I was thrilled to be asked to review the Fifty Shades of Grey Bound to You Wrist Cuffs. Cuffs can be very personal and you have to enjoy the pair you wear!The first thing you notice about this product is just how beautifully packaged it arrives. Lovehoney dispatches super quickly and discreetly, so no need to worry about nosey postmen! After ripping open the box, it then revealed a manilla style envelope! I felt like a spy that’d been sent a secret mission! This is so exciting, I love a slow reveal! After carefully opening the envelope, it then revealed a lovely satin bag, housing the cuff set.The cuffs themselves are stunning. Leather look and just stiff enough for that leather feel with soft black fur on the inside. Unlike your traditional cuffs, the design of these has been completely thought out for the wearer. They are soft, no sharp corners and the size is completely adjustable with the buckle strap.The great thing about these is, the chain is detachable. Depending on your home set up, these cuffs could be attached to bed posts, or wherever your imagination takes you!Playtime! As cuffs, these do exactly as you’d expect them to. As someone that is not used to being cuffed, I was surprised by my inability to move after my partner strapped me in! This resulted in a face plant onto the bed and a fit of giggles. Overall, I love these, and they will proudly sit alongside my Fifty Shades paddle <3

Off The Cuff
Well these are just a little bit fancy aren’t they?!As you open your LH parcel, you’re greeted with a “Fifty Shades of Grey” (FSOG) envelope, which inside has a lengthy satin drawstring bag, again subtly printed with FSOG text. Classy. Simple. I’m liking it already. Open up the bag and you’ve got your cuffs. Black faux leather adorned with bronze/gold buckles, studs, D-rings and branding, we have a classic, powerful and downright kinky looking pair of cuffs. Elsewhere in the bag you will find a little pouch with the attachable chain in. Attached to one of the cuffs is a label with care and storage instructions, plus a safety note regarding setting boundaries and safe play which I think is a great introductory touch. I’m also pleased by easily cleaned items, just like these.When I first tried these out I was on my own, but I couldn’t resist. I was drawn in especially by the soft, padded lining of the cuffs which I’m unconsciously stroking as I crack this review out. It suits the look of the faux leather and is a wonderful contrast in textures. Donning the cuffs is foolproof (although a lot easier if you have somebody there to do it for you) with a simple buckle fastening and a number of holes to allow the best and most comfortable fit for you. There are no edges or fastenings digging into your skin and they feel secure and durable. From experience, I’ve had a couple of pairs of wrist cuffs broken after a tough tug on the chain (would not recommend) broke the links, however this chain has held up well and shows no signs of use after two weeks of trying on repeatedly (they’re really soft, ok..) and a couple of play sessions with my partner.The simplicity of the black allows them to be paired easily with other accessories and lingerie. I have a black lace and bronze studded body that would suit this beautifully. With the way these cuffs are packaged, I’d even suggest gifting them for a special occasion (with matching accessories from the same range if you really want those brownie points).

If you’re looking for an environmentally friendly, well presented bondage gear, the new FSoG range is definitely for you!The item’s packaging is made out of recyclable card/paper (no plastic bags at all!). The classy satin bag fits the cuffs perfectly and makes a great storage and it’s also discreet enough to use as a travel bag. The cuffs are made out of quality vegan friendly faux leather which is another bonus! They’re soft, fit comfortably and are easy enough to secure to restrain. Definitely recommend!

If you’re into bondage these are a must-have to have in your inventory! Love that it comes with gold/brass hardware and the chain is sturdy and strong. Bonus that the cuffs are detachable as they can be clipped to spreader bars etc ! Chain length is good to go around bars etc for beds, so gives you lots of options for platWe have tried numerous different cuffs and restraints etc but these are by far our favorite, they have great quality and feel, and the look really adds to sex appeal of using these.

Decided it was time to splash out on some really good quality cuffs and was not disappointed. They come in a 50 Shades of Grey branded packet and then in a silk packet inside. The buckles are all covered initially to prevent any scratching which was a nice touch. The initial feel and smell of the cuffs just screamed expensive and long lasting. They fit great on both myself and my wife’s wrists with ease and are soft when on but the weight of the cuffs makes them feel extra restrictive. The buckles, clips and chain all have a superb look on them and are easy to tighten and use. We are both very pleased with these cuffs and believe for the price they are so worth it!

perfect for first time restraints!
Me and my partner had been wanting to try some sort of restraints and after some research into good first time options and seeing what we think we would like best, we chose these and i’m so glad we did!They are a little hard to get on at first due to being laid flat for so long but after a little while they are absolutely perfect. We like that we can easily slip them on mid moment and it doesn’t ruin the flow by fumbling about to put them on. The chain is also amazing for clipping to a head board! We have a bed frame with little bars going diagonally and it leaves a perfect place in the middle to add a small clip to attach the cuff chain too!We both highly enjoyed using it and have added it to our selection of regularly used toys and items!Very highly recommend as a first restraint type item!
