Complete blackout
We received this blindfold from lovehoney to review. It arrived discreetly and quickly as always. The blindfold is good quality, and is surprisingly comfortable to wear for long periods of time. It fits perfectly and has an elasticated strap so that one size would fit most. When worn it provides a complete black out and and gives that little extra sensation during sex. Perfect for beginners
This blindfold was delivered to me to review. I am used to getting standard brown boxes, but it came in a brown nondescript padded envelope. It was impossible to tell what it was just from looking at the envelope which came in handy as I wasn’t in when it was delivered and my housemate was. Anyway when I finally got around to using it I found it worked really well. The material is lovely and soft and does not irrate the eyelids or the skin. The strap is the perfect size and I found the blindfold can be worn easily with either side touching the skin. When worn the recommended way around it easily fit over my nose and I could not see a thing. When worn with the softer side to my skin, there was a little bit of light from the bottom near the nose but it still did the job.

Lovely beginners blindfold
This blindfold is very soft to touch, feels incredibly comfortable on. I have quite a small head but the elastic is tight enough to fit, but also has a lot of stretch so I reckon it would fit most people comfortably. When on it feels nice and doesn’t press against your eyes, although it does let a little bit of light in around the nose. But for a first blindfold and the price it is an excellent choice!

Perfect unisex blindfold
This was the first blindfold I purchased, I like the Bondage Boutique brand and this was a great price. It arrived in the usual discreet brown box, within 48 hours, along with some leather cuffs and a flogger. This blindfold is made of a lovely soft fabric which makes it so comfy to wear. It has a nice thick elasticated band which fits around mine and my OH’s head making it the perfect unisex blindfold. We had a lot of fun using this blindfold taking turns each, it really does heighten the senses and makes foreplay really exciting. It does let a tiny bit of light in just a the nose, but if you pull it down a little it’s fine. I would recommend this to beginners and advanced couples. It is a great quality blindfold, at a great price, which can also double up a a sleeping mask.

Perfect little soft mask with great elasticated strap to fit both male and female heads. The mask felt more like a sleeping mask than bondage toy, which helped me settle into the new experience. Very comfortable
The blindfold is made of a very soft material, making it very comfy to be worn for long periods of time. As well as this, it is extremely good at blocking out light, fitting perfectly around to create total darkness. The strap is very stretchy, it doesn’t dig in or cause any pain over long periods of time. Overall I would say this is an excellent product for the price and well worth trying out.

Not completely blindfolded
I have a few items from the bondage boutique range and I am always impressed by the value of the products and the styling. This blindfold feels lovely and soft and is well made. I liked the velvet finish when I unpacked it and couldn’t wait to try it out on my OH. The main issue I have with this blindfold is that it does let in light under the eyes and as a result you can see a small amount. It is supposed to be fitted round the nose, but the fabric is quite rigid and doesn’t follow the contours of the face. Both my OH and I had the same problem, so I do think it is more of an issue with the product itself rather than us both having unusual shaped faces! If you are looking for a beginners blindfold and you’re not too bothered by a small amount of light, then this is a good buy for the price. However, I much prefer the experience of complete darkness so unfortunately will need to look for another blindfold!

Arrived swiftly in discreet packaging, a high standard I’ve come to expect from lovehoney. This was the first blindfold I’ve used, and I’m very thankful to my boyfriend for buying it! It’s very soft and comfortable, with good elasticity for a a great fit. It completed blacked out my vision, which was a very exciting experience for my first time exploring that darker side of sex. I personally found it to be the perfect blindfold – performing the same purpose just as well as much more expensive products, while being just as comfortable to wear. However, while I found it 100% flawless, my boyfriend noted an issue when he wore it. He said some light was shining up from near his nose, and while he couldn’t actually see anything he said it detracted from the overall experience. I would like to point out, however, that my boyfriend has got a rather rigid, large nose and that explains why some light was visible. So while I found the product completely perfect, for people with very large noses you should be aware that a tiny amount of light could potentially be seen.

Blindingly good fun
This little item has soo much going for it. Looks the part, feels soft and is really comfortable to wear. It works equally well as a unisex item and I find it totally does the job which I got it for and blocks all the light out when my partner wants to keep me in the dark. I find it a real turn on when my partner puts this on me as I can’t see and can only feel what he is getting up to. I for one will definitely be bringing this out time and time again. Sensual Sense Deprivation
When I took it out the pack I wondered how on earth it would stay in place, the thick elastic looked too long to fit over any normal sized head but the strong elastic was mighty surprising! It fit like a glove and was soft and gentle on the cheeks and eyebrows. It could be wiggled up the nose if someone wanted to peek (and they did) and easily put back in place when needed.

Me and my OH enjoy to use some light bondage items in the bedroom to keep things fresh and add a little bit of spice! We have tried using tie on blindfolds before but have found that they always seem to come loose or slip off which ends up causing more grief than pleasure. The bondage boutique beginners soft blindfold is great. It is soft to touch and is gentle on the skin. It has a slim elastic strap to hold it in place which seems to be just the right length for us. It stays firmly in place but is not too tight. Overall the blindfold it very comfortable to wear and blocks out almost all light, a small amount seeps in the bottom around the nose but not enough to be able to see out.

Great blackout blindfold
Very soft blindfold, but not soft and flimsy like others we’ve had in the past. Fits nice and snug around the head and is very comfortable to wear. Only downside is that, like every other blindfold we’ve tried, you can see light through the bottom where it meets your nose. And at certain angles, you can see out completely. However, with a quick modification, I solved this issue and it’s now perfect. I snipped a small hole in the hem around the blindfold, and slid a long piece of flexible metal in through the gap. After sewing it up and securing it in place, you can now press down on the bridge of your nose and it moulds to any face shape. (To be honest this should really have been a feature on the thing to begin with.) After this modification, the blindfold is a perfect, form fitting, fully blackout blindfold.

Hello darkness my old friend
I got this blindfold to play with my bf, we both love not being able to see what the other is doing (not at the same time obviously…I’m not sure thats safe!), this mask is comfortable, soft and sends you into complete darkness. Blocks Out All Sight
The black out from these is so good it has replaced my sleep mask! The shaping along the bridge of the nose really does mean almost no light gets in, and definitely not enough to see anything, keeping your partner or you in the dark (literally and figuratively). The feel of the velvet is lovely, and the inner lining doesn’t attract fibres very easily, so there’s little risk of anything falling in your eyes. Unfortunately, I’ve found that if you scrunch your face up it moves up quite easily, and it doesn’t really stay in place, so it’s not great for longer sessions.

Snug and comfortable
Some blindfolds can be itchy, slippery, too loose, or too wide in the middle so you can see out the gaps between your nose. This blindfold has none of these problems. Originally bought it to make up the extra few dollars I needed to get free postage, ended up being one of my favourite things in the order. Also good just for sleeping, its not too obviously kink-related so could easily help you out on a long haul flight.

Amazing experience

Does what it should
I bought this item for me and my wife to use. It does as it should and prevents you or your partner from seeing what the other one is doing and adds a bit of extra excitement in your bedroom fun. It would also help if you or your partner wants to go sleep while the other is reading, on the phone, on the computer or watching tv. Bandage Boutique Soft Blindfold
This just came through the post and I’m very pleased! The blindfold looks well made and is very soft – the only thing that suggests it’s kinky is the small BB embroidered tag on the side. That could easily stand for Blissful Bedtime or something instead though. I have a lot of problems with blindfolds because the middle of my nose is kind of wide. I usually get a massive gap underneath where I can see everything (kind of beats the object there). Now there is a small gap on this one. But it’s tiny, and this is the best one I’ve ever used. I certainly can’t see anything except a small spot of light. That’s it. The fitted shape works excellently, and the strap fits comfortably too. If you’re like me and think blindfolds aren’t for you, give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed. Probably going to let my partner keep this for most of the time, though, he works nights…. Needless to say this blindfold will get a lot of use! For the price it’s extremely worthwhile. Would definitely recommend.

Total Control
Myself and the other half first tried blindfolding a few months back with a scarf and I thought I’d suprise her by upgrading. Over two nights we each took it in turns to blindfold each other and hand over complete control. The blindfold was soft and comfortable, and I had no problem wearing it for a long period of time whilst the OH teased and worked her magic. Safe to say the favour was returned the following night! Excellent coverage
I had previously purchased a blindfold but found that it was more like a sleeping mask and allowed for a lot of movement and light so I thought I would try this one instead. This blindfold is better beyond belief. Once on it does not move as the elastic is thick and provides a lot of support (although does not cause any pain). Nice introduction to a new experience.
As a couple we have never been into serious bondage but we do have a set of under-bed restraints and a pair of wrist restraints which we use occasionally. Good for bondage beginners
My partner and I received this blindfold as part of the “Mystery Sex Toy Bundle Kinky Couple”. As we were quite new to bondage at the time, we were excited by the thought of using this in the bedroom. The blindfold ads sensory deprivation and a sense of control which is both fun and exciting. As beginners we were please how it brought these new elements to the bedroom. The headband is elasticated which will stretch to any head size and the actual mask piece has a bit of give too. I have the elasticated band higher up my head for a more secure fit, otherwise it can feel quite loose and the band is uncomfortable behind the ears. This blindfold definitely has a very secure fit when worn correctly but it may not be comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The fleece-lining is a nice touch, giving it a more luxury feel and making it comfortable on the face. The only downside of the eye mask is that no matter how you wear it, you can see out of a small gap by the nose if you look down! Disappointing
I bought this on a whim as wanted an extra blindfold, but unfortunately it’s no good – I’m a woman with a small head (!) and this was a bit too tight for me, definitely wouldn’t work for anyone bigger. I could also see out of the bottom no matter how I placed the mask or the band. Won’t be getting any use, apart from maybe being an emergency eyemask when flying…

Soft velvety feel, a great addition
My wife loves to be blindfolded and strapped up, and to date we have used anything we could get out hands on, often a large sock lol. But I decided to add this to my recent order as a bit of a last-second addon and I have to say I’m really pleased I did.We put it straight into service (along with the other LH goodies that arrived at the same time), and it was really very nice. Better than a Sleeping Mask
I was expecting a product that pushes down on the eyes to keep them closed. This blindfold does not do that as much as I would like, and as other reviews have mentioned, light definitely peaks through from the bottom of the mask.However, it does its job better than your average sleeping mask would. The elastic strap is effective at holding it in place, and the material is good quality and feels nice to wear.
