Buying an open mouth gag is not an easy task. There are many metal ones, but I’ve always been deeply sceptical about their potential to chip a tooth. We have a couple metal ones wrapped in leather, which makes them safer, but increases their size and therefore, the discomfort. Therefore, we decided to try this flexible silicone one, to see if it was more comfortable. We were sorely disappointed. The part that goes in the mouth is large enough that it was almost impossible for my mouth to open enough for the gag to open fully. And the actual inner circle where the penis is supposed to go was way too small, so it was absolutely impossible for us to use it. I assume that it would work well for couples with larger mouths and less girth. We actually did know my SO is slightly larger than the 1.5 inch advertised here, but assumed that the flexibility of the gag would allow for it. We were wrong. Such a shame, because it actually worked better than our other gags for making the mouth more slippery. All in all, my suggestion is to definitively measure yourself carefully before getting this.

Unfortunatley disappointed in this product.OH and I struggled to fit the mouth piece comfortably or in a way which allowed the “open” feature to be fully utilised. Getting the mouth piece behind the teeth led to the opening becoming similar to an infinity symbol (an 8 on its side). It was very difficult for both of us to keep he mouth wide enough long enough to maintain the correct shape. Having the mouth piece behind the lips caused issues with the gag staying in place.It does look good though (when not being worn mostly) and the straps and D rings are good quality. Since many failed attempts with the mouth piece we have since removed it and utilised the straps and D rings for restraints.Tldr:Unsure if their is an issue with the product or the size of the people using it. The strap that buckles around your head fits poorly too. I had to wear a pony tail and my partner had to weirdly wrap it around the strap to keep it up. It doesn’t keep the mouth open at all unless you keep it open yourself. I was expecting this to be firmer and hold the mouth open more. Find the rubber is a little too flexible so easily falls out when not intended and isn’t the best fit around the mouth.
