A lot of effort for a good reward
First off lets get the fleshlight/flashlight thing out of the way. At a very basic level I suppose it looks like a torch, but only if you have never seen one before. don’t try and pass it off as a torch, you will end up looking stupid, especially during a power cut. The fleshlight consists of two main parts. The inner bit and the plastic body. The body has a screw top and bottom to allow for access and removal of the inner sleeve. The inner sleeve is made up of some very squidgy type material that feels quite strange when you first touch it. the direction say that you should warm up the inner sleeve first in a bowl of water and use lots of lube. To be honest that is an understatement. You need a hell of a lot of lube. initially this is not a problem but the outer body can become slippery if you have to reapply the lube. The screw on the bottom has a dual purpose. firstly it allows for you to pull the sleeve back in place properly after warming or cleaning. secondly during use by screwing/unsrewing it you can adjust the amount of suction which has a massive impact on how if feels. In use the device feels very good. I can understand why you could argue it feels like the real thing, but this requires quite a mental leap which I couldn’t quite make so whilst it felt good it didn’t feel real to me. Odd one this – the container is plastic and torch shaped with screw caps at both ends. In use the case shape is surpisingly practical if unattractive in grey plastic. The larger ‘bulb’ end is the penetration end and there are various inserts available – see elsewhere on Love Honey’s site. The smaller, ‘battery’ end cap controls the amount of suction; if something goes in at the bulb end, air has to come out. If something is being taken out air needs to get in or it creates a suction if the cap is screwed tight (very nice!). The insert is easily removed for cleaning and feels, well, as realistic as I’ve experienced so far when lubricated, and is best if warmed before use. Better than your hand!!!
If your someone like me who spends a lot of time away from you partner this is a must for you. While it in no way makes up for the real thing it is 100% better than using your hand for relief. Good Product! For starters it comes in a presealed tin or box so unlike alot of these kind of products you know nobody has fingered it in the shop which could be a potential health hazard for the user. I was very sceptical about the Flesh-light, in all honestly I didn’t believe that it would be as good as all the reviews and info said it would be. But when I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised. It came in a well designed metal tin, however I don’t really see the need for this as it’s not something you’ll have out on display, but never the less will be great for storage. Inside the tin was the Flesh-light, a handy leaflet explaining how to use and clean the product and a thoughtful gesture of a free satchel of lube. The Product itself doesn’t feel like actual flesh to the touch, however this doesn’t really effect the actual usage of the Flesh-light itself, which surprisingly feels incredibly like the real thing. Wow - believe the hype

I received this product for my birthday after wanting one ever since they were launched. Everything from the product, documentation and packaging oozes quality; this isn’t something that is going to break the first time you get rough with it. For those who aren’t familiar with the product the easiest way to describe it is as a lady hole in a can. Unscrew the lid and you are faced with a generic yet realistic looking pink ‘quivering mound of love pudding’. To look at you’d never think that the hole could accommodate you, but on further ‘exploration’ you will notice that the material is quite stretchy. (N.B. the fleshlight comes with a plastic tube inside for packing reasons. Make sure that you remove it before sampling otherwise you might end up as one of those funny hospital stories). So, to use. Though no one who has actually had sex would say that feels like the real thing. To answer this, I have to explain exactly where using my Fleshlight fits into my personal spectrum of masturbation. At one end of the scale, there is the ‘quickie’; the rushed, frenzied form of masturbation wherein relief is the prime (READ: only) goal and, beyond an open palm and maybe some visual stimulus, there’s nothing in the way of preparation or especial care. Far removed from this, at the absolute other end of the scale, is masturbation with the Fleshlight; the necessary preparation means that each session naturally evolves into a long drawn-out affair, wherein the focus is placed solely on evoking all the various nuances of physical pleasure that the Fleshlight allows. Not The Real Thing
