Works great, a must for Fleshlight owners
When I first saw that ILF were selling this I automatically assumed it would be just a way to make a bit of extra green, but I’m pleasantly surprised to say that it works much better than I had hoped! A number of my Fleshies were starting to really get sticky and tacky, to the point where I didn’t even want to use them. Using cornstarch as recommended never seemed to help much, but this really does the trick! Very easy to apply and a small amount does wonders, I’ll definitely be using this regularly to keep my inserts nice and soft! I’d strongly recommend this if you already own inserts or even if you are a first time Fleshlight buyer – it’s a must have for keeping them soft and sexy. Nobody wants a sticky tacky toy, right?

Way too expensive for a bottle of cornflour!
I knew before I ordered the “fleshlight renewing powder” that cornstarch or cornflour (whatever you like to call it) could restore the fleshlight sleeves and prevent it from stickiness. However, I did not expect to get just that: a bottle of 100% cornstarch! Ok, it works, but cornflour is dead cheap at your local supermarket. My tip: save yourself some money and get it from there. 500 grams cost around £1.30

This is an essential. No questions. Unless you can afford to spend £50 everytime you want a more exciting wank, this is the only way to keep your fleshlight like new. After 2 washes, my boyfriend’s fleshlight had already started to become a bit tacky. Within four, the fleshlight felt nothing like the soft, beautiful creature that had arrived in the post days before. I bought this (actually, I accidently bought 2), and with a quick talcy shake, the fleshlight felt like its usual self. It feels like talc, it looks like talc and smells of nothing. But it works wonders. There are some reviews which complain about the price for what it is, but honestly, I can’t ever imagine running out of this stuff. 2 shakes and the fleshlight is back to new. My boyfriend is using this on a regular basis, and I swear this pot is not going down. I can’t ever believe we will use the 2nd powder EVER. Worth the money.

Good but
As much as I agree with this product being excellent for restoring my fleshlights to as good as new, I read the ingredients and it’s just cornstarch. You can get it very cheaply from any supermarket as this is what I used before I got this powder. Love the design of the bottle as it looks great as I love all ILF products, fits well next to my lubes! Magic Powder
I really recommend this powder if your fleshlight has gone horrible rubbery, stiff and unusable. I used my fleshlight everyday then after a good 8 months it wasn’t nice to use inside felt horribly stiff and not soft and silky like it did when it arrived. I bought this powder and sprinkled it on. Don’t be scared to use a lot I covered the sleeve inside and out. the sleeve went back to normal instantly. Magic powder?
If you have a fleshlight you need this powder. After washing the insert a few times you will find that the insert goes tacky. A quick rub down with this powder and the fleshlight is like new again. Magic in a bottle
I own a couple of silicone toys, one of them being one of the limpy packers. I had done research on other sites with most people recommending to use corn flour on the packer to keep it feeling skin like. Well, it’s not the best thing to use! Anyway I saw this on the site and decided to buy it and see if it would work on the packer. This stuff is essential if you have any fleshlight product. I use mine for my Mr Limpy. After some use it becomes ‘sticky’ and all you need to do is sprinkle some of this powder on and it feels just as amazing as ever! It is just 100% corn starch and honestly it is a bit expensive for just corn starch, but as a UK person corn starch is pretty hard to find anyway. Ingredients: 100% cornstarch. (cornflour)!!! Buy cornflour from your local shop if you don’t already have some in the kitchen cupboard. At around 70p for 250 grams it’s a little bit cheaper than fleshlight ‘renewing powder’. I assumed it would be some special stuff that was designed for the type of rubber used in the fleshlight, what I sucker I feel having just read what the ingredients are printed on the tube. No mention of this on the product info on the web page. Lovehoney, as a loyal customer I expected better from you.

I have the Fleshlight Renewing powder for my Fleshlight and it is very very good stuff it made my Fleshlight feel just like when i first got it so i would recommend every Fleshlight owner to use this and also the Fleshwash spray. I noticed on the bottle it says 100% cornstarch so if you really wanted to you could go to the shop and use ordinary corn starch as this is quite pricey but the bottle is a decent size and i would buy this again as i like things to be branded I’m a very funny person like that. Make sure that you Fleshlight is fully dry before applying the renewing powder otherwise it may not work.

This little batch of powder was probably one of the best purchases from lovehoney that I have made recently. It’s so worth the money. I was reluctant to buy at first because I thought that there was not enough powder for all of my Fleshlights. Boy was I wrong. Over the course of two years almost I have amassed a massive collection of around 7 Fleshlights. I bought this to renew them all thinking it would take a hefty amount of powder. Not only did it work and provide the silky smooth skin feeling again, it was enough to cover all of the Fleshlights – Sleeve and all with pretty much 12% of the powder gone. How this was possible I don’t even know but I’m glad I purchased it.

If you own a Fleshlight you almost definitely need this! I found that mine would go stickey to the touch after washing, luckily I bought this and now they’re good as new again now. As someone with more than one Fleshlight, this is essential for keeping them all usable and make sure you didn’t squander your hard earned cash! Having recently bought a Fleshlight when it was a Deal Of The Day, I was horrified to discover how sticky/tacky it became after I washed it using a sex toy cleaner. After panicking and asking the wonderful people on the Lovehoney forum for advice, they said this was normal, and recommended using something similar to this powder renewer. Because I was warying of damaging the fleshlight I ordered this using my Oh! Points instead of using an alternative. It really does what it says – I have just sprinkled it on the Fleshlight and it has brought it back up as good as new. Nice and silky to the touch. Looking at the product it says the ingredients are 100% Cornstarch. The guys on the forum did tell me to just use cornflour instead of paying for this, and now I have this product I must agree with them. I wouldn’t bother paying for this (am glad I used my Oh! Points rather than actual money).

This product works fine but Don’t be fooled. This renewing powder is just cornflour in a fancy tube. That’s all it really is,Cornflour or Maize Starch!! In fact that’s all it says on the ingredients – ‘Maize Starch’. You can just buy some cornflour down the supermarket for a lot less than this, under €2.

Works well, but it's just cornstarch
I use this with the Fleshlight Sex in a Can Lady Lager, and it keeps the sleeve feeling very soft and realistic. As this was my first fleshlight I wanted to use the proper product to make sure I maintained my toy correctly. However, a quick glance at the ingredients will reveal that it is 100% cornstarch. Due to the price, it is cheaper to purchase cornstarch from a supermarket, which will work just the same.

Why have we waited so long to get this
Once again, delivery was quick and well packaged, as always from Lovehoney. Top service. I have been meaning to grab some of this powder for my hubbys Fleshlight that he has had for a couple years and decided to use our LH points on it. The tube of powder is a fairly decent size so i can imagine it will last a decent amount of time. There isn’t really much else you can add about it other than it does exactly what it says it will. I am now asking myself why i waited so long to purchase and why we have not been using the stuff after every use. For something like the Fleshlight which are a fair price i would deffinetly suggest this powder as it will keep your Fleshlight as good as new for as long as possible meaning you won’t have to keep replacing your Fleshlight toys ( which is a huge bonus for such a small price for the powder ). I would definitely recommend this for anyone who has a fleshlight because it keeps it in very good condition. The flashlight powder renewer is a good product because it allows you to preserve the texture and feeling of the flashlight being new. It allows it to stay protected and keeps it in the best condition possible. After you have washed your flashlight (with your fleshlight wash and dried it.) Just simply sprinkle a light layer of powder on the outside and inside of the sleeve and make sure it is evenly covered.

Does exactly what it claims to
Having bought a flashlight I decide to also get this. I’m assuming it’s what they use in the factory when new because it looks, and feels, exactly the same. Once I’ve cleaned and dried the flashlight, I sprinkle some of this onto my hand and then rub it over the surface. I also put some through the middle and shake. I’ve found it’s very easy to pour out too much, especially if you shake the bottle because the holes are quite large. Better to need more than shake out too much. I’d recommend doing all of this over the sink/bath because it can be a bit messy if you aren’t very careful. After quite a few months, the flashlight still looks, and feels, like new. I don’t know if this is down to the powder but I’d worry the material would stick to itself without it. You don’t need much of it so the two bottles I bought should last for ages. On an unrelated note, our rabbit got injured and we used it (because it’s 100% cornstarch) to help stop the bleeding. Bonus.

Cheap, makes your Fleshlight like new
After purchasing the Fleshlight Sex in a Can Vampire Succu Dry a bought the renewer powder, to keep in tip-top shape. This powder comes in a nice plain talcum powder style container with a green sticker with information and branding on how to use the product and how to store it safely. You get 118ml of the renewer powder, which will see you through for a while, depending on how often you use your toys. On the shaker part of the tub there is a film lid, which you will need to pierce before using, just like a any bottle. Then when that film lid has gone you have still got a cardboard stopper to make sure everything stays inside the bottle. On the bottom of the powder you have got a best before date, which is handy to have. After using the realistic mouth a few times i noticed that it didn’t feel “like new” and knew i needed to use some powder to keep it up to standard. All i used to do was wash his toys thoroughly with toy cleaner, then left to air dry completely throughout the toy. i gave the renewer powder a little shake on to the toy and smoothed the powder over to get a nice even thin layer all over the toy. Instantly said the toy felt much more like new again. As for the price of this product, you really cannot go wrong with it being under a tenner! This powder will last you for a while and will not break the bank when you need to stock back up, unlike some of the powders out there. Anyone with a realistic toy who wants to keep them in a fantastic condition, you will not regret buying this! As for Lovehoney’s packaging, you can guarantee it’s going to be super discreet, with every product you buy coming discreetly packaged within either plain brown boxes or envelopes.

Keeps your Fleshlight feeling new
After a few uses my Flesh light became tacky to the touch. It didn’t effect its use in any way, but it had lost the life like feel of the SuperSkin material. A few splashes of renewing powder and it was like I had just taken it out the box for the first time. Just make sure the sleeve is 100% dry before you apply the powder or you will end up with a bit of a sticky mess!

I wish I’d bought this product sooner than I did. Didn’t realise what a difference it makes to the toy feeling like it’s brand new each time. The only negative is the same one as talcum powder has – The stuff gets EVERYWHERE if you’re not careful. Not too big and easy to hide away
I was expecting for it to be hard to hide , but luckily it wasn’t and I found it pretty easy to just shove in a small corner of the room from prying eyes. Agree with the other reviews for this product – the powder works wonders! I actually have a Doc Johnson stroker and much like the Fleshlight it can get tacky after washing and takes away from the experience a little. This powder has made the stroker feel smooth and like I just got it out of the box! Only thing I would say is that the container itself is actually pretty big compared to the contents? Otherwise an excellent product.

Maybe I used it wrong?
I picked this up for my Fleshlight Flight that I use on a regular basis. I did the usual routine after using my fleshlight where I run it under a tap to flush it out and use my fingers to massage toy cleaner all over the sleeve before allowing it to dry. After 24 hours I began to try applying the fleshlight powder. At first it was a little difficult to get any to come out of the tube (the lid is sealed on and there are 5 holes through which the powder can come out) After getting some of the powder out of the tube I started spreading it around the fleshlight sleeve with my hands. This was extremely difficult as it would clump together in places and was especially difficult to spread throughout the inner canal. After achieving an even layer across the sleeve I put the fleshlight back together and left it for a few hours. Upon using it I found the powder and the lube mixed to create a sort of white sludge which was unpleasant. Maybe I didn’t leave it long enough, I don’t know. There aren’t any strict guidelines included with the powder. The powder, I found, barely made any difference to the enjoyment I got out of my fleshlight. Perhaps my fleshlight is still “new” enough to not need it. Again, I don’t know. All in all, I found this to be unnecessary to get enjoyment out of my fleshlight, perhaps when my fleshlight has some more age to it I will revisit this to see if it makes a difference. Until then, i’m leaving this in my drawer.

Purchased to keep my growing fleshlight collection in tip top condition. I had previously been using corn flour which prevents the silicone being sticky but does not give it that gorgeous silky smooth feel of a new fleshlight like this does. It seems to keep the surface from getting tacky for quite a while even after washing which is nice. This helps avoid constantly using it. I would certainly recommend this to anyone with a fleshlight, use liberally once dry after washing and tap off the excess. Only downside is needing much more lube after refreshing the surface.

I bought this along with a Fleshlight Flight. I imagine the powder is useful when storing your toy for a long time without use. However, with regular use and proper cleaning and drying, the powder doesn’t seem to have any effect. The plastic container is easy to use and keeps the powder dry. The label is easy to peel off, leaving you with a discrete container that won’t make anyone the wiser. The powder has only one ingredient which everyone already has in their kitchen cupboard, and it costs a fraction of what Fleshlight charges you for it. Lovehoney has plenty of fun toys available for approximately the same amount as this powder, so I would suggest filling your basket with those instead.

That’s all it is. Buy a box at the grocery for 90 cents and refill your shaker. Does the job – but save your money. I sprinkle some in a zip lock bag and shake the toy up in there. The ingredients are on the label. Why does a review have to have 50 words?

Whatever you do don’t waste your money on this. It’s a common pitfall that many people new to the Fleshlight world fall in to. That’s why I’m writing this to grab you before you fall, so to speak.All it is is cornflour in a fancy container. You can buy a big box of cornflour from your local supermarket for a pound, probably less. You’ll find it next to or near normal plain flour used in cooking. Cornflour is primarily used in cooking as well, it’s a thickening agent. But it’s also great for removing the stickiness fleshie sleeves inevitably get. Pro tip: Only ever apply cornflour once your sleeve is 100% dry. Otherwise it may contribute to mold growth.Even if you wanted a shaker/dispenser to put the cornflour in you could buy one of those as well at your supermarket of choice and it’d still be much cheaper. You’d have far more cornflour as well. Or better yet buy a small makeup/blusher brush instead and use that to apply and rub in the perfect amount of cornflour. It doesn’t require much and the brush spreads it excellently.I’m eternally grateful to ILF (the Fleshlight company) for creating FLs but this is just disgusting. Repackaging and selling something for £10 that doesn’t even cost £1? You almost have to admire their audacity and brazen attitude. This is Snake Oil salesman levels of BS right here people. The worst part is it preys on their most fresh and naive customers. It’d be funny if it wasn’t so scummy. I just prey you see this review before you become another victim of this racket.Something else worth pointing out, which kinda makes this whole situation even more dire, is that you don’t even need to powder your sleeves really. Sure your sleeves eventually get tacky but as long as they’re cleaned, properly dried and stored in a clean environment it makes minimal difference. It may feel a tad unpleasant as you’re getting your sleeve out to use or put away but that doesn’t exactly take long. When you are using it you put it in its case so you can’t feel the outside anyway. Then you lube, or at least I hope you do, the inside of the sleeve for use. So any internal tackiness disappears instantly. You see what I mean, it’s unnecessary. Even if you do powder it as soon as you rinse your sleeve before use, which you have to do if you powder your sleeve, the tackiness comes back. But as outlined above it matters little. So I ask, why bother in the first place?I’ve been FLying (using FLs) for a very long time now. Probably explains why I’m always smiling. And I gave up on powdering my sleeves years ago. Now I’m not saying you should do that but I am saying that it’s not as vital as you may of been lead to believe. Every two weeks or monthly would more than suffice if you insisted on powdering your sleeves. Oh and for the love of god don’t buy this nonsense if you do want to powder your sleeves. Get yourself down the shops and drop your quid for a box of cornflour. There are countless things we can waste our money on in life. I struggle to think of a bigger waste than this stuff though. I bought this product along with the Fleshlight Ice Lady Crystal toy which I ordered for my boyfriend. While the product is effective at doing what it’s supposed to do, a quick glance at the packaging (after my boyfriend had already opened it, unfortunately), told us that this is literally just a plastic tube full of CORNFLOUR.The ingredients list reads as follows:Ingredients:100% cornstarchThe ingredients list really should clearly be stated on the website, but what this powder is actually made of is not mentioned anywhere on the page. Now, you can buy a 500g box of cornflour for around £1.50 from any supermarket and it will be exactly the same thing, so please don’t waste your money like I did and buy that instead! I mean, it does what it says on the bottle. Fleshlights have a sort of sticky/tacky feel and this powder basically acts as an anti-sticking agent. After applying it, the material goes from feeling like a sticky jelly to really soft, smooth skin.However, I don’t actually recommend applying it to the inside of the sleeve, as I don’t think it’s really necessary. If you’re using lube (and you should be), you really aren’t going to notice a difference. Also, if you have a clear Fleshlight (like the Ice Lady Crystal for example), be aware that the powder will change the skin from looking completely clear to instead looking somewhat frosted or translucent (you can wash it off, though).But it’s definitely worth applying the the orifice of the sleeve. The difference in texture really is night and day. I found myself just touching it with my hands for 5 minutes straight after I first used it. Basically, the process is pour some on, rub it in with your hand (making sure to get all the crevices and creases), and then if you’re keen remove the excess with a soft brush. It works great.On the other hand, it is literally 100% cornstarch. I can’t help but feel you could get an effective alternative for less money.

However as the only ‘ingredient’ is cornstarch/cornflour you could pick up the same product from a supermarket for a fraction of the price. What you are in effect paying for is an overpriced shaker. I would wash my toys and leave them to airdry but they always went sticky and never felt the same as the first month I had them. So I now have two fleshlight’s in my possession. Ana Foxx, and Emily Willis. With each fleshlight being $80 a piece, it is vital to keep them as in top condition as possible. It is just cornstarch, which I found odd, but hey, if it does the job, I am all for it!It makes your sleeve feel soft to the touch and more like actual skin. After each use, I usually put the renewing powder on after the toy dries. Make sure the sleeve is thoroughly dried, though! I made a mistake and thought it was plenty dry, but it was not. And the powder got on the inside and hardened as the water evaporated days later. Kind of odd. Because it is just cornstarch, I wish it was cheaper, but you can always buy it from the grocery store. As another reviewer said, it does make a mess when you attempt to coat the sleeve in the powder. I use a towel so it catches the power. After a couple of times using this method, you can use the powder that seeped onto the towel and roll the sleeve across it to ensure not to waste too much.

Why should I purchase this?
I’m one of those guys who will call out a scam the second I see one. YES, this product does seem to be over priced cornstarch and YES you can absolutely use cheap cornstarch. HOWEVER, if you are anything like me, it’s very hard to use a box of cornstarch in the bedroom and then go to the kitchen and pull out the cornstarch and use it to cook with, and not think to yourself “is this the box I was just using on my sex toy?” Ok, so simple solution, purchase a shaker container and put constarch in it and keep that in your bedroom instead of the box, or pay a little more money for this container of cornstarch with a label already on it and then refill it over and over again so at least for peace of mind, you know your box of cornstarch hasn’t touched an item that has touched your schlong. It’s completely up to you.Now, I’m not going to stop there. Why do I need a refreshing powder or cornstarch in the first place? Well, it’s quite simple, really. To keep your Fleshlight, or ANY realistic sex toy, fresh and germ-free, you need to wash it. When you wash these things, you need to dry them completely to avoid mildew. I purchased this alongside a Fleshlight Pilot having read that renewing powder is a must for keeping toys in good condition. Having now used it, everything you have read online is right!The produce comes in the pictured tube, which has a sturdy satisfying click seal to keep out moisture, and a few holes to allow you to distribute out the powder. Apply the powder liberally and spread with your hands – I found doing this over a sink was easiest for cleanup. The toy will transform from a sticky silicone-like substance to a smooth skin-like texture, it’s much more pleasant to hold.Two things to note, first, clear toys like the pilot will stop being clear. If you add lube or wet the toy with water it will become a lot less cloudy, but once you use the powder it will forever be changed. And secondly, the powder can “cake up” inside the pack whilst sprinkling, requiring a light shake to loosen up again – this is natural for all fine powders!All in all, if you have a fleshlight, I would highly recommend. Makes toys much more pleasant to hold after cleaning, and the form factor is much more convenient than simply purchasing other cornstarches or similar powders!

If you’re thinking of getting a fleshlight make doubly sure to also get the restoring powder, otherwise the material will get tacky after a few uses which degrades it. Make sure to store the container right side up, or else powder will fly everywhere when you open it (speaking from experience 😅)

Does the job, however it clumps in the container and can be difficult to shake out, but leaves a nice coating once dispensed
