We had been humming and hawing about a sex swing for a little while, weighing how much we wanted one up against the expense, so when this popped up in an amazing 3 for £60 offer we snapped it up and we certainly haven’t been disappointed! The swing is packaged in a black and yellow box with pictures of the swing “in use” by a couple of models wearing underwear in a few example positions with fitting instructions printed on one side. Opening the box reveals the swing, which consists of a curved metal bar and a series of adjustable straps, padded with velvet for comfort, along with a heavy duty chain/spring and a large eye screw for mounting it. Everything feels high quality and well made, exactly what you want for something that you’re going to hang ourself from the ceiling with. Assembling and fitting the swing was simpler than I expected. First I bolted the eye attachment to the metal bar, securing it with nuts and then adding the safety pin through the hole in the bolt just to make sure. Then, the part I was slightly dreading, fixing it to the ceiling. Using a stud finder (which can be bought for less than a tenner) I located a beam and screwed the eye screw into it. Once I had screwed it in to the point that I couldn’t turn it any further it was time to test it, so I hung the swing onto the eye and sat my weight onto the straps, half expecting a fall, which didn’t come, neither my OH nor myself are particularly large, but further testing showed it could take both our weight, with a fair amount of bouncing around, satisfied it was secure, it was time for the fun to begin! And it is great fun, we started with the spread eagle position, which allows for easy access for comfortable oral as well as effortless deep penetration, not to mention a fantastic view! The velvet padded straps ensure comfort, even when used for an extended period and the swinging motion serves to intensify sensations, which is always a good thing. Adjusting the straps allows for a great variety of positions, while we have struggled to get a “doggy” type position to work, we’ve certainly enjoyed experimenting and I’m sure we’ve only scratched the surface of the possibilities. I love, love, love, this swing! I was really nervous when i orderd this as i thought i would feel very exposed. I worried if it would hold me and would people notice the hook in my roof but once it arrived me and my partner were more excited to give it a go. It was much easier to install than we thought and it had no bother holding the two of us together (we are both not exactly on the small side). When we took the swing out of the box we could see straight away it was of brillant quality, the metal work seemed very strong as were the straps which also felt very soft and comfortable on the skin. When using the swing there is no discomfort as your well suported by all the straps. The only downside me and my partner could find was the noise of the clip which attaches the swing to the hook in the roof was loud when in use. We solved this problem by wrapping the clip in electrical tape to stop the metal on metal noise. Overall this is an amazing toy which me and my partner have enjoyed adding to our box of tricks. I would also like to share some tips which i have found with you. Tip – 1.Get an old smoke alarm, hollow out the inside and use it to hide the eye bolt in the roof so no one is the wiser, great little secret and also the eye hook can be used with a variety of props such as a trapeze for strip teases etc. Hope this helps lots of nervious people which are thinking about this product. It took us a while to get around to putting this up. I was worried about the small attachment that screwed into the joist, so we bought a longer one, that we secured in the loft. I was then happy that it would take my weight- I’m a curvier BBW woman, around 14 stone and it took my weight no problem. This product is very tough and well made. It’s certainly up to the job it’s intended for. The padded sections are soft and comfortable. It comes with a decent size screw for attaching it to a spa, but I went for the more serious installation method. this was partly because I couldn’t think of a good way to explain the hole it would leave in the ceiling and partly because our spars are deep but not very wide and I didn’t want to split them with the giant wood screw. I’ll give you the gist, but really you need pictures (which I’d be happy to provide if I had the option to): I added a 100mm square beam between two spars in the loft, drilled through it and attached a fixed nut at the top of the hole. I made a suitable hole in the plasterboard ceiling (beneath the new beam) and placed a smoke alarm over it. The alarm is real and linked to the rest in the house (so wiring in the loft was needed). The smoke alarms are on their own circuit at the consumer unit so can easily be turned off to allow the one in the bedroom to be detached. As they all have battery backup they continue to offer protection while turned off at the mains (esp. important if you are likely to forget to turn them back on straight away) – safety first! I abandoned the big wood screw and bought a long stainless steel eye bolt. Now to use, I simply switch off the smoke alarm circuit, remove the alarm in the bedroom and put the long bolt up through the hole where it screws into the fixed nut. 2 minutes setup at the most. When not in use you would have no idea what’s hiding behind the smoke alarm. Despite all that installation work, the swing hasn’t had all that much use. Although we played with it a bit, and had a bit of fun out of it, we haven’t found anything particularly amazing to do with it. I think perhaps we don’t have sufficient imagination or acrobatic flexibility to use it to its full potential.

Sadly the chain and straps were not long enough. When installed it was still about 4 feet off the floor. We have ten feet high ceilings but it was advertised as great for high ceilings. Really dissapointing as I we were hoping to have great ‘weightless’ sex. The quality of make was high and quite comfortable feeling material. Dont normally write reviews but this is worth the effort. Its well built and definitely up for abuse. Takes a little bit of adjusting first use but after that its pretty quick. I set mine up on a chain jack in my high ceilinged shed so height can be adjusted up and down on the go for the perfect angle no matter what hole you are aiming for, definitely recommend a similar setup for next to no adjustment times at all and super fast packup when finished. Only thing i may make/add in future is a head/neck support for extended play

I ordered this and immediately went into my attic and strengthened my joists (paranoia), got down and made my pilot hole, then the waiting game……. delivery. Opened the box, very neat and tidy, found the hook and screwed it in (it’s not easy make sure its in tight). Then connect the other parts. There is instructions if required (quite basic). We bought this swing a while ago since we’re both kinky and were looking for something to launch our libido into hyperdrive. The swing comes in a large but discretely packed box. It’s very well made, you can tell just by looking at it. The straps are padded with comfortable velvet-like fabric. So down to business. We didn’t install the hook that the swing comes with but instead my husband rigged up a complex pully system with the existing beams in our kitchen (why not?) I got into the swing and it’s very relaxing to simply hang out in. I felt completely weightless and my weight was evenly distributed. It feels like you can stay in it for hours. Now for the actual action – my husband said it was fun to use because it’s a bit less work for the dominant partner. Instead of thrusting, you can rock the swing towards you which saves energy. Bought this swing on a bit of a whim after having some fairly rubbish experiences with the over the door types. What a difference this makes, had a house party and the swing saw 20 people try it out. Only gripe I have is that we have high ceilings and the supplied chain leaves the swing a tad high off the ground even at max extension, easy fix with an add in extension but would be ideal to not have to buy extra parts. We wanted to freshen things up so took the plunge and bought this swing set. Wow! Why didn’t we do this sooner? It’s easy to put up, just use a stud finder (kept beeping when I was stood close ha) and thread into the ceiling joist. For regular ceiling heights it’s adjustable but for higher rooms you may wish to add some more chain links. For use, we both love it! Just seeing your partner suspended there is enough of a turn on, but using even more so. The range of movement it gives you will definitely spice things up and the depth you can penetrate to is much better. My girl is a lot shorter than I am, so standard positions such as missionary on a regular bed make things awkward I feel. This solves that, up she goes and with little trouble at all I’m all up in there. The feel of almost gravity free intercourse is other level stuff. This was our second swing, and first that mounted directly to the ceiling. The included anchor likely would have held it fine on its own, but I did add a second for safety. Note that your pilot hole should be considerably smaller than the diameter of the anchor – look it up online before you drill. There’s tons of adjustments with this swing – and lots of possibilities. The spring is a great added touch. Pretty much everything you could ask for. If you’re looking for a swing, I think it’s worth spending the extra money to do it right the first time.
