The design is great. With 3 options for suction cups. Pressure, well vacuum gauge is useful. However, instructions are sparse but figured out the release valve/trigger. Would have liked some ideas regarding what gauge readings are recommended or suggested maximum time of applying such suction.

I know this product isn’t necessarily marketed towards transmasc/trans men for pumping bottom growth, but I decided to take a chance at buying this one after having zero luck finding a UK seller for a different brand that is marketed towards us. And honestly, I genuinely think this is better than what that other one could’ve been like!The three different size cylinders are super easy to attach to the pump as well as clean. Just add a little bit of lube to the rim and inside the cylinder before placing onto you. The quick release on the pump itself is really accessible if you need to take it off in a rush. And the hand pump itself works amazingly well and isn’t awkward at all regardless of what position you may be in with it! Personally I experienced really good size increase from using this even from just 15 minutes (remember, not to use it more than 30 minutes at a time and stop if pain, discomfort, or bruising occurs!) and the increase in size (as well as sensitivity) lasts the entire time during masturbation and sex afterwards, though you can also just use this outside of sex for the euphoric feeling and look it can give you. If you’re okay with oral, but want it to be more of a gender euphoric experience I would highly recommend pumping for 15 minutes beforehand because the size increase you get can mean that instead of licking your partner can actually suck which I found really great both sensation wise and visually!All in all, I am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend this to any person, trans or cis, who wants bigger size and pleasure!

The pump is ok but the tube broke when I tried to change a cup. Luckily the piece that came off wasn’t too big and the tube is still usable.I thought that the biggest cup would be suitable for my Tdick but unfortunately it seems a bit short. I guess I’m bigger than I thought. Finding bigger cups that fit this pump is giving me headache. Maybe I should’ve invested into a better pump.

Sadly (or not depending on how you look at it) the biggest size is already a little too snug so I don’t think it’ll get much use as it’s a bit scary it doesn’t come off easy -_- but won’t go to waste as the smallest pump fits the nips 😉

I like the pump, it’s easy to use and easy to set up despite not coming with any instructions. I feel like something like this should at least have a page with instructions on how to safely use it though. I’ve been using the product regularly after a recommendation to pump from a surgery clinic. It works well for what it’s intended for, it also does offer some sense of gender euphoria for me.My main issue is the lack of larger sizes for the cylinders. This is something I would like to keep using after bottom surgery since I’m getting a metiodioplasty. I tried reaching out they said there are no other sizes so I looked elsewhere and found additional sizes through LApumps, but in order to buy the additional sizes and couplers compatible with this I’d be paying well over two hundred dollars and it seems like both companies get stuff from the same manufacturer potentially. So my frustration with this product lies more in the fact I can’t find cheaper larger sizes that are guaranteed compatible. They say it’s made for trans masc individuals, but don’t account for trans masc individuals that have been on testosterone for awhile or want surgery. It’s really frustrating finding products designed for trans masc people too and I worry that anything from the united states is going to be torpedoed off the face of the internet or ludicrously expensive.

I’m a transmasc individual, and am using this pump to prepare for upcoming bottom surgery. Additionally, I will be using it post-surgery per doctor recommendations. The first cylinder was too small for me, and if I consistently pump then the 2nd one quickly becomes too small as well. The 3rd is already in use after just a few days 🙂 We’l hope I can even still use the original cylinders post surgery! Might have to come purchase larger ones. This pump WORKS, use it gently and slowly when squeezing the handle. I looked hard for one with a release valve, and this one has one that works great! Doesn’t come with instructions, but it feels fairly self explanatory as far as putting together goes, and there are no universal instructions for pumping. Use caution and be smart when pumping!
