This flogger is the second item from the 50 shades set we have added to our collection but one of many floggers we have hung on the door for easy reach. Unlike our first 50 shades item (the drive me crazy glass) this arrived in a clear plastic bag with a 50 shades tag attached to the hanging loop. As I generally throw the packaging out this didn’t bother me but for someone that likes to keep boxes it may come as a slight disappointment. That said the packaging, after all, is just packaging and doesn’t change the way the flogger works! The handle is covered in quite soft faux leather and is comfortable to wield, as this is a mini flogger of sorts the handle is just big enough to grip and use effectively. We certainly have some with longer handles but I find this just about right. The leather is held together with silver rivets at either end which do look nice as a contrast against the black. There is a 50 shades tag on the handle (which is only to be expected) but it is fairly small and not really noticeable which did please me. The fronds, which there are a lot of, are typically silver to stick with the 50 shades colour scheme and are quite light weight which would make this ideal for anyone wanting to dabble a bit, and who is a 50 shades fan of course! Personally this is not heavy enough for my tastes, and we found it tended to sting a bit more (although not in a cane way) than the dull thud we like when swung hard with my favourite. Due to its small size it is idea for travel as would fit discreetly in a bag (or even a pocket!) and is easier to be precise with, which would be ideal for someone starting out compared to a long flogger to make sure the targeted areas are hit. Overall I didn’t think this was anything special. Part of the price tag is definitely for the name as there are similar ‘unbranded’ floggers on Lovehoney that will do the same job, and personally some cheaper that do a better job. That said there is fundamentally nothing wrong with this, and if you are a 50 shades fan then this will probably appeal more than a BB one or similar despite the price tag, I just found myself reaching for something else after a few swings!

Whipped into a frenzy
The flogger arrived discreetly packaged as usual from Love Honey and couldn’t wait to try this out. Been trying to get a light bondage session going to see if we both enjoy it. The product itself is well made and feels nice brushed against the skin. We didn’t go over the top with the flogging but I can say it really does the job and I for one enjoyed being flogged with it and it certainly opened my eyes for further sessions. Great item and a good time had.

I need to be punished
This is my first flogger and I didn’t want to start with something too powerful so was pleased to get this as a tester. It’s small and lightweight with a leather look handle complete with studs and a loop for hanging. Like all fsog stuff it has a little brand name tag on it. The silver strips feel soft against the skin when they’re swished gently but they have a satisfying sting when a bit more force is put in to it. I loved having my husband use this on me while I was face down on the bed, alternating between soft strokes and really putting his back into. In my opinion this flogger probably isn’t big enough to cause any serious pain but it’s still quite satisfying . My bum certainly looked red and felt very warm afterwards! Very good for the occasional flick on the more sensitive area such as genitals or breasts followed by gentle soothing swishes. This is probably ideal to break you in gently to flogging without doing too much damage and it’s small size means it’s easy to store away or take away with you for a weekend etc. Overall I found it quite enjoyable both doing the flogging and receiving but maybe I ‘d being looking to something a bit more heavy duty in the future.

Sweet sting of submission
We have recently been dabbling into items like this and have one suede flogger already. I was most excited to be asked to test this one! It arrived speedy delivery as usual. This is one of many of the fifty shades of grey items I now own and I have to say I was most disappointed with the packaging of this one. All of the others have come in classy boxes and had storage bags to go with them. This one just came in a cellophane bag with the little book attached on a ribbon to the handle. The ribbon was a cute touch, it had memorable words from the books on it such as “charlie tango” and “twitchy palm”. The flogger itself has silver faux leather strands and a black faux leather handle with a hanging loop. There is a small tag which says fifty shades of grey. We used this whilst my wrists were tied to the ceiling and I was blindfolded so my senses were in overload. This was only the second time we have done anything like this and unlike the first time my husband didn’t go quite as easy on me! This flogger can deliver a sting depending on how hard it is brandished but I don’t think it could hurt anyone too much. The strands are very nice and teasing whilst being dragged across the skin especially on the nipples and neck. I also used this on my husband for his first ever time and I was very gentle. I teased him with it and whipped it all around his back, legs, bum gently. Seemed to have a good effect! It’s a nice size so we could easily slip this into our packing for a holiday although I reckon it would echo through the caravan! So to sum it up this is a lovely addition to our toy box of “spanky” things. I would say it could be for beginners as long as it was used gently at first. I’m not sure it would quite deliver the sharp enough sting that advanced users would require though. Thank you lovehoney we thoroughly enjoyed testing this item.

I was very honoured to receive the Fifty Shades of Grey Please Sir Flogger, as a product to test and review. It arrived perfectly discreet and very quickly, via Royal Mail. The flogger itself, is a petite little thing, at just 15 inches, it’s much smaller than what I’m used to seeing with my partners huge collection of floggers. We didn’t have any doubt in what we could use this one for though! Firstly, the flogger is made of faux leather, which was a little disappointing. There is nothing more kinkier than having the smell of leather, whilst you are flogging a loved one. The handle is very well made and of a good quality, with a little 50 shades tag, but when it came to the strands, they could have been cut a bit neater. There was a good amount of strands though and the flogger doesn’t cause too much sting, so is the perfect flogger for beginners. I have been using the flogger with my partner on her breasts and genitals, it’s the perfect size, to tease and please, without hurting. Even used on myself who is new to receiving flogging, I thoroughly enjoyed the sensation and it feels great blindfolded. The anticipation before you feel it gently across your manhood, is rather a big turn on and had me throbbing and twitching. I have always been sceptical of floggers. I thought they looked rather tame for my liking but I was very wrong. Firstly a new toy always brings a new zing into the bedroom but I think this is my new favourite toy! Sensuous, rather than stinging
Was excited to receive this, my second Fifty Shades toy. Disappointed with the packaging, a sealed noisy cellophane bag. Once opened I was surprised by two things, how light the flogger is and how short the strands are. Still, nothing ventured nothing gained. We decided to follow the suggestions on the booklet and begin stroking my body with it, gently at first and then more firmly…it really does tease those nerve endings. I was surprised at how it brought me to an edge, craving the next touch..on fire. We decided to try to see how it worked as a pain stimulus but in short it doesn’t. Largely because the strands are so short and the flogger is so light, there really is no weight even with force…and he had to be very close, giving less swinging room. A very gentle bite at most, it worked best on breasts and nipples…not so much on bum and thighs. It’s still a very nice addition to my collection, used with a blindfold it’s a party for the senses. Can’t wait to play with this again.

Very pleasing to the eye and the skin
The Please, Sir flogger comes in a classy colourway of black and silver. It’s a quality product like everything else I’ve purchased from the Fifty Shades range. I do like my naughty toys to be nicely made. The handle is bound and studded with a decent grip, but I was surprised at how lightweight it was when it arrived. How does it perform? Pleasure: Drawing the tails over the skin – teasing and tickling is arousing for sensation play. Pain: In all honesty it’s not capable of inducing any serious pain, but it can deliver a sharp sting. It’s certainly not a flogger for seasoned BDSM folk. Perfect for anyone wanting to dabble or role play Mr Grey and Miss Steele for the fun of it. I also have a suede flogger and a rubber flogger for lightweight play. Compared to those, it really doesn’t come out as the winner. It’s such a shame that the tails are made of faux leather. It doesn’t have the same fluidity of suede or rubber when caressing the skin. It’s not a designer item, but it’s also not bargain basement. I’m sure for the price they could have used a better textile for the fronds. The aroma of leather would really add to its appeal. It’s such a shame as the flogger is so beautiful to look at. Having said that, it’s a nice addition to my other Fifty Shades toys as they are lovely to look at – far too pretty to be locked away.

Great fun and a good starting point for beginners
This was our first time playing with a flogger and it was a great starting point. On receiving the toy, we really liked the handy tag giving some tips on how to get started. Having a bit of guidance took the awkwardness out of not being sure how to begin and let us get on having fun from the off. The flogger is well made and quite light weight, which I think is a bonus if you’re not very experienced. The overall design is very tidy and the whole thing feels like it will survive a good amount of play. After an initial bit of giggling we really got to grips with this toy and it was great fun. We tried it first with my wife blindfolded and her hands tied to the head of the bed using some bondage tape we bought previously. I started off using the flogger pretty softly to get us used to it and mixed things up using a tickler we have to add a bit of variety. As we went on, I started to use more force and we really got into it. The great thing about this is the suspense you can build up from not knowing what sensation is coming next and when. We were really pleased with our first try with this toy and I’m looking forward to my turn being on the receiving end. I think the flogger is a really nice size so can easily be stored discreetly away from prying eyes. It looks the part and you can give a good amount of sting without worrying about hurting your partner which makes this great for beginners.

This was my second flogger, my first being the Bondage Boutique Intermediate Suede Flogger. Unlike that one I thought this flogger was extremely well-made. The handle is nicely padded and the tails are stitched in very well. I think that faux leather is a more suitable material for a flogger as I found suede can come apart fairly easily whereas faux leather holds up to punishment much better. You get a generous amount of tails as well. The branding of this product makes what could be a pretty intimidating item much more approachable. The colouring is very attractive, it’s just a slight shame that it doesn’t come with a bag or box to store it in. The description says you can achieve everything from feathery strokes to harsh stings and I definitely found this to be true. Running it gently over the skin does create a very nice feeling, which belies the sting you are capable of achieving with more concentrated flicks. Flicking your wrist as you flog allows you to create a snapping sting on your partner’s skin which leaves a pleasant, tingly redness. You can really get some good, painful whacks with this flogger. Not sure whether you would consider this a positive or a negative (it will depend on what you are looking for), but I gave it its own section. You can NOT break the skin with this flogger and the sting, while sharp, fades after a few seconds. This means it is ideal for people who are maybe newer to flogging and want something that has a sting to it but without committing to drawing blood. Working the same section of skin will produce a delightful tingle that lasts though, so your partner doesn’t get off easily. Overall I would definitely recommend this item to other couples. Maybe not worth the purchase if you already have a quality flogger, but if you are new to flogging or have only experienced suede so far this is a must-have.

although Master Sailbad already has a number of floggers with which he is very adept, this neat little flogger fits nicely in with the collection. It is very pleasing to the eye as it looks very stylish. The handle affords a good grip and the silver tendrils feel very soft. Ideal for teasing, this toy is extremely sensual when drawn slowly over the body. But don’t let that fool you. Although this toy is quite small (and ideal for tucking into your handbag) the effect it can deliver in full flogging mode is not to be underestimated. I purchased this flogger after reading the great reviews, it sounded perfect for my first flogger. It arrived in Lovehoney’s discreet packaging along with some other goodies. It just comes in plastic wrapping with a little 50 shades tag, with some info on how to use it. A little box would have been nice to store it in. My first impression was that it was really good quality and well made. I would say this flogger is perfect for beginners, it is gorgeous to look at and the silver throngs are nice and soft. This flogger delivers a lovely sting to the bottom, used gently or harder the sharper the sting! This flogger has only ever been used on my bottom, looking forward to my oh using it all over my body! A perfect
Firstly, this flogger looks like a sexy bondage item (in keeping with the 50 Shades Range) and is well made. The satin silver-grey drawsting pouch is perfect storage also – discreet and tasteful. The soft faux leather of the flogger itself makes for an ideal tickler as it is so soft over the skin. I like to bind or cuff Mrs Yorkie and blindfold her for our light BDSM, so this flogger is fantastic for teasing play. Very sensual. As a flogger itself, it’s probably not for the hardened BDSM or dominant as the lashes are not too strong. A strong flick of the wrist produces a moderate sting to the skin and leaves a warming reddening mark (which can easily be kissed or massaged away), but is not strong enough to break the skin or draw blood. It does make a beautiful cracking sound though. It’s soft enough to elicit a combination of pleasure and mild pain when used against all erogoneous zones. Great for beginners
I think this flogger would be good for those who are new to BDSM as it is a good price and is more gentle than some others. We bought this a while ago and have since progressed to much harder floggers but I think that using this when we were starting out made our journey into BDSM a much smoother one as it definitely built up my confidence. Even when he was extra rough whilst using this it wasn’t unbearable and was very enjoyable. Also because it’s a lot more affordable than some of the harder leather flogger you can give it a go and not have to worry about having spent a lot of money on something you may not use. It’s smaller in length than a lot of other floggers which makes it much more transportable, some have longer handles and therefore aren’t so discreet but this will easily slip into a travel bag without causing any problems. Overall I’d say this is a good first step into BDSM, rather than being purely painful, this leaves a warming, tingling sensation on the skin that can be built up to a very satisfying burning when used roughly which makes it a very safe introduction into rougher sex. Although we rarely reach for this anymore, I used to have a great time using this during the earlier days of my relationship with my current boyfriend.

Great for beginners
I’ve always had a thing for pain, but I’m also a bit of a wimp! This was perfect for starting our exploration into using toys for BDSM and inflicting pain, as before, all we had used was hands and belts! Using this, you can go from light tickles, to stinging pain – it’s lovely! I was left giggling and flinching with an extremely red bottom, which made me feel kinky and wonderful. Great for teasing
I wouldn’t normally purchase a flogger but this one was on offer so couldn’t resist. My ideal fantasy is being blind folded and being teased until I can’t take it. This is great for running over your skin gently! A gentle whip every so often is a great awakening. The handle is a good length and the extra strap helps incase you get carried away and lose grip. Whipped me into shape
As always packaging was discreet and good. Beautiful quality product, feels so good in the hand, nice weight to it! I love to swish it around and crack my OH’s ass but it is more of a tickle than a painful flog so if you are looking for pain, this one might not be for you, even with a good flog there is no real pain, more a light slap. Great little flogger

This is the first flogger I have owned and thought I would get one from the 50 shades range as am a bit of a fan of the books. I think I made a good choice as it feels a good quality product, well made , great value for money. A nice addition to my collection. Feels great to use and feels even better to have used on myself. It’s more of a medium sized flogger than some of the bigger ones I’ve seen at stores and I like this.I would recommend this and makes a good gift for a 50 shades fan who likes or would like to try a good flogging.

Good noise, good marks
Even though this gives a more plastic leather feel than real leather, it does the job very well. Can be used for tickiling all over body. Or much more forcefully with a heavy hand. It was sharp but not uncomfortably painful. Gave us right amount of control so it could be used on much more sensitive areas. I would recommend to anyone wanting to give another dimension to spanking or whipping. Love This Flogger

Helped me find new "zones"
