantees you clean sailing in the maintenance of your sex toys.

Before this I’d been cleaning my toys with a gentle soap and warm water, or unfragranced baby wipes in a pinch, which I’ve since stopped doing as apparently it’s not great for your toys in the long term, but I got this as a freebie when I bought my Luna balls and I’m so pleased with it! The bottle’s cute, very discreet, it looks like a glasses cleaner or some contact lens fluid. The packaging tells you to spray, leave for five seconds, then wipe off with a clean cloth. At first I was pretty apprehensive because five seconds doesn’t seem like enough time to thoroughly cleanse something but somehow, miraculously, it is! You don’t even need to rinse it off, just go over it with a cloth like it says. If I’ve been using silicone or oil based lube on a toy I tend to do it twice or at least let it sit a little bit longer just to be extra sure, but that’s just me being persnickety. I was a little bit worried in case this gave me an infection or messed up my ph as I’m quite sensitive and have had reactions to things that have claimed to be ‘body safe’ before, but I’ve been totally fine with this. The spray itself has a little bit of a faint lemony-citrusy smell but it’s not something that lingers in the air for hours and it disappears completely after it’s been wiped away. I don’t use this on all my toys, mainly on my kegel balls, smaller vibrators and things that can’t be fully submerged in water as while a little goes a long way, it’s still £9 that I could be spending on another lube or putting towards a new toy. Priorities. And I have a couple of really textured toys with lots of ridges and swirls that require a good scrubbing with an old, soft toothbrush – as mighty as the Lelo cleaner is, I wouldn’t feel comfortable only using this on it. This has become another toybox staple for me. It’s easy to use, discreet (if you live in a shared house – this means no more smuggling sex toys to the bathroom!), great if you’re a bit lazy, and hasn’t done horrible things to my toys or vagina, so I’ll definitely be repurchasing it when I run out.

Yes, this is an expensive product. Yes, you can probably buy something lower-end and still clean your toys perfectly. And yes, you might not even think you need something like this. But if you want to add a bit of class to your toy box, this might be the perfect product for you. From the fancy minimalistic white box, to the fancy minimalistic bottle you’ll find in it, this luxurious spray cleaner has it all! First of all, the box itself looks very tasteful and simplistic. To someone not familiar with Lelo, it would appear as an expensive and luxurious perfume. It is sealed with two tamper-proof holographic stickers (one on each lid), so you’ll know no one touched it before you. The snowy white bottle itself looks very luxurious. The silver Lelo logo and a simple inscription “Antibacterial cleaning spray” on the front of the bottle don’t reveal its true purpose. The 60ml bottle goes a long way. After each use, you just spritz your toy a couple of times, wait for a few seconds, and wipe it off. It’s anti-bacterial (claiming it destroys 99.9% of all germs), and safe to use with either silicone, latex or rubber toys. Which makes it fantastic to use on more porous materials that are usually harder to clean. The spray doesn’t drip when applied, it turns into a thin bubbly moist layer on the surface which makes cleaning super fast and easy. Fantastic for those times when you don’t want to run into the bathroom in the middle of the night just to wash your toys. The smell is pleasant, non-repelling, not too strong or chemical – like a very neutral soapy scent. It’s skin safe and PH balanced, so it should be suitable for those with sensitive skin, too. I read on the bottle how to use it and it was very simple. Clean the toys first with warm water and soap and then spritz the sex toy cleaner on it, let it sit for 5 sec and then rinse off. I did that, as instructed and my toys where as good as new. The smell wasnt too bad, just like any regular soap, a little stronger smell, and it has a fresh sent to it. It was funny though, one time I went to go take a shower in the washroom and smelt the sex toy cleaner… so I knew my roommate had also bought it and she said it was marvelous. Just if you want to be secretive about your sex toy cleaners,dont have roommates that masturbate with toys and have this cleaner haha. Only bad thing about this is how small of a bottle it is haha, and how quickly you run through it if you are anything like me and masturbate a lot. Realised at the last minute when shopping for something else that I needed a top-up of toy cleaner, and while scanning for my usual fare, the sleek white bottle and anti-bacterial (as one would expect from most quality toy cleaners) term caught my eye. This is an expensive toy cleaner, make no mistake about that. It is however, presented nicely. Lelo Antibacterial Toy Cleaner Spray directions for use suggest that it is very fast-acting, PH neutral and suitable for silicone, latex and rubber toys; which I believe are the most popular materials on the market today. The bottle manages to appear very sleek and “high end” while being discreet at passing glance (unless someone is inquisitive enough to read the albeit small use-directions on the back). It would blend in with cosmetics or small deodorant bottles, and the front of the bottle of course only gives away that it’s an “Alcohol/paraben free premium cleaning spray”.

So let’s not kid ourselves here, the toys we use go in areas that without the proper cleaning can get a bit gross. So it makes sense that if we don’t clean our toys too then they’re gonna get gross in the same kinda way. So I figured my old toy cleaner had been kicking about for too long and never really seemed like it contributed much in the first place so I went for this as an upgrade. As all the other reviews have stated, the packaging is amazing, it could easily be mistaken for some kind of hair solution or suchlike so it now lives in the bathroom cabinet where things get washed. The actual product is massively better than the previous brand I had bought from my local pulse and cocktails. The smell is pleasant and it irradicates any of those left over, unwanted smells that normally take a lot more scrubbing to get rid of. Is easy to apply and doesn’t leave any residue once dried. This is a very classic toy cleaner in that it disinfects effectively. It is pleasant that it does not have a strong sent. Moreover, the packaging is very easy to use. However, I would not say that this cleaner is particularly superior to other cleaners. Bought this as it was a antibacterial cleaner and when it comes to toys sometimes it’s hard to remember what’s been where. So this was a recommended purchase. Just spray leave for a few seconds or rub and scrub – as to your requirements and rinse. Downside – it’s a small bottle, but not a small price. Quick and easy to use. Just do a quick rinse of your toys before spraying, let sit on toy for 10 seconds then rinse off. Has no smell from what I can tell.
