Jury is out on this one
Not sure if this works or not. Had it a couple of weeks and used it every day for 30 mins as indicated. Use lots of lube. I am not sure if it’s my penis getting bigger or the tube just pushing closer to my body. Can feel slightly uncomfortable and as soon as it does relieve pressure straight away! If interested then give a pump a go, at the very least you can at least say you have tried.

No frills pump
We got this toy to have a bit of fun and to see if it actually works. Its at the basic end of the scale and that’s reflected in the price compared to the expensive ones but having said that it does exactly what’s intended for. I don’t have a small penis or ED it was just for us to experiment with something else as my wife has several toys at her disposal. I got this a while back just to see what the hype was about and although not noticed a great difference in penis size it has certainly increased the size of the head and that is just with sporadic use so used on a routine could probably be very beneficial for growth. I would imagine you would see a better increase in girth than you would length. I would certainly entertain trying a more top of the range that does the work for you and vibrates.

Cheap and great quality
Never used a pump before so this was a totally new experience for me. Decent starter pump
Penis pumps had intrigued me for a while so I decided I would take the plunge, I did have my eyes set on more expensive devices but I settled on this as a starter to see if I liked it or got on with pumping in general. I can’t praise this pump enough as a starter pump, easy to use, lube up, slide in, a couple gentle pumps and away you go. It’s comfortable and easy to use you can’t fault it. Be careful though you should do your research on pumping safely before attempting, it’s far easier to do damage to yourself by over pumping than you’d think. Think about how long you have it on and how much pressure your exerting on your prized possession! Just cause you can keep squeezing the bulb and it keeps working doesn’t mean you should be doing it! Without a gauge it isn’t easy to tell exactly what you’re doing but it’s easy to stay within your own limits, it shouldn’t hurt at any time for example. Now I went in not expecting an overnight/permanent gain which is a good mindset to have in this area, patience and dedication is the key. I’m on the average size of things but for those that may be convinced whether this works by sizes, I was measuring myself at 6” long and 4.75 girth, so I’m just looking for an extra boost for the Mrs. All in all with 6 months behind me after using this pump a few times a week I am thicker and marginally longer. You can’t deny the results when the pressure is applied (the irony of struggling to get it up under pressure not being lost) You can fill the whole tube, but make sure you take your time and with multiple uses. I measured my penis before starting to use the pump and my penis is currently 1/2 inch longer and 1 11/4 inches bigger in circumference. Would I recommend this pump, yes it definitely helps me with erections, and has increased the size of my penis to a degree. Do not expect this pump to give you a massive dick, my observation is that your penis will only ever be as large as it is when fully erect in the pump case during use, you cannot change that so live with it. For the record I am 60 years old, 5’6″, and 11 stone.

I originally bought this as a first try to see what the fuss was about. The data on actually getting permanent “growth” is pretty clear in that these devices doesn’t work if that’s what your looking for. Personally, I was looking for a device where I could fit a cock ring, blow myself up, then get to work. It has been somewhat successful, but the base ring is so tight, that even with a bit of lube, removing yourself after depressurising is a bit of a challenge and kills the moment a little, but still helps me get started.What has been surprising, is that I’m noticing the morning erections are now harder, so clearly the increase in blood flow… even with just medium suction for a few minutes every couple of days, is actually improving penis health. I’m now thinking about trying some more expensive models to see if the release is more gentle.

I’ve been struggling with ED since having my prostate removed after a cancer diagnosis. Medical staff recommended a pump to keep my old man healthy. The pump works well. The entrance set up is a little odd. Unfortunately for me as soon as I release the pressure the benefit stops. Would be good to be able to easily apply a ring when inside the pump. Gents get checked and look up the symptoms. Losing that part of your life is no fun.

Penis pumping is something I am new to. Not out of any medical reason, but just curiousity. This penis pump is perfect for a beginner to give it a go. It gives a stronger erection and definitely increases your length and girth slightly. It is very easy to use, you pop it in and squeeze to create the pressure desired. My advice is to start slow and don’t go into it thinking you’ll keep it on for ages. Don’t keep it on for longer than 30 minutes at maximum or you may experience discomfort. I like the way it’s see-through so you can see your progress as time goes on. A water based lube is best with this in my opinion and ensure you apply enough otherwise the skin around the seal can get a bit sore, although this is not due to the design but just human anatomy. In terms of the orgasm, I was definitely more sensitive which was enjoyable and also the visuals aided to this. That being said, it’s unlikely you will orgasm due to this product alone. My only issue with this again, is my own human anatomy of having an upwards curve. This meant i found the tip directly in contact with the tube from the get go and as the pressure built, that contact insensified. It’s not a deal breaker, but I also don’t think there are designs for curved pumps. My advice would be if you do have an upwards curve, to get a slightly larger diameter of pump to avoid this minor issue. Overall, it’s a fantastic product.
