I had no idea what I was going to do with this which I received as a gift from (of all people) an ex-girfriend. She and I have become good friends but I honestly thought at first this was a spiteful birthday gift. Was I ever wrong. The packaging says “have courage” which on a particularly cold night I decided to try. After spending some quality time with the Helix syn and the Progasm jr., this seemed the next step to continue my journey into the rather luxurious world of prostate massage. Ive learned a few things so far, one of the most important being that size and vigor doesn’t really help you to get anywhere, and patience and relaxation is everything. That being said I wanted a bigger one.. ..So I made my order and sweatily waited by the mailbox…! One of the things that initially worried me about buying, lets face it, a lifeless lump of plastic for around 40 quid, was that it doesn’t have any batteries. Was this just a plug and you need to use or do other things to properly enjoy yourself? Was this a huge scam dreamt up in the local pub where Bill bet John that he couldnt get people to sit quietly with a bit of plastic stuck where the sun doesnt shine awaiting some mystical magic to happen? Anything is possible… I can assure you that whilst you may feel a little silly if this is your first experience with Aneros toys, it wont last long. Im not a urologist, but I can tell you with absolutely no doubt that this thing is engineered to rub bits of you that really like being rubbed, and it rubs them very nicely thank you. Im not going to go into much detail about the product itself, others have done that very well already. What I will say is that its very smooth, very hard and tough enough to be dropped without chipping. In terms of my experience, this is the only Aneros model that has brought me to orgasm. I cant say that I can repeat it to order but the extra size and the way this fits against my p spot make it a much more stimulating and takes less time to get somewhere good. The Progasm Ice won't leave you cold
As far as I can tell, this is a straight upgrade over the Progasm classic. Not only does it look the part more than the classic (unless you’re after the medical look), but it’s supposedly made from a more durable material too, so you have that extra reassurance. I ordered the clear version and despite being plastic, it looks as good as any glass toy. The picture above is slightly misleading in making it look white, and while Lovehoney’s video gives you better idea, even that doesn’t do it justice. In person it’s absolutely beautiful…You almost want to put it on the mantelpiece. It’s just a shame it’s not visible during use. If I had a complaint, it’d be that the fin on the base makes it uncomfortable to use sitting up in a chair or a solid surface. However, used lying back or lying down, it works wonderfully. It doesn’t rotate or fall out, it’s easy to remove after long sessions and it’s super easy to clean. I think this would qualify as an intermediate toy. It’s large enough to make reliable contact with your p-spot, yet small enough that it can easily move about inside you. The initial insertion can take some perseverance, but after that it slides in nicely. I’d advise any first-timers start with something smaller, but if you’re fearless or have prior experience, you really can’t go wrong with the Progasm.

Bought this after a lot of deliberation as I don’t often pay this much for a toy but wow it is so worth it. I’ve noticed a lot of these reviews are from straight men so I will try and put a queer perspective on this. For those like myself that are used to anal sex or anal play, this toy is really not that big and therefore really unintimidating. Even if it were bigger it wouldn’t be a problem as the material is so smooth that even with just a small amount of anal lube it slips rights in very easily. Before I bought the toy I did have some reservations about the fact it was rock hard plastic with no give at all but actually it feels incredibly comfortable once in, to the point where if it wasn’t making your ass feel amazing, you probably wouldn’t notice it was there! Once in it does give a bit of a full feeling but again, for those of us used to anal you would probably want to use something a touch bigger for that proper full feeling – but then that’s not what this is for… In terms of P-spot stimulation this is like nothing else I’ve tried (which so far has been dildos, plugs and er… real men with penises). Using it this way solo I’ve had some pretty intense experiences. Results can vary with this depending on patience and how strong your muscles are. Don’t expect immediate results with this method. For those who don’t have the patience to go for the hands free method (like me 90% of the time), this works well as what can only be described as a laser guided butt plug. All that’s needed to fill you with waves of please is some gentle wiggling of the handy tab on the end of the massager. The orgasms from this toy, using either method are mind-blowing. I do not say that lightly and I think it is a very over used term when it comes to sex toys but honestly it’s the only way I can describe them. There really is nothing like it. This was my first anal toy and I spent ages looking at reviews and models from Aneros, Lelo, and Rocks Off before making my mind up and choosing this one and I was really pleased I did. Now my collection has grown a bit I am always really pleased this one was my first. I went shopping with the mindset that whatever toy I bought I wanted it to feel substantial and this definitely fits the bill. This works well if you aren’t too into touching your bottom because this toy is so ergonomically shaped that it takes a slow push (and sometimes a pull out and push back in) with lube and you are away. Once it is inside it feels like it fits like a glove and I feel warm and complete inside. Because of its size it can be challenging to move with your muscles but after a few uses you build muscle (which can be useful for other activities) and you can go wild. I have the clear plastic model and it looks lovely in its well thought through packaging which you can store him in and it doesn’t say ‘this is a sex toy’ rather a sophisticated metro-sexual looking package for the modern man. The plastic is great for anyone who doesn’t like the feel of some silicons. I find that they start off slippy and then seem to drag a little which means that I tend to stop before the real fun starts. The plastic is also extremely hygienic and incredibly easy to wash. Full disclosure, this was my first foray into prostate toys. And I’ve not looked back. However I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners. My first impressions were that it is high quality, very smooth plastic with no visible seems but that it is quite large and intimidating for a newbie. This is my first prostate massager from Aneros and I think a decent start. The toy is made from a solid translucent smooth plastic and feels of high quality which helps out with cleaning afterwards. A good old classic; unfortunately, this means its design is outdated. One size fits all – not like some alternatives that are adjustable to hit the spot better. Harder to use than vibration alternatives. If you are used to BIG anal toys, you may struggle like me – toy is small and because I am stretched it’s hard to keep it on P spot without hand-adjusting all the time. We have had this toy for a while and use it fairly regularly. It is a good size which may take a little longer to insert for a beginner but is not too big or uncomfortable at all to insert or use. The size means it is easier to target the prostate for beginners and requires less effort to stimulate it (although some advanced people may find this less stimulating as it will move less when you use your kegels to massage the prostate).We’ve used this solo and together and gives high levels of stimulation and pleasure.
