Great fun
Got these cuffs to review ,they were in a little bag inside a Buffy bag Nothin special but as I’ve said before more interested in the items,used them with my husband and what fun we had with a bit of role playing they were comfy to wear and did the job the Velcro is quite strong so they don’t come off ,all in all a great little item will be considering the ankle cuffs to match .

I love these handcuffs. They are not incredibly comfortable to wear but they don’t cause discomfort either. The velcro on it is rather strong so there is no way of escaping and can even use them on your ankles. I think due to them getting quite scratchy after a while it would be perfect for short ‘exercises’ or soft bondage. Perfect item. Would recommend. Overall rating: 5/5

Not So Bad, Not The Best
These hand cuffs weren’t my favorite kind of bondage. But I enjoy bondage so they did the trick fairly well. Only problem is that they were too easy to slip out of. And I live being all tied up. I wouldn’t recommend if you become superwoman during sex cause they will come right off and come apart. My boyfriend didn’t like them too much. And if your wrists are small I wouldn’t suggest them either

Surprisingly strong
At first glance they’re not the most attractive wrist cuffs but that was expected as they’re the cheaper basics brand, saying that, they’re really well put together and they’re pretty tough. The Velcro is surprisingly strong and hard to get out of which makes things fun. Definitely worth the money. Also you can easily connect them to love honey basic ankle cuffs to double the fun.

Basic but fun
Bought along with the Singapore Stinger and the Lovehoney Blindfold as a surprise starter kit, these made a great intro to tie-up fun. Neither of us are into leather or latex etc but wanted to add a little more kink to the bedroom. These are ideal; small, light and simple. You do get what you pay for of course, these are just two velcro straps and a clip but if you’re not planning on thrashing around or hanging from them etc, they’re more than adequate.

Great simple cuffs
The product comes in discreet packaging which is handy from the postman. Simple to use and very comfy when on. My partner and I had been looking at some form of hand restraints for a while but were unsure of handcuffs in case on of us lost the keys! I bought this as part of a brilliant deal that love honey had. When it arrived it came in such discreet packaging I didn’t realise what it was until I opened it! I put them on myself and found them very easy to put on, I pulled my hands apart and was pleasantly surprised at how strong they were considering that they were tied to my wrist with Velcro! They felt very secure. When my partner and I came to use them, being able to remove the middle connector was great when trying to change positions! Incredible for beginners
Let’s start of that myself and the OH haven’t ever done anything like tying each other up etc but 8 and a half years together with a child, well things get a little – Boring. Would Recommend
I got these in a bondage kit a few years back. They are far more secure then you would think but, they also are quick release. I love the fast release feature because sometimes I get anxiety attack if I can’t move. Love Honey sent them in a normal plain brown box, so discreet that no one thought anything of it. Love these, they are not flimsy at all and they are really comfortable! The D-ring fastenings are strong and sturdy enough that the cuffs can be used to attach to bedposts with ropes/ties/anything you have to hand! The velcro cuffs have enough material in them than these can be used as ankle restraints too, and the velcro isn’t flimsy either. Cheap and Easy
As an avid bondage fan I was looking for something rather cheap and easy to use, which is exactly this! It’s comfortable but still an effective restraining toy. The material feels safe and nice against the skin, allowing for a good bondage experience – especially for beginners. However, during certain sessions the handcuffs have fallen apart (become detached from the metal connector between both hands). For the price, I’m unsurprised as it was a very cheap product and we were able to repair it mostly!

They are really strong and durable and aren’t easy to escape from at all, although if you got the right angle you could unstrap yourself (good in solo play!). Perfect For Beginners
I was new to bondage and wanted to try it out, but was still extremely intimidated by it, and these cuffs really helped me get over that initial nervousness. You don’t need a bed frame as they can be used by just tying the hands together, but they’re equally good for tying your partner to the bed. The only issue I had, but this may be to me being extremely clumsy, is that because of the velcro used to secure the handcuffs, I accidentally stuck it to myself and ended up ripping my new stockings 🙁 Apart from this blip, I always return to using these cuffs instead of actual handcuffs, as they’re so much more comfortable and easier to use. These are actually really handy and easy to use. They leave little markings but nothing major at all but you can put them on really tight and the velcro will not give way at all. Also found you can clip the feet and hand ones together to give you a fun tied up element without all the ropes. Saucy Staple
These simple yet effective webbing and velcro type handcuffs have quickly become a staple in my bedroom. I received them quickly, in plain packaging, as has been the case with my other couple of Lovehoney purchases. The cuffs would fit a variety of wrist sizes as there is velcro all the way around the inside. Velcro is clever stuff and surprisingly strong, so the cuffs feel sexily secure but not uncomfortable. Velcro is also quick release compared to other fasteners, which is a bonus. I am quite sensitive to texture and hate anything even slightly scratchy. I was a bit concerned about the feel of the velcro but it doesn’t touch your skin, so these feel smooth and comfortable. I initially used the cuffs as they came, that is, using the little metal carabiner to attach both my own (or my partner’s) wrists together above the head or back. I have now bought a couple of additional, larger carabiners which means I can secure each wrist separately to a looped belt or piece of fabric secured to the bedhead/posts. Lots of naughty fun to be had 😉

I first bought these along with the ankle cuffs about 3 years ago and I love them. Unlike more expensive cuffs, they are quick and easy to put on and remove and are not intimidating for newbies to kink. They were in fact so good that they have since been stolen by one of my exes. The only downsides to these are that the link clip is a little flimsy (not a real issue as they are velcro) but I replaced it with a carabiner for a more strengthy look. They are not great if you really want to restrain someone, but for light play they are my favorite cuffs.

So I brought these with the matching ankle cuffs. I wasn’t expecting a lot as they’re the cheapest range. Boy was I wrong. These are very secure and hard to escape from by tugging, which really serves it’s purpose. They’re made from a Velcro and material with metal clasp to connect them. All of which was not too rough on the skin. These were very fun to use and great combined with the ankle ones. I wouldn’t say they are as practical if your partner has bigger wrists (like male with big wrists) as my partner said he struggled with the feel. However he enjoyed them when they were on me and had complete control. A particular thing I do like is if needed there is quick escape due to the Velcro making them fantastic for experimenters and new people as well as advanced if you like that safety feel! Our first dip into bondage won't be our last!
My partner and I had discussed wrist restraints before, but handcuffs didn’t particularly appeal to me (as pretty as the fluffy ones can be). These however, stood out as soon as I saw them. Delivery was as quick as always and the packaging plain. (One thing I would say however, is they artived in a latge box with a lot of padding which was simply unnecessary and raised some questions about what I had ordered. In a padded envelope, these could have just gone through the letterbox). The velcro on the cuffs is fairly noisy, so I wouldn’t suggest using them when others are in earshot, but in my opinion it’s much better than having to keep track of keys etc. It also ensures that the restraints stay tight (even when the wearer wriggles a lot) without preventing an easy release. The cuffs are big enough on myself and my partner that one of them can tie around a bed post as well as a wrist without any trouble. I have seen others complain about the appearance of the restraints, but I personally don’t mind how plain they are; they do their job and are discreet enough to fold and put in a bedside cabinet without them ever drawing attention to themselves. For the price, these are flawless and I know that we’ll be using them many more times in the future! I would definitely suggest purchasing these.

Criminal How Good These Are

Decent cuffs, more space between wrists would be good
These are a good basic product. The velcro is nice and strong, and I like the fact that they can be put on and released quickly. I also like the metal of the clip, it’s a nice look. They look relatively large on the pictures and the wrist size would definitely fit (practically) everyone, but I feel the distance between the cuffs is a little too small especially for men with larger arms, it means you cannot easily use the clip to attach to something else. If you want to simply use this to e.g. tie someone’s hands behind their back it does the job perfectly, but if you are thinking of using the clip to attach to other bondage equipment (e.g. satin ties or ropes on bed) then this may not be for you, I don’t think it’s designed with that in mind. Good product otherwise!

I love love love love these cuffs. The Velcro attachment makes them easy to apply but they are also so strong and durable. I am known to wiggle around and strain a lot but these show no sign of breaking or being weak even after repeated use. The metal parts are of good quality and I like the fact you can detach them and use them in other ways.

Basic is the best

These handcuffs are a great addition to the bedroom and a great start out item. They don’t feel too harsh but can keep you tied up. Affordable, approachable and adventurous
These little, lightweight cuffs are great! Great for beginners as they’re non-intimidating and easy to get out of quickly. While they’re affordable, they’re also durable, not cheaply-made whatsoever like I assumed they could’ve been. They allow for so many different positions and uses which is great as well as the fact that they will easily fit larger wrists. The only thing is that after an extended period of time the material can irritate your skin, especially if you’re pulling against them. This may or may not be an issue depending on your preferences, just keep it in mind before buying. They’re great for light-hearted fun or even anything more extreme if you’re into that; perfect for introducing yourselves to a new change in the bedroom; and the low price means that if you end up not liking/using these as much, you won’t feel as though you’ve wasted money.

Bound to be fun
My partner isn’t really into bondage, I like it more, so was looking for something not to intimidating to tempt him to play, thought these fit the bill, softer and less threatening than traditional metal or leather cuffs. When they arrived, I showed him, was able to put them on both wrists myself (as I have slim ankles, they fit around there too), he didn’t seem put off, which was a start, but not particularly enthusiastic, but agreed to try them later. Later…I pulled these out during foreplay and he fastened them, suddenly he seemed more interested shall we say, anyway after a lot of fun in these, we’ll be using them again! They are comfortable for prolonged wear, good adjustable fit, I have small wrists and previously found some too loose, these fit perfectly l. No fiddly catches, good strong velcro. Only slight negative, not sure how long the hook will last, no issues so far, but look like it could be a weak point over time, but in 3 for £15 offer, definitely a bargain little addition to the toy box!

Super Basic, but Super Versatile
Our first attempt at bondage I thought I should go for a more conservative option (read, cheaper) to see if we both like it enough to invest in higher quality toys. We got these wrist restraints, the matching ankle ones, and the soft cotton Shibari rope. We did a bit of reading on the best knots, cut the rope in half and popped it under the matress with an end in each corner of the bed. The thing that I like about both the wrist and ankle restraints is their versatility, they can be unclipped to make 2 separate restraints, and have their own D-rings so can be tied wherever you want. We’ve since tried a couple of different combinations from completely spread eagle, to clipping the wrists together above the head and behind the back… Although our initial idea about this set was to test the water since they were cheap, I now don’t think there’s any other product-combo on the Lovehoney site which would give so much diversity and versatility under the sheets. The restraints are alright in terms of comfort, but to be honest, when I’m wearing them, my wrists tend to be the last place I’m thinking about haha

Great beginner cuffs
Are you fed up of trying to find dressing gown belts to tie each other with?! Us too! That’s why we figured we would give these a try. They are incredibly secure and hard to get out of, so trust is a must here. The clasp in the middle is great for a partner to release you with just one hand. The only downside is the cuffs aren’t far enough apart to lock around a bed post, but thanks to the clasp I think this can be worked around with a simple peice of chain.

These cuffs aren’t winning any design awards, basic Velcro closures don’t lend itself to luxury but they’re small, strong, and they definitely do the job. If you’re going for cheap rather than luxurious you can’t go wrong with these. They’re not really sexy in terms of material or feel, but they are – of course – in what they are used for! And they are pretty secure. We haven’t really put them to the test for fear of breaking beds and the like but they’ve stood up to everything thrown at them thus far (about a month of on/off usage). An obvious concern is that the velcro will eventually become ‘unsticky’ if not looked after, but that hasn’t happened just yet. Overally, bought two pairs in the 3 for £15 deal and can’t so go them for effectively a fiver each – cannot complain at all for that price.

Simple, but effective
When looking for bondage restraints, there are (for me) 3 main considerations. Safety, quality, and aesthetics. Starting with Safety, I can’t fault them. There are no fiddly straps, no complex knots to consider, just velcro. In an emergency, it is easy for the Dom to undo the velcro, or if really pressed for time just release the clip.Now to quality. They are well made and sturdy, they won’t snap with the level of resistance an ordinary human can put up. If you were dominating Geoff Capes, you may need something stronger, but these are made of the kind of canvas you might get on a backpack strap attached to a decently strong D ring, with a lanyard clip. A determined sub can undo the velcro but it’s a tall order; so unless you’re dealing with a strongman or a particularly persistent brat, these will do the trick. They are remarkably comfortable too, but prolonged tight use will leave marks.As for aesthetics… They aren’t great, but aren’t awful. I wouldn’t use these for any super sexy photos, but they’re unlikely to turn someone off. They are, as the name implies, basic.In summary, they’re a good beginner cuff (much better than plastic handcuffs) but if you’re more experienced, I’d look elsewhere.

These cuffs are in the basic line, but they are effective and great value for money. If you like the feeling of a restrictive material being a little coarse on your skin, then these would be perfect for you. I ordered two pairs and am able to fit them on both my wrists and ankles. I have relatively small wrists, 6″, my policeman friend tried his cuffs on me and said that I would need to be ziptied if ever I was arrested. These cuffs fit me just fine and are adjustable up to much larger wrists too.The clip which attaches them is easy to fit behind my headboard which has vertical bars. The velcro is sturdy and I’ve been unable to wriggle out of them. In saying that, they’re very quick for a partner to remove. There’s no worrying about a misplaced key either.

These cuffs fit very well on small wrists, and when on small wrists cannot be opened by using force to pull them apart. Through testing I can tell this likely wouldn’t be the case on larger wrists, but as these are for beginners I imagine a lot of struggling is not expected. The connection between the cuffs is strong and well made, I can’t imagine it could be broken easily.The velcro is easy to line up and doesn’t contact your wrists at all, and as long as these have not been wrapped around anything, it is very easy for the person wearing them to remove them from their own wrists if needed, making them good for beginners who want some amount of control still.
