Really sucks
First impressions on receiving this were quite good, the box seems nice and sturdy (always a good sign of quality) and once I got it out the packaging the pump itself feels really sturdy. The pump works by filling with water, inserting your penis then pulling the body of the pump towards yourself, this pushes water out the valve at the end and creates a lot of suction, repeating this until it’s at the desired pressure. While using it the gain in size seems reasonably good though I can’t comment on any permanent long term gains as I’ve only used it a couple of weeks so far. When it is pumped up while in use I found that the grey comfort pad bit is still quite uncomfortable even with the slight squishy softness to it, unfortunately I don’t think there would be a good way to make this more comfortable without sacrificing suction power. Once the pump is all on and pumped up it stays in place really well and until you press on the end to release the pressure is next to impossible to take off. Cleaning is a bit of a challenge as there is no cleaning kit included, not an enormous issue but a sponge cleaning doohickey of some kind would’ve been nice to make it easier to reach right in to the end. Another issue I have come across is it’s a bit more cumbersome to store than a lot of other toys though the fact that the valve is built into the pump does save some room. The manual for the pump also stares that it can be used in air as well as water though I have found that it seems a lot harder to get enough of a vacuum to do more than one or two pumps without it getting air inside and losing pressure when you try using it without water.

Hydromax Powers
I’ve had this for nearly a month now so I thought I would share a few of my thoughts. First Impressions are its really well made. The plastic is good quality and it has a solid feel to it, this is no tacky “swveeedish penish enlarger”. The box is well designed and upmarket, it feels like you get what you paid for. There are instructions on how to use inside and they are fairly clear, though they do have a website you can visit for more information. There is a parts diagram, induvidual components can be replaced if they wear out, which seems like a sensible idea. Right actual usage… You really need to do this in a bath, shower or wet room because you will get water all over the place otherwise. Forget using it in air because its just not going to work. You fill it up with warm water (or cold if that’s your thing!) and insert your penis into it, given the thing is full of water and you will need to nearly turn it horizontal to do this you will spill a bit, which won’t matter if your in a shower or bath, but will if your in the living room! You then with one hand press down on the valve at the end, and with the other push down on the pump, compressing the bellows and building up suction. Water will shoot out the end when you do this, another reason to do it in a bath or shower! Once you’ve built up comfortable suction they recommend you don’t use it for longer than 15 minutes. It is slightly uncomfortable when pumping it, because you are putting a lot of pressure on your groin, but you don’t have to do that for too long. I found that wearing it is quite a pleasurable sensation. I used it in the shower because I rarely take baths, if you don’t support it with one hand and pump every now and then it will slowly lose suction, though I found that was perfectly manageable, you can buy a strap as well. I was concerned that myself being unshaven would cause issues with the suction being maintained but it did not cause a serious problem. It has a measuring scale which you can use to track your progress, or you can turn it around if you would rather not know. As for the reason a lot of people will buy this? I don’t think I’ve used it enough to see a major improvement, though it does give you long lasting erections after you are finished.

Very High Quality
I have used several penis pumps in the past that used air and hand pumps. This water based system is entirely different and you really get what you pay for. The pump comes in a very nice box which slides open to reveal the pump and some spare parts. The first issue then arose, no instructions. Now i know its not rocket science but without watching a tutorial video you are liable to make a mess. It took me several tries to get the hang of and you really must do it in the shower or bath. With that said it then became a far superior experience to a standard pump. Highly recommend to those looking for a superior pump experience.

X30 pump
I ordered this yesterday and received it today. It’s a bit too early to give an accurate review, but there are a few things I can mention. First of all the instructional videos say if you’re 7″ or less, go for this and not the X40. I’d recommend measuring yourself first which, to my wife’s disbelief, I’ve never done. I always assumed I was about average size (6″) and got a shock when I first used it and filled it to 7 & 1/4″. Maybe I need the X40 instead! Second, the instructions state something that the online description doesn’t. If you suffer from/have suffered from any of the following, consult a doctor before use: Heart or lung disease High blood pressure Stroke Epilepsy or convulsant disorder Genital-urinary disorders Uncontrolled diabetes If you’re taking anti-coagulants Have sickle cell anaemia A bleeding disorder Leukaemia Or lack pain sensation in the genitals That may seem like common sense, but it never crossed my mind. Overall it’s a well made & comfortable pump (first one I’ve ever used) that’s easy to use and I saw an immediate change in girth, although it did take me a few attempts to get the hang of it! If you’re thinking about buying one, stop thinking and do it. You won’t regret it!

Dramatic results from a comfortable pump
Before I go into our experiences, I need to point out that I tested the Hydromax pump with two men. (Not at the same time. That would be weird for them.) The reason this was necessary was because, unfortunately, the Hydromax x30 was just not suitable for my partner. He has severe phimosis (Very tight foreskin, which does not retract over the head of his penis.) Now, we did not think this would be a factor or a consideration when using a penis pump, but it really did affect his ability to use the Hydromax x30. As he made his first couple of pumps, and the blood was pulled into his penis, it began to swell more than when he gets a standard erection. This swelling caused a lot of stretching to his foreskin, to the point that it felt like his skin would begin to tear if he pumped any more. It became quite uncomfortable and this hindered his ability to use the pump to its full potential. I also assume this will apply to any man with a tight foreskin. So we passed along the Hydromax to a willing and curious friend, who supplied us with great feedback. My friend had a fantastic experience with the Hydromax x30, reporting that it was comfortable to use and worked much better than he expected. During pumping, he described the sensation as being similar to a pulling, or stretching sensation. He found the pump easy to handle, only experiencing discomfort once by pumping a little too far, but the quick release valve let off the pressure immediately. It is also worth noting that the Hydromax uses water, rather than air, to create and maintain a vacuum. Water seems to work much better than air for this job, as leaks are less likely. On top of this, warm water adds a relaxing effect on the penis, and the blood vessels, potentially allowing it to be pumped that little bit further than air pumps. Plus, it just feels nicer. My friend has used this pump on five different occasions and reports that on each subsequent use, he has managed to pump a little further into the tube. As well as length, the pump drastically effects the girth of the penis and I was surprised to hear that at one point, my friend managed to fill up the entire tube (Girth wise) This is not a narrow tube, but the Hydromax gives huge results while managing to remain comfortable throughout. The vast majority of the swelling goes down within an hour, but some minimal swelling can last for up to 24 hours. Within the first hour after pumping, he reported that the size of his penis was much larger than usual, and actually felt a lot more sensitive to touch (But not uncomfortable) which heightened the sensations of orgasm. Having a larger penis during intimacy is also an ego boost and can also provide extra stimulation for his partner too. Downsides: Because the suction is quite strong, it does mean that occasionally, after an intense session, you can be left feeling a little bruised around your pubic area, where the pump rests up against the body. It is also worth noting that if you have high testicles, you need to hold onto them and gently pull them downwards when you initially start building up your seal, because on one occasion, my friend said one of his testicles got sucked up into the tube and the same thing happened with my partner at first too. This sensation is not nice but can be avoided with a little practice when you first use it. After you get the hang of it, this stops happening. Another thing to bear in mind is that at a certain point in the pumping, it gets much harder to pump anymore. Although my friend said he still felt like he could go a bit further, there was no more pressure left inside the tubing after a certain point, to allow him to go further. His penis is slightly above average, (around 6.5 to 7 inches) so large guys, either girth or length, may find the Hydromax x40 more productive. Please note that this does not mean you won’t get drastic results, you will, but it just means sometimes you cannot go that extra few pumps, if you are larger than average. If you suffer with phimosis or any kind of penis pain, especially when erect, you may not get your full potential from the Hydromax x30 and could hurt yourself. Another thing to consider is that the Hydromax can only really be used in the bath or shower (Water squirts out of the end as you pump.) so this will limit your experiences to those occasions, although in our opinion, it really is worth it. Water really does work so well. Cleaning and Care: Being fully submersible, the Hydromax x30 is very easy to clean with soapy water and a good rinse afterwards, however, you may need a sponge or a brush of some kind, to fully reach into the end of the tubing to clean there. It also comes with a spare valve and valve cap (Basically, you can replace the whole valve section, should it fail.) which extends the life of this pump two times over. Brilliant. Summary: The Hydromax x30 is an extremely good penis pump. It has been designed well and you get what you pay for, in this case, high quality materials and workmanship. It provided quite dramatic changes in both the length and the girth of his penis, as well as giving a stronger erection and heightened sensitivity after use. I cannot say for sure whether it has any long term effect on size, and the swelling goes back down within 24 hours (Most of it goes within a few hours.) However, whether due to confidence or the Hydromax working its magic, my friend was able to see small increases daily, in how far he could pump his penis. He consistently checked the measurements on the side of the pump and noticed small increases each time (Although we have only used the pump 5 times before writing this review and I doubt that increase would continue forever, of course.) The results are very, very noticeable. I was not expecting SUCH a difference. Overall, this pump really impressed me and it certainly impressed my friend, who felt a little unsure at first, but now wishes to use it most days. All three of us had never experienced a penis pump before, but the Hydromax has impressed each one of us.

It does work
I’ve been buying from LoveHoney for years, but I’ve never felt I could add much by reviewing a product until now. So, does it work? In my experience, yes. First thing to mention is that the enclosed instructions are pretty poor. I had problems with air leaking through the valve at first. Apparently this was due to a dodgy set of valves, and a replacement solved the issue (top marks to LoveHoney!). I’d recommend shaving down below as an airtight seal is difficult to achieve if you don’t. After a weeks re growth I find air can start leaking into the device. Frustrating, but it shows the extent of the pressure difference it creates. When you first use it you’ll find it hard to create a seal. I had issues with my balls getting sucked towards/into the device when creating the vacuum. If you experiment a bit you’ll find a position that works for you. Take it easy for the first week or two to let your body get used to it. I get some redness/burst blood vessels on the top side of my foreskin, but it’ll heal 100% if you don’t use the Bathmate for a couple of days. It is quite uncomfortable when you first create the vacuum, but you get used to it. I’ve been using the Bathmate for about 6 weeks, 4 or 5 days a week and using the Bathmate measure I’ve gone from 6.50″ to 7.25″ in length and (measuring myself) 5.00″ to just over 5.25″ circumference. I don’t know if any of these gains will be permanent as I am still using my Bathmate, but I am amazed with the results I have achieved. I am in a LDR and haven’t mentioned the Bathmate to my OH as I am curious to see if she notices the difference. Overall I highly recommend the Bathmate, it takes patience and some getting used to, but there is no denying the results.

A great bit of kit
I bought the Bathmate Hydromax X30 as an upgrade to a standard air pump that I had tried out. I wanted something that was a better fit and liked the idea of using warm water instead of air. The Bathmate was well packaged and feels really well made. This is quite an expensive pump but the plastic and rubber used feel good quality and it looks like Bathmate (not to mention Lovehoney) are very good with product support. I’m pretty confident that this pump will last me quite some time. I tried this first in the bath after a bit of a trim to make sure I could get a good vacuum. It took some time working out the best position to keep my balls out of the picture (I didn’t want them getting sucked up into the cylinder) but once I had figured it out, it was really easy to do. I bought the clear version which is great because you can see what’s going on in there really well. The Bathmate kept a good vacuum throughout the time I used it with just a quick pump every now and again to keep it topped up. I have tried this laying in the bath and standing in the shower and, whilst it does work in the shower, I find this much more easy and comfortable in the bath. Either way, I think the feel of warm water rather than air during pumping is much nicer. What did take a bit of getting used to was pumping by pressing the pump down towards you, the rubber gator is quite stiff so it can feel a bit sore after a while if you’re not careful. On removing the pump, my penis was much bigger than usual and stayed bigger (although not as big as when I first removed the pump) throughout the day. I am using the pump alongside doing some jelqing as I’ve read this helps make permanent any temporary gains. I’ve been using the pump for about a week now and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is really convenient as it has no trailing air tube, is easy to clean and works really well. Now I’m just looking forward to see what permanent gains this gives me over time.

There is no such thing as permanent
Today I am finally taking the time to review the Bathmate Hydromax X30 penis pump. I have tested cheaper pumps before and no matter how you do it with them they are not the same as the Hydromax X30. You can feel that the suction from this pump is coming from all directions around your penis and not just at the head. I have on and off tried the Hydromax X30 for a bit more than a year. I first used it for 4 months averaging about 5.5 times a week for about 15-30 minutes/session. When I started using it I was really hoping for results so even did it both morning and evening at a time. However, as summer came I was much less interested in pumping and taking the time so I didn’t use it for a few weeks. What I noticed was that I quickly lost all the gains and then started to use it about once a week just to try and maintain some gains. However, in august I started regularly using it again and have continued up until now. I manage the same 5.5 times/week now and am now on the 8th straight month and 15 -25 minute sessions. Now as for gains, well when used on a regular basis you will be larger when you have sex, especially if you use a cock ring during sex. Immediately after you will be at your biggest and be able to last the longest since some of the feeling is numbed for a few hours after a pumping session. At first when you start using it the “pumped size” will increase. But about 2 week without pumping will result in you dropping back to normal size. I have not yet seen any “permanent results” but the “pumped size” has continued to increase ever so slightly, mostly in terms of girth. This could be due to me reaching almost to the end of the X30 and thus lowering the pull in that direction. But remember this is the pumped size that remains some 1-2 days after a session and then continue to be larger for about 4 more days, so to keep it at that size you need to pump about every second day. The gains the past 8 months have been very little. So I guess there is a maximum size that one can reach but this remains to see. However, you will notice that you get a very hard erection when using the Hydromax X30 on a regular basis. Somehow I think it will also keep you from shrinking when you get older. The hydromax pump is very easy to use. If you have doubts about buying the Hydromax X30 because you do not shower every day, think no more. The pump can be used at a sink if needed to, just fill it up to almost full and pump away until the suction makes it stay put. However, when used this way you really want to use some water based lubricant between the pump and your skin to keep air from leaking in. There have been no signs of wear and tear during this 1 year and 3 month of use so the quality is excellent. The pull is strong and I would not recommend trying to get faster gains by extending the time/day usage. The measuring on the pump goes up to 7,5 inches but after that there is about 1 more inch before you would hit the end of it. If you have never before used a penis pump I would estimate that you grow 1-1,5 inches very fast so if you are already at 7 inches long go for the x40 model. If you think you have the dedication to go at it every second day for the rest of your sexual life you will get some nice size increase and a very hard erection. But if you are out to get some fast size gains and then stop using the pump thinking they are permanent. Well then there is really no point in buying this product since from my testing there are no such thing as permanent none pumped size increase.

That's quite a vacuum
Only received my Bathmate Hydromax X30 5 days ago, used it for 5 sessions so far. Easy to use, though the toggle for the valve can be a bit confusing as which position it’s in while you’re using it and can’t see the top. Creates quite a vacuum in the water and even after the short time I’ve been using it, I have noticed a slight difference. One major word of warning though. If, like me, you’re uncircumcised and have a tight foreskin, you might find yourself in a bit of a panic after the second session. Basically, the vacuum pulls your penis out and expands it, but your skin doesn’t follow with it. Result, though you don’t really notice while the Bathmate’s in use and with the warm water, your foreskin will stretch to let the head of your penis pull through. It did freak me out a bit to see it when I took the Bathmate off and to see the head of my penis half fully exposed for the very first time, but it does recover, eventually, after a few hours. But it does leave the very tip exposed until you recover, so it can make wearing clothes, or even walking a little tender. Today I used it for the 5th time and this time my foreskin was pulled all the way back, but I did recover a bit sooner than the previous time. So it’s got an added side benefit in that it can loosen your foreskin.

It may cost a pretty penny but it is certainly worth. The pump can be incorporated into your normal bath/ shower routine which is really helpful. The quality of the pump is also really good, it has a solid feeling and does not feel cheap at all. As for gains, it seems to do wonders for girth. I’ve gained nearly half an inch since using it. Just make sure you follow the workout instructions and do not pump too much.

If you’re undecided whether to buy one of these suckers but you’re not convinced that it’ll actually do anything, just ask yourself whether you can spare the money. If you’ve got a hundred quid to spunk this month then you might as well, because it’s better than nothing. It’s not going to write a letter to the almighty containing schematics on how you want your dong to look, nor will it alter your genetic code, but it does have an effect: I bought mine about nine weeks ago. I bought it along with the bag (I think that was free with the pump?) and the shower strap. Quality: Good quality. It looks like it was made well by people who’d had a think about what they were doing. The top valve bust within a week. I’m sure this was because initially I couldn’t figure out how to work the valve properly, and I was attempting to release the suction by pressing down on the little black switch on the end of the valve. This broke the valve in such a way that with the valve switch in the open/pump position, it would let air back in during pumping, rendering the whole thing useless. I eventually worked out that in order to release suction you have to press down on the whole valve assembly which sits on a spring, instead of putting pressure on the end of the little black switch which is fragile. This allowed me to use the pump despite the broken valve by leaving the valve switch in the closed position and working the valve release manually during pumping. Miraculously, after a week or so I tried the switch again and the valve worked normally. It hasn’t malfunctioned since. Work that out with a pencil. Operation: Close the valve switch – Fill it with warm water – Stick your John Thomas in it until it’s firm against your crotch – Open the valve switch – Pull it in towards you to compress the rubber gaiter and expel excess water – Give it a minute – Pull it in again and so on – In order to get it off, press down on the circular valve cover at the end to let air in. The first thing I noticed when using the X30 was that the shower strap is utterly suplus to requirements. The pump simply isn’t heavy enough to break its own seal. That’s how I found it anyway so if you’re asking me, save yourself a tenner and don’t buy the strap. The X40 might be different, but I doubt it. The second thing I noticed is that you don’t actually require that grey “comfort ring” that fits around the opening. For me it’s comfortable enough without it and it even seems to have a slightly stronger pull when you don’t use the comfort ring. The third thing I noticed was that it takes time to use it properly. Logically, three reps of five minutes should take fifteen minutes right? Wrong. Somehow I can leave it on throughout my shower on a normal work day and get only minimal results. If you want this thing to work to its capacity then you really need to a good five minutes plus on each rep, and you need to force the fucker down as hard as you can every thirty seconds or so to keep taking up the slack that the pump slowly pulls out of your old boy. It seems in order to get maximum results from this device, you either need to take daily half-hour showers or use it while you’re eating your Golden Grahams too. If you’ve got the time though, it really works quite well. Results: Initially I was a bit let down by this product. It didn’t seem to live up to the hype. That was until I realised that I wasn’t doing it for long enough or aggressively enough. Once I got the hang of squeezing every last drop of water out of the thing the results got better. So what does it actually do to your little friend? Well you know that craze all the kids were doing a couple of months back where they’d suck on cups and make their lips all swollen up like that oxygen thieving glue factory candidate Kylie Jenner? That. It pulls a load of blood into your wedding tackle and makes it swell up. It’s pretty impressive, I’ve gotta say. If you use it directly before sex you’ll both notice the difference. It does however make your foreskin all swollen. If you’ve got a girlfriend who can see past the comedy donut around the base of your bell to the impressive size of your chopper then crack on, but if you’ve gone home with some tart you met down the dive on a Saturday night and you slink off to the khazi for half an hour to pump yourself up then she might think there’s something wrong with you. That having been said, the comedy donut effect only lasts an hour or so, whilst the overall benefit from the pump will last four or five hours. So if you pump before going out on the prowl you’ll likely be in good shape by the time you get your leg over. Unfortunately this effect doesn’t last forever. The next day you’ll wake up and your todger will be back to normal. After nine weeks of continuous use, I’ve found no permanent increase in erect size. I have noticed an increase in pumped size, though. That is to say my fully pumped size is now bigger than it was to start with. I have however noticed a lasting increase in flaccid size. A significant increase, actually. I’m now having to do things like choose underwear based on dick room, and pick a trouser leg to sling it down when I pull my drawers up. It’s also a lot more veiny. That alone is worth buying this thing if you ask me. I’ve caught several people copping an eyeful of the outline in my trousers. I overheard one bloke in the bog at the pub say “did you see the size of that guy’s dick?” to his mate as he walked out. A part of me is concerned though about what it’s doing to me over time. I don’t know whether I’d recommend it from a medical standpoint. I think the reason for the increase in flaccid size is due to internal scarring. I’m no physician, but I think the pumping ruptures capillaries and forces blood into places it normally wouldn’t go, causing scarring and ruining the elasticity of the tissue in your master of ceremonies. My Bathmate - So Far So Good
Having used a penis pump in the past and done some jelqing in the shower, I decided to finally go for the hydromax. Also since I think my parents threw out the air pump to my old one:) I ordered both the x30 and x40 since I was unsure what to go with because I am 6.5 to 7 inches erect normally. I’ve been starting off with the x30 in the bath since the x40 was much larger than I imagined. The product came with a shower strap but it was difficult to learn so I poured myself a bath and have been using it this way since. I’m on my 3rd day of exercises in the tub and have been doing 3 sets of 5 minute pumps with about a minute in between, This thing works like no other. I’ve pretty much maxed out in this thing as it suctions me to about 9″ inside the pump. When I’m done with my set I’m seeing gains to 7-7.5″ in length and my girth has increased from 5 to 5.25″ after 3 days. Takes time but first impressions are good
After the first use I was shocked, this thing truly makes my penis bigger in girth. I’m going to assume anyone reading these reviews has already decided to buy a penis pump for whatever reason and the choice is which one. The answer is this one. I bought this about a year ago, so have 12 months worth of user experience to reiterate and confirm what many reviews have said. This works. The pump is made from plastic with rubber (I guess) bellows that allow you to pump. The Comfort ring is useful but not essential. I wouldn’t say that it was particularly high quality material, ie I didn’t open and think this was the best plastic I have ever seen, just regular material put together well. Where the pump excels is in its design/engineering It is straight forward to use. Fill with water, insert penis, and pump. Water comes out the top and your penis expands. Et Voila. 3 sets of 5 minutes is about right, although you may find reviews online about various complex routines people have developed, but those are usually accompanied by tales of injury and other stretches that sound time consuming . It is virtually impossible to hurt yourself with this so long as you listen to your body (if it hurts, stop) and don’t leave it on for an hour. Shower vs bath. For me bath is best. I tried using in the shower but could never get the water seal to hold, just continual pressure drop. No such trouble in a relaxing warm bath at the end of the day. There is a useful measuring line on the front to give you an indication of what you are achieving. Results, Drum roll please…. There is length vs girth, and short term (right after pump use) vs permanent . Permanent Length gain is about 1cm flaccid, 1.5cm erect, and girth about 1cm both flaccid and erect. Short term length is same as long term, but its the girth that is out of this world. I regularly achieve an extra 2.5cm to 3cm girth increase lasting for 2 to 4 hours if not longer, and this was within the first few weeks. After much deliberation, I decided that I’d take a gamble on this and hope that it would actually work after reading some positive reviews. As always it arrived on time and in discreet packaging. (Thank you Lovehoney) When I opened the box I was surprised at the size of the pump,it was larger than I thought it would have been….it came with clear instructions on who to use and clean it, the pump itself is really well made and feels solid and sturdy. I use the pump most days for 15 minutes as instructed and also do 5/10 minutes of jelq/stretching exercises to help aid my growth, which instructions on how to do this is also included. I found that the pump was uncomfortable for me with the comfort insert attached but it can be removed and used without this I’ve only ever used it in the shower and purchasing the strap would be advised as it will free up your hands. Results- I 1st used the pump on the 29 Sept and writing this on the 18 Nov I’m absolutely Astonished by the results and growth I’ve already achieved. Don"t waste your money like I did
This pump was a total disappointment for me. No suction, no growth. Followed all of the directions. I also tried different angles/positions.I tried to use it lubed and unlubed. I was shaved down, of course. Result, got partial suction erection once, before the suction seal came undone again–very frustrating. Now I have a premium pump that I can’t use (at $160). So I ended up getting the hydromax 7 after being unsure what one to get due to having a 7 inch pipe. Anyway I’m glad I did because its actually longer than 7 inch and luckily so because I’m pumping 7 1/2 inch at the moment. It will probably go to just over 8 inch before ur pipe gets sucked out the end. Girth wise I’ve still got a small amount of space but I’m guessing that my pipes not gonna get alot bigger in girth. Long-Term Review
OK, so there is always the question of does penis enlargement work? If it does work, are the gains permanent? I will explain my findings as best I can. The answer isn’t so straight forward. I grew up with an average sized penis, but after being introduced to porn… false standards get placed by none other than yourself. Anyway, over the years I tried the miracle creams and super pills like the naïve fool I was. I made about 1/2 inch gains over a lot of years to stand me at 6in with around a 5in girth. (mainly using suction pumps to get that growth) After hitting a dead spot I thought hell, everyone raves about these bathmate things…. they’re not cheap either so maybe its worth a try. To start with it’s a little odd to get used to, you need to watch your nuts… make sure you massage your member in the breaks to keep blood flow and you have to deal with a little water retention after sessions(goes away just fine). In the first few weeks is when you see the biggest and quickest improvements as you’re basically opening up the chambers in your penis and stretching them to their FULL capacity. This is where you think in 2 weeks you’ve gained 1/2 an inch everywhere and the job is done. All you have done at that point is done the ground work. Now is the long game, at that point every time you use it, you’re actually stretching the cells and inspiring growth. it can take several months to see another half inch, but at that point, after a rest period of a week or 2 your chambers shrink in elastic range again but that inch you grew is now only half an inch… but that half inch is yours permanently. I also use the Max Out Serum for a little jelqing and the actually effects it claims to assist with, I use a really general elastic all day stretcher for an hour after sessions to stop immediate turtling of the penis and I sometimes throw in some Jai stretches while I watch some TV. Doing a full routine can be a real pain in the neck I’ll be honest, but if you actually want real gains that stay it is not a short process, If you try to rush and take silly risks you can destroy your penis, if you’re serious take it slow and be committed. No numbers? When I started using the BMHM7 on it’s own measuring (which ends up a BPEL measurement due to suction, before you ask bone pressed erection length) system I was a little under 6 and 1/2 inches fully expanded, I am now a little under 7inch. What I can’t say is whether it’s down to the BM on it’s own, or with my other parts of the routine. I can say that using it has had the most positive effect on my routine and I would genuinely recommend it to any guy who is willing to make the effort in trying to make gains. Also, there’s a forum called Thundersplace the guys on there have more experience than me and can help you map out a routine if you’re serious and answer many of the questions that can’t be answered here.

So far I have used my bath mate 5 times a week for the past 4 weeks and have to admit that I am thoroughly pleased with how it has performed. The bath mate arrived in very nice packaging which indicated to me straight away this product wasn’t just some cheap piece of plastic but rather an engineering master class. I had to return this item, as the switch on the end was faulty. I found this difficult to use, as suction was often lost when using. I’d highly recommend buying the strap if using in the shower, as it can be awkward otherwise. When pumping, it was difficult for me to know when to stop, as pumping once to often led to losing suction and having to start over. I think the product is good and well designed, and maybe mine was completely faulty. But it is clear to see how it works and that you will get results.

Mistake I maybe made is wrong size so I would really check that before buying as it is an expensive thing to buy on a gamble….. well in my mind. Great Marketing
This pump is a total failure for several reasons. The billows material is super stiff and hard to pump. The hard plastic bruises and cuts into your pelvic area. The instructions say neatly trimmed (I am) and they also sell a shower strap for use in the shower. You almost need to be completely shaved and submerged to make a seal. Even the “comfort ring” is stiff and uncomfortable. I am around 6 1/2 long and 5 1/4 in diameter so it has nothing to do with being the wrong size. I am not over weight, maybe if you hold more fat in that area it would seal better, but the billow is made of hard ridged plastic like one of those hard black toilet plungers. I tried finding reputable reviews, but most web searches return the obviously positive marketing reviews. The tube is of good quality and the concept seems solid, but this thing hurts, leaks, and just plain doesn’t work for me. I’ve checked instructions it’s nothing I’m doing. I used the basic air pump lovehoney sells and it worked much better, but you do have to be careful not to over pump with it. That was the biggest appeal to this thing. I’m pretty disappointed

As per instructions, I used the pump until the bellows were completely compressed. This resulted in a vacuum strong enough to cause me to turn purple (I immediately stopped after this, naturally). I tried several times since and still get the same results.Also, and I’m not saying this to try and inflate my own ego, but I am within the size that the product says it is for, and the width of the opening is much too small (perhaps this is part of the reason why I lose circulation when using the product).It does effectively create a vacuum, as advertised, however.

instructions are nonexistent, very hard to get a good seal for the pumping action to work you just about have to shave all your hair off. then you have to press on it really hard to keep the little amount of suction you do get and you’ll never get it to stay for 5 min. let alone doing it 3 times total waist of money. needs to be designed so there is a soft seal at the front to obtain a better suction.

This pump creates great negative pressure. Filling the pump with warm water helps to prevent the donut effect. But after just a couple months of use the seal burst and the pump became useless.

Have used this pump for about 2 weeks now. My dick feels like it is at its best size most of the time, whether limp or hard. It feels a bit thicker already and the veins are more pronounced. Nothing magical!
I have been using this pump for about a month now. First use took some time to get used to, sometimes I had too much pressure and some times losing pressure for no reason. Great Product could be better

Surprised at results
Bought this on behalf of a friend but will review the one that l purchased for myself several months ago. Great product/how long will it last
Im not sure that it will last longer than a year. Everytime I use the release value it feels like the plastic trigger will break(it hasnt). Also the I bought it for ed and it deffinatly does the job and it has intensified when I cum which is great but I only use it 3 times a week for 15 min each time. I think if you use more than this the intensifity when having sex or a pull will not be as much as. I think you need to find a balance for yourself. But this is what worked for me.
