Aneros Perfected
As with all the Aneros models the latest in the line up the ‘Progasm Junior’ comes beautifully packaged which gives this amazing device the impression it is something more than your average sex toy, which indeed it is! I have a couple of the Aneros models now, having started with the ‘Helix’ (the perfect model for the beginner new to prostate play) and moved up to the much bigger ‘Progasm Ice’ Although the Progasm ice is better designed than the other Aneros models as both the tabs are facing inwards and therefore the handle no longer gets in the way when lying on your back, I found it just a little too big (especially as I am a very slight guy). So when I heard of this new smaller version I couldn’t wait to try it out! As with all the Aneros models the build quality is excellent and once lubed up the smooth, shiny black surface of the Progasm jnr slides in easily, I found my anal muscles gripped it perfectly with the p tab resting on my perineum. What I like particular about this model is once in, it stays in the perfect position and doesn’t twist around, like some of the other Aneros’ Now this is a device to need to take your time with, give yourself a minimum of an hour when you know you won’t get disturbed, get yourself really relaxed beforehand, have a nice warm bath if this helps. Lie back, lube up and gently inset the Aneros. I find the best position on my back, knees bent with my feet resting flat on the bed, but also try it lying on your side too. Give yourself 10 minutes just relaxing, feeling the Aneros inside you. Then there are several techniques you can use, a couple I use are; 1. Do nothing – just relax as much as you can and let yourself go and the sensations take over. 2. Do some gentle ‘Kegal’ exercises – Very gentry pull in on your anal muscles then, pull up your perineum and then flex the muscle you use to stop the flow of pee mid stream. Do this in one very gentle rolling motion almost as if you are stroking the tip of the Aneros from the inside of your body while the aneros remans still. You should find you get some amazing sensations building! – Uncontrolable lower body shaking, tingling, a warm feeling, the sensations really do spread through your entire body! Two very important point when using the Aneors 1. Don’t manipulate it externally, i.e don’t thrust it in or out and don’t rock back and forwards on it. 2. Completely forget you have a penis, don’t touch it or focus on it at all, (oddly it can work to imagine you are female, as the orgasm you can get from the aneros is what I would imagine a female orgasm to be very much like!) If you penis remains flaccid through most of your session then this believe it or not is a good sign. As a straight but somewhat curious man I have been intrigued by prostate massage… After failing miserably with other prostate massager’s I decided to invest in the master of prostate play.. The Aneros! Of course it wasnt just a case of popping it in and hey presto! It took some time and concentration but once you nail that gentle squeeze the sensation is unreal! This is a toy i kept, it wasnt the best but i like a few things about it from a variation point of view. I cant use the larger version of this as i find bigger toys in general painful to insert, i personally like toys of a medium size so if me and the partner want a quickie i dont have to go through relaxation techniques and 30 minutes of trying to insert a prostate toy 🙂 This is medium in size, can be used quickly but carefully if you are horny, the p tab is better on this than the aneros range as there is no handle, the wife can go on top no problems with this inserted (reverse cowgirl is great as it pushes the massager in more) Now it doesnt touch my prostate anywhere near as much as say the glass LH wand, so its not an ideal hands free fit for me, but i do like the feeling of it in there when having sex so it has stayed in our toy box. again i think the angle is just off, if they curved this toy i think it would be a massive winner.

Different than expected
This prostate massager is made from very slick, seamless & smooth medical-grade acetal, so it has a very firm shape. This represents a departure on Aneros from its health base and more into a bespoke sex toy territory. However, as all of their prostate massager, they have a steep learning curve if you are looking for that elusive super-O without penile stimulation. Otherwise, they can be enjoyed straight away. As an experienced user of the MGX classic, this offers a different feel. Size-wise they are comparable, but the Progasm Jr. has a more angled head with almost 90 degree angles that are probably meant to pin-point target the prostate. Unlike most other Aneros, which are designed to move with 3 degrees of freedom, this one pivots less, also evidenced by the wider, but comfortable stem and very small frontal tab. This is a brilliant design compromise that makes the Progasm jr. suitable for long-day wear and is comfortable for me to sit on, something impossible with other Aneros types. The backward “K-tab” is too short to be effective, so it works more like an anchor, but this is not to say that it is sensationless. Your mileage may vary. Some reportedly obtain better results with this vs. the Helix or MGX, but as I said before, fundamentally different devices. Personally, I found it difficult to reach the super-O with, but the fact that it can be worn for longer periods without feeling sore really makes up for it. This is an aggressively-shaped firm toy with zero give, and there is no silicone-coated version. Some beginners might find the sensations produced too sharp, though not intimidating size-wise and may be suitable for absolute anal beginners, taken step by step. The plastic is inert against all body-safe types of lubes. I can’t say whether it is truly better or worse than my beloved MGX, but the minor changes in construction create a completely different type of play. To sum it up, if you are a beginner looking for the ultimate sensation: try the MGX or Helix instead. If you are instead looking for a versatile massager that fits many styles of play, this is it.

My FAVOURITE toy
This toy is my GO TO. I always reach for it first. What can I say about it, I mean if you like orgasms you’ll love this. I have had my BEST experiences with it, multiple o’s, super o’s, HFWO’s. You name it. I’ve never had a “bad” time with the Progasm Jr. With other Aneros models I’ve had sessions that still feel great but don’t quite get over the hill. With the Progasm Jr, EVERY ride gets me there. It’s extremely comfortable and feels like nothing is in after a couple minutes. It’s easy to use because you don’t really need to “do” anything, but if you’re new to Aneros, I would read up on best techniques for use on the Aneros forums. Best rule of thumb; treat it like a relaxation device instead of a sex toy. Try using a blindfold and earplugs and go for complete sensory deprivation. Then lie down and relax almost to the point of going to sleep. You’ll have way more success with that than you will with “chasing” an orgasm. Easy to clean, easy to use, easy to store plus it looks like a piece of art. You will not regret this purchase.

It is very well made and very smooth, and is up to there usual high standards.The aneros Jr has more girth than the other models i have used and it takes a few sessions to learn to be able to insert it comfortably. So dont be rushed, be relaxed, have some good lube and relax it in.Using a prostate massager is a journey and not an instant gratification. It takes multiple sessions to learn what your body likes so you have to practice to find your sweet spot.After using this for over a month my sessions are becoming mind blowing. I’ve used it for over a year somewhat religiously. No orgasms yet. I find myself falling asleep with it. Sometimes there are p waves, but that’s as far as it goes. It was a little too big for me but now it’s okay. The aneros line has great packaging and an informative community to help beginners and experienced users. It is a unique experience that requires a learning period, it’s not for everyone but it can be learned. The material is great for use with most lubricants, best bet is always water based. It’s probably a medium size, and it knocks on your prostate a bit more than the Eupho would. It is not comfortable to sit on but laying down is the best position to get started. Proper prep is always a must beforehand.

A simple toy, I have used this a few times and honestly have given up on it now.The design and quality are great, it does reach the spot but for the life of me I can’t get much pleasure out of it.Maybe I’m doing it wrong but I don’t think so, I have orgasmed once and that with a lot if manual movement instead of the intended tensing of the muscles which I did for at least 30min with no pleasurable feeling.I will say I was a beginner with this toy and it went in without an issueSo this review is obviously my experience, if you take a punt I hope you have a better time with it than me

Takes a while to find the right position and method of use but you get the hang of it eventually, and once you do, it’s amazing. This toy is about 1. 5 times the size of a helix trident and about an inch longer. The plastic ears are much harder than a helix trident syn and if you’re not in the right position they either push the toy into a different position or dig into you. Otherwise it sits well inside of you for the perfect message.
