A must for bondage fans
I’ve got a couple of these from my diving gear. Needless to say, they quickly found a place in the toy drawer. Absolutely invaluable for joining d-rings to d-rings on cuffs, collars or on straps, they very strong and look the part. Wide enough for a small 2cm strap to wrap around the centre too without getting in the way of the releases (I enjoy getting creative). Essential to keep that bond of trust, very quick to detach should the safe word be used.

Great Tool

My partner and I bought this for a little added spice. This tie has a ton of different uses, you can use it as a standard tie for a bit of fun, a restraint, a collar, my partner and I had a blast playing around with this which mad for some naughty fun. One Clip and You're All Mine!
The girlfriend and I just needed another metal clip for our collar and lead as our old one that came with the product (Bought elsewhere, I might add) broke. It’s a simple to use, perfect for what you’ll need it for, reliable item. It’s super durable, it’s insanely cheap and just perfect. It also adds to what you’ll be able to do later on with new bondage or restraint items which can only add to the fun! Double Metal Bondage Clip
On opening my package I found this delightful clip in a clear plastic Lovehoney bag. No complaint there, looks great. It appears sturdy and the clips are not stiff. I first tested this with pleather buckle cuffs – very nice, restricts movement more than a chain. Then I tried hog-tying and had to employ some soft fabric velcro cuffs as I only have two pleather ones – again, very pleased, does what it’s supposed to do. The main body of the clip is one solid piece, no twistable or bendable bits. Doesn’t look like this will ever break frankly. I will emphasise that this is a clip only, no cuffs included. So if you buy this and have no cuffs, try scarves! I had a go and they work great in conjunction with the clip, even with simple knots. With this clip, the only limit is really your imagination in terms of what you can do with it for tying people up. I’ve no suspension equipment so am unsure of how much weight the clip can hold, but it certainly doesn’t budge with furious struggling when used to make handcuffs, ankle cuffs, hog-tie, etc. The cuffs looked more likely to break than the clip, and they’re mighty strong. Good add-on, stocking filler, spares and repairs for bondage equipment.

A clever little clip
I was sent this as a tester – thankyou Lovehoney! I’ve been interested in experimenting with more restrained restraint play for a while now – I have a couple of carabiner clips but their main flaw is that they allow cuffs to slide around, which won’t really do if you want to be well and truly incapacitated. Rope’s always an option, but takes time, practice, and often means cutting your rope into smaller sections, which always feels a bit sad as I like using mine to make full body harnesses! The Bondage Boutique clip comes in plain plastic packaging with the spanker loyalty card and stickers (I’m two off!). On first impressions, it was a little stiff but soon warmed up and became easy to flick open and closed. It feels surprisingly serious – I was expecting a little flimsy thing, if I’m honest. The point of the Bondage Boutique double metal bondage clip is that you can replace just about any pre-existing connector with it – it can be used to link up collars and leads, cuffs of all kinds, rope, and basically anything you put your mind to. As it’s short and solid with no flexibility, it makes you (or your play partner) feel more on show and more restrained than you usually would be, and is especially perfect for either tickle torture, or for bratty subs who just won’t stop wiggling. I already had a few of these when it was sent to me (although not the same brand) and decided to experiment with linking cuffs in ways that I hadn’t before. I tried it with a collar and leash and for linking two rope cuffs, both of which it was great for; giving the leash a little more control and the rope cuffs more hold. But by far my favourite – and the one that I was completely convinced that it wouldn’t work out – was a kind of modified square link; you’ll need four double-ended clips, four cuffs, a safeword, and a consenting participant to make one. For the square, just lie on your front with your arms behind you, knees up – like you’d position yourself if you were being hog-tied – with the cuffs on, and clip (or get someone else to clip) a double-ended clip to each cuff. Now you want to ‘link up’ the clips to to the cuff next to or across from it, so eventually you have a kind of square shape being formed, and two clip heads on each D-ring. Using the clips like this restrains any movement much more than just using two does, and is a relatively quick way of getting a tight hogtie than can easily be released when or if a safe word’s used. Of course, it might not work for everyone as it does depend on how flexible you are, how long you’re able to stay comfortable like that, and how much room is on each cuff’s D-ring, but that’s my favourite use for this little clip so far and I’ll probably be buying some more in the future! Overall, the Bondage Boutique double metal bondage clip is a nice addition to my toybox, and a key component of lots of fun, consensual restraint play! They’re invaluable, really, and I’d recommend them to anyone – whether you’re just a little bit into restraint play or you’ve got a veritable dungeon in your spare bedroom.

Sturdy little clip
Above all this is exactly what it says on the tin, a normal clip like you would have on a torch or key ring but sturdier and double ended. Doesn’t feel in any way fragile so there were no tentative moments when used during play, only thing is that it’s a bit squeaky and clicky as the moveable bar part wobbles a tad but I can’t see a way around that.

Perfectly Versatile
Firstly, this came just as you would expect from Lovehoney – no trace of what it could be from the outside, just a regular brown package! The clip is a really decent size and sturdy enough to attach pretty much any cuff, rope or bondage gear to anything else. Its slightly bigger than I expected, about 3 inches long? Which means that its not as good for little fiddly clips, but exellent for something slightly more heavy duty. I loved this, since I’m always thinking the OH could easily break out of other clips – but not with this! 😛 As said, this is great for attaching cuffs/ ropes to each other, but we soon found that its also great to make a cheap hog tie – just ropes on the feet and hands and this clip is a perfect size and length to attach these together! One of the only down points is that the actual slide to open the clip is very stiff to open to start with. With some use it eases up but we actually fiddled and oiled it first a little just to make it easier to open. The last thing you want when you get to the point of using it is to not be able to get it open! As said though, this does ease up, and I think this also shows the quality of the clip – its not going to break any time soon or loose the spring on the slide that keeps it closed. Overall, this is a brill product if you are into any kind of bondage play. It can be used to clip everything we’ve found to anything else (except the very light materials that would probably break anyway, or very small items as this is a large clip). Its all you’d need in terms of attaching cuffs/ropes to things, and the weight lets you know that this item will last and is definately worth the price. However, before use I would recommend trying to ease up the springs in the slide, as they are quite stiff!

I have several clips that have come with gear but you can never have enough of these things. The clips came in the usual, discrete packaging inside a clear plastic bag; accompanied with the Bondage Boutique loyalty card. The clips do exactly what they are meant to and have a nice feel about them. The weight is enough to know they are strong and well made while the action moves smoothly as to not bind. Since more clips means more option, can you really have to many of these on hand?

Does exactly what they're meant to do
Was sent this as a tester :-). This is a nice, strong, good quality clip suitable for many uses. We mostly use it for attaching wrist or ankle cuffs together but have also used it to attach me to things, attach my wrist to a spreader bar between my ankle, attach the chain between my nipple clamps to the D ring on my collar and also came in handy when we had a leash with a clip that didn’t attach to my collar very well. We used this clip between the two and now don’t have an unusable leash. Basically works for attaching anything together that has something to clip it on to. The clip is built very well and nice and secure so no risk of a wriggling subby getting free. Not stiff to open and have had no problems even with lubed hands! Came in cute, pretty packaging. Nothing fancy, just a clear bag with card inside with pretty artwork. Always a handy item to have around, may get a few more of these!

Some restraints have fiddly clips or the clips are not long enough to reach restraining points on bondage crosses etc. These clips are great for solving this problem as they are simple to attach and give extra length to reach restraining points. A must have accessory to make your fun easier!

Does the job
Large, strong double ended trigger hooks with a nice weight to them. Very handy in many situations. I expected them to be smaller, but that’s just me not reading the description properly ;P Well, bigger is easier to handle! I got two of these and one is fine but the other is a bit stiff and screechy. Nothing too bad, though. I figured I’d have more options choosing D-ringed cuffs and separate trigger hooks instead of cuffs with inseparable hooks attached to them. One thing I didn’t think of is that the double trigger hook doesn’t turn 360 degrees like the common trigger hook. I suppose that won’t be a problem, but I wanted to mention it anyway.

A super little clip
I bought 2 of these clips to use with wrist and ankle cuffs and they’re great. The quality is fantastic and there’s a nice weight to the clip. This simple piece of hardware makes all of your bondage toys so much more versatile!! We currently have three that we use – two attached to chains for a variety of uses, and one to link our bed restraints together for an extra “secure” feeling. Handy little clip
I ordered a couple of these a few months ago to add to our slowly growing collection of bondage gear. Unfortunately 1 of them wasn’t working quite right, but Lovehoney very kindly sent a replacement – thank you. As Lovehoney TV would say, lets start with the packaging. They come in little clear packets with a tag on them, which looks pretty smart. As the name and pictures clearly show, they’re double ended which means the possibilities are endless! I think they are big enough to clip onto pretty much any standard size ring in your collection. They certainly fit onto everything I’ve got. So far, they haven’t received a lot of use, but that should change soon. However, I’ve found them to be very strong and easy to use. Yet stiff enough to stop whoever is being restrained from trying to let themselves out. They’re perfect for attaching to wrist or ankle cuffs. I’m planning to make sure they’ll get a lot more use! Cheap and cheerful little item. Recommended to add a few to your collection!

My favourite type of clip
I’ve tried the carabiner-type clips and the screw-type clips and found the former too flimsy and unreliable and the latter too time-consuming and fiddly. These babies are just the ticket: sturdy yet instantly releasable. They are versatile, too: with a set of ankle and wrist cuffs plus a simple O-ring, you can easily hog-tie someone; or you can clip them to wall clamps, to spreader bars, to loops on bedposts, etc. It just makes transitions between various bondage positions so much smoother!

Makes life easy
These are easy to use, makes attaching restraints to chains, straps or each other very quick. They seem secure, however I have not used them for load bearing, I would prefer a climbing caribiner to be sure. They can be used one handed with a bit of practice. I like the click they make when they close, very nice, makes you feel secure. I am still finding uses for them, each time I get them out. I need a few more, but that is because I have lots of chains, and lots of ideas for connecting things together.

Nice small clip for cuffs

Easily overlooked essential
I went out shopping one day last year with the express purpose of finding something like this. After hours of searching in countless random retailers, I left frustrated and confused. How can something so simple be so hard to find? So I was delighted to find them stocked by LH a short while later, at a pretty reasonable price. I threw a handful into my next order and certainly wasn’t disappointed with what arrived. They do exactly what you’d expect of such a product, and I’ll regularly use them to connect up various restraints. I’ve connected a leather hogtie to cuffs, cuffs to a body harness, and even clipped it onto loops of rope. They have a good weight to them and feel very reliable. None have broken after over a year of service, even though I was initially worried that the spring loaded locking bars seemed a little flimsier than the main body of the product. The mechanism is smooth and reliable, and makes it so quick and easy attaching and detaching restraints. It isn’t always good for the mood if you standing there fiddling with tight rope knots while your partner patiently sits there blindfolded!

Small and does the job
As a climber there is never a shortage of very secure connectors in our house, though arguably they don’t always scream “sexy” when used. I therefore bought these as they are a good alternative to some of the small chains that are thrown into cuff sets while still allowing the same felxibilty of bigger carabiners. While the mechanism is mostly easy to operate they can be a tad clunky at times, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Overall it does the job it is intended for and should add some versatility into the bondage toolbox.

Cannot fault this little clip. We have a number of them to speed up switching out of different restraints. They fit everything in our collection. These have a solid construction. Review for the Equine Requirements
Now, full disclosure, I did not buy this for my own personal use…. I bought this for my horse.My partner and I have a pretty good collection of bondage gear and it’s been put through it’s paces but it’s mostly from Lovehoney, it’s high quality and none of the clips are in need of replacing. My horse, however, is not the most careful with his rugs and the top clip across the chest had broken on his most beloved wardrobe favourite. I saw this clip and thought that it might be just the thing; it was also on offer at time so definitely worth a punt.When it arrived, it seemed pretty robust. The total length from end to end is 10cm, which as it turns out, is perfect for my equine’s needs. There is no stiffness or catching in the mechanism and it seems well made and sturdy. One of the other reviews mentions that it’s possible to reach the clip to escape from cuffs. Luckily, with him not possessing fingers or thumbs this is not a problem we have to combat.My horse has been using this 24/7 (excluding exercise time) for the last couple of weeks. The clip has been put through it’s paces and has survived rolling, rubbing, wriggling, mud baths and flat out hooning around the field with his mates and is still going strong. Good, but not perfect (for us)
The clip arrived in a no-frills plastic bag, but no more was needed. The item looks well made, but the springs on ours are a little noisy, making it seem cheaper. Soon after opening, I thought it looked smaller than expected. The site states 4 inches, but it is in fact 3.5 inches. For most uses, this shouldn’t be a problem, but we intended it to attach the chain from the Dominix Deluxe Leather Collar with Cockring to the Bondage Boutique Soft Leather Collar. Having checked measurements before hand, 4 inches would have been ideal, but the loss of the half inch meant that the chain was just a little too taught when stood up. I am 5’10, so someone shorter should not have a problem. I imagine we will use this for other things, but for the intended use, it’s just not quite what we were after.

Really useful clasp! Added these to my basket as the under bed restraint kit I purchased had the clasps on the restraints rather than the cuffs. So glad I did! Meant I didn’t have to remove the hand and ankle cuffs each time I wanted to take her from being tied to the bed to another position.Seem well made the the action is easy except if you’ve got really slippery hands… The size is good for making the cuffs we had into a pair of handcuffs or wrist to ankle restraints, enough length that they aren’t stuck together, without too much freedom either. Only wish they came in packs of 5 or 10 as could do with more!Also a lot cheaper than other online stores where 1 clasp can cost £10+?!?!

These are fab! We bought these as we bought a set of wrist and ankle cuffs that came with 1 clasp per set and needed a second set so we could secure my wrists and ankles separately. They match the ones that came with the sets perfectly which was an added bonus. They’ve had alot of use so far being connected to different materials and each other and are still working fine. There’s no tarnishing or scratches and cleaning and drying is easy.These are clipped onto our restraints so that we don’t lose them and would definately recommend, to add extra positions to your restraint play!

Great Little Clip
Very versatile as can used on other cuffs of restraints, such as those that go under the bed. Easy to use. Never had these break, despite vigorous struggling. If the cuffed person struggles a lot, the cuffs may unclip by mistake. If this happens it won’t be often and so far I have yet to find a better solution than these.
