Kept me cuffed up!
My friend purchased these for herself and her Mr, but he chose to not comply with them. So she passed them on to me… I am very pleased to say that she will not be getting them back! I have purchased handcuffs from many other retailers but they broke too easily. These are still intact and that pleases me greatly! They do get scratched quite easily, however this is not a big problem. Good strong handcuffs and I am very happy my friends Mr chose to not play along with her! Good find.

Fifty Shades of Fun
I was sent this product to test for Lovehoney. As usual with every item from the Fifty Shades range it comes in gorgeous packaging that immediately gives it a luxurious feel. Having not owned a pair of handcuffs before I must say I’m very impressed with the quality of the handcuffs themselves. They’re very sturdy and have the Fifty Shades logo and You.Are.Mine embossed onto the metal and there’s also a lovely grey satin bag for storage. There are two keys and also a lever at the side of each cuff for quick release. My other half and I had great fun trying these out. It certainly spiced up a cold rainy afternoon. They are extremely comfortable and fit really well, which is good because I have small wrists, and only leave a slight mark after being worn for a while, but it soon wears off and anyway that’s part of the fun. My partner also found them comfortable, although I can see us using them for practical jokes too. I would certainly recommend these to anyone just for the fun factor alone, and if someone’s a Fifty Shades fan it’s a lovely present, even for a novice handcuff user.

Hold Me Down
I received this product to review from Lovehoney and my initial impression was that it was a well packaged item. Very slick packaging and immediately identifiable as being associated with the Fifty Shades novels. On opening the package the handcuffs and the storage bag came out and once again the quality was obvious, I have had handcuffs from local shops that were not up to scratch (read: I broke them easily). These on the other hand seemed much more secure and sturdy. After both me and my wife having a go at being in control, with the other handcuffed firmly to the bed we agreed that both sides of the experience was very enjoyable, we have been disappointed by similar products on more than one occasion before, but these handcuffs literally held firm and we both experienced heightened arousal when using them

Sturdy handcuffs for a bit of fun
I got these handcuffs as I wanted something a bit more than the fluffy handcuffs I have. The build of these handcuffs are of good quality and I did not feel that these would break easily. As with most handcuffs now a days, you get a key but there is also a safety release. I am yet to use the keys as we tend to use the safety release, quick safe and no faff brilliant. The metal is cold when you touch it at first but hey it’s metal and its a bit of the thrill. You can tighten these are much as you like. My concern with these handcuffs was that they would feel uncomfortable so I was surprised that they weren’t at all. You also get a handy bag to put the handcuffs in for storage so they don’t get damaged. If your unsure I would say go for it, definitely worth a dabble

Good sturdy beginners cuffs
This product is highly recommended by me for beginners to handcuffs that want something sturdy but not too scary looking. I’ll begin with the packaging, the cuffs came in a lovely sleek black box matching the rest of the 50 shades collection. With signature tie and silver writing, this box does not scream handcuffs and if left out or in recycling is inconspicuous. The handcuffs were presented on a little plastic tray with keys attatched with easy to get off link. The handcuffs themselves can either be used with provided key that fits onto a convenient lock or using a quick release switch (which is good if you lose the keys) and they feel quite a bit heavier than usual handcuffs, which shows real quality. They are not flimsy and unlikely to bend and the cuff mechanism slides easily, The silver pouch they come supplied with for storage is convenient and holds more than just the cuffs themselves. When wearing, the cuffs do not nip like cheaper cuffs can and add a little touch of pain if placed on tightly, always a bonus for me! My other half was thrilled with these and the added ‘you are mine’ and 50 shades of grey logo engraved into the cuffs was a great touch of class! As always, speedy delivery by Lovehoney, dispatched Monday, arrived Wednesday by super saver delivery (I’m assuming, I was a sex toy tester for this product) Overall brilliant purchase would definitely recommend for a higher quality metal handcuff!

Great handcuffs but premium price
The first thing that surprised me about these handcuffs was the size of the box they arrived in: the reason is that they come in great gift box packaging, carrying the now-familiar silver tie of Mr Grey. If you’re hoping to entice someone in to the world of BDSM, these give a softly-softly appearance that naked cuffs might lack. Once out of the packaging these are classic, sturdy metal handcuffs. They are strong and heavy, with a wide hinge that will fit most wrists and squeeze down to all but the most petite. The cute keys are mostly decorative as there is a quick release switch on both cuffs that mean you don’t really need the key to open – and the more nimble and cunning slave might even be able to free themselves. Both cuffs are engraved with the Fifty Shades branding and a ‘You. Are. Mine.’ legend, and the branding also extends to the neat satin storage bag (this is a little disappointing, as it makes what could have been a subtle cover a little too obvious.) Already had a lot of fun with these with my partner: she loves the cool, restrictive touch of the metal, and I love that she’s (mostly) helpless. A great classic toy made that little bit more approachable.

Received these cuffs to try out,another 50 shades spin off.Don’t usually use bondage etc in our sexual regime but liked the sound of them so decided to give them a go on Saturday night. They are metal cuffs,come complete with a couple of keys but also have a quick release mechanism on each cuff.They are separated by a chain which is around 3″ long so she/he won’t slip out of them easily(!) They do look quite attractive,not cheap and tacky.There is also a 50 shades drawstring satin bag to keep them in.This also helps keep them away from any prying eyes!

Great fun, loved them
Recieved these as a tester product and as we had never really tried bondage before thought we’d give them ago. Firstly the the packing is very discrete and they come with a nice little bag to store them in to keep away from prying eyes. The cuffs themselves are very sturdy and of good quality you don’t feel like your going break them if you get carried away 😉. They come with two keys but also have a quick release lever if needed for a quick get away. Now having tried these with my OH we are both converted to a bit of light bondage so will be looking to aadd further restraints in future thanks to these.

Having had an interest in light bondage for some time, I pondered the various restraints available. I really wanted some handcuffs, but something a little more ‘hardcore’ than the fluffy-lined items seen around. For those who’ve searched this site, you’ll know there are a number of bare metal cuffs available, but the 50 Shades ones caught my eye. I’m no fan of the series, they attracted me above the others purely because of the ‘You. Are. Mine.’ inscription on them, which also illicited a wicked grin from my gf, who’ll be using these on me gleefully, before having her wicked way with me! These were in fact my second pair of 50 Shades cuffs; the first pair I received had a small manufacturing fault. My deepest gratitude to Anastasia @LH, who dealt with sorting a replacement in super-quick time and scarcely 2 1/2 days after I received the first pair, my second pair was in my possession. Anastasia, you’re a star! And how delighted I was to receive them; after removing them from LH’s usual discreet, quality packaging, I marvelled at the box, glossy black, simple yet sophisticated, I couldn’t wait to get inside. Once freed from its packaging, my eyes widened and the wickedest of wicked grins crept across my face. They are AMAZING!! A shudder ran through me as I turned the ice-cold metal in my hands, the solid-sounding clink and clank as I did so, speaking of quality and substance. And the weight of them! These are heavy handcuffs – far heavier than expected – and the thought that no amount of squirming and writhing is going to separate these babies from each other certainly got my pulse racing; my headboard will probably give out first! I tried them on, regretting my lady-love’s/mistress’s absence. Even though I have quite thick wrists, they went around them effortlessly and I gasped as they made a very reassuring ‘click…click…click’ as I locked them in, deliberately slowly. The cold steel felt amazing, as they snugly gripped my wrists and a few testing tugs confirmed my suspicion that there is no escape from these, although the safety release can get you out in a hurry. Not that I’d ever want to. The enclosed satin bag will keep them safe and free of dust while not in use and therein lies my only quibble; I know they’re a piece of related merchandise, but does the bag have to have 50 SHADES OF GREY printed in such enormous letters? I don’t mind the logo, but since everything else has been designed with discretion in mind, the massive moniker seems somewhat contradictory. My gf wants to be sure I’ll never escape her, but that’ll never happen; firstly because I love her intensely, but secondly, why would I, when these – combined with whatever my gf has in store for me while wearing them – feels so damn exquisite?! These. Are. Mine. Buy some of your own; I promise you won’t regret it!

I was actually gifted these by no other than my mother! Who is a fifty shades freak and thought it would be funny to send them for my birthday. Obviously not knowing I’m a kinkster. Haha. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled on soft leather and plush hand restraints because these things hurt my wrists! I couldn’t bare to keep them on during the first session trying them. I ended up having red marks on my wrists the next day which raised some eyebrows. After about a month we tried them again in a different position and they still hurt my wrists. Besides the pain they caused me they seem like really good handcuffs. Very durable and light weight. I love the ‘you are mine’ engraving on them. Being a sub that made my heart spin.

Great quality
i’ve never owned a set of handcuffs so i was very excited to receive these. They are great quality, sturdy with some weight to them and won’t break easily. Comes with the usual silver satin bag to keep them in which i love about the fifty shades line. They come with two small keys which could be a little fiddly but the handcuffs come with a safety quick release leaver which comes in handy. They are proper metal handcuffs so they can be a little uncomfortable, so we make sure they’re not too tight, it certainly makes you keep still as you can’t pull and tug too much, which just heightens the experience. however the one and only issue i have is that the chain in-between is slightly too short and needs to be one or two links longer, it’s difficult or impossible to tie someone up to something, for example the bed. i had to keep my hands above my head instead of being locked up to the bed which was a little disappointing. joined with a blindfold or alone these are good fun! These are great even for beginners who are comfortable and confident in the bedroom.

My OH and I have used these several times and for the money, they’re fantastic. Really strong, don’t feel like they’re going to break but easy enough to release by yourself if you need to or god forbid lose the key! 😉 Adjustable for various wrist sizes, with a little bit of an ouch factor due to the metal, but that just adds to the fun! Maybe a little cheaper looking than I’d imagined if I’m being brutally honest. One side doesn’t want to ‘lock’ properly and needs a bit of coaxing. I would have sent them back but for the fact that my boyfriend was desperate to use them! The safety catch is a nice feature – no one wants to have to call 999 right?! Pretty standard cuff set – very strong and easy to access quick release trigger. Perfect for restraint play. We used them and they were easier on the wrists than the tape we had been going with. The space between your hands means there’s no aching wrists the next day from where they’ve been tied closely together. The little bag isn’t that discreet though since it has FIFTY SHADES OF GREY written across it! Did the job. We’ll use them again until we get fed up of the mechanism catching…!

I got the Fifty Shades of Grey you are mine metal handcuffs as a free gift for the offer Lovehoney had on that week. The handcuffs arrived quickly as all lovehoney orders do in a large brown sealed discreet box. The handcuffs comes in a Fifty Shades of Grey branded box which is black and grey coloured box, and the words your are mine on. which does look very smart and makes you think this looks like a quality set of handcuffs. On opening the box the handcuffs sat there in a black plastic packaging with a clear lid. First sight of the handcuffs they are a silver colour and they look perfect sat there. As we have only owned cheap novelty handcuffs in the past these look a massive step up in quality. By the keyhole fifty shades of grey is etched on there and round the cuffs there is the words etched in to them your are mine. Which does add a sexiness factor to them. On first holding the handcuffs they feel very strong and heavy. I did have a pull at the cuffs and you could feel the strength in the cuffs. The cuffs have two keys for undoing them when worn. There is a switch on the side of the cuffs if you want a quick realise out of them. On the underside of the handcuffs packaging. There is a set of instructions, and a lovely grey drawstring satin storage bag for the handcuffs to be safely stored in, and has the Fifty Shades logo on it. So when we first come to use the handcuffs. I set the scene by us being in our dom/sub roles. My wife got changed into her spanking dress and I blindfolded my wife. I got her to put hands behind her back and put the cuffs on to her. I did feel like I was arresting her. Which was quite exciting. I did them up and they do up nice and tight round her wrists. Which is great for restraining play. So I could tease and spank my wife while she was fully restrained in the cuffs. Once we have removed the cuffs they do leave a mark around her wrist. They have disappeared by the next morning but it is good leaving a mark to be reminded she has been restrained. There is plenty of range in the cuffs depending on what size wrists you have they should fit everyone. We have found with having the handcuffs it has given us an extra dimension in the bedroom when it comes to bondage play. The FSOG cuffs are another excellent product in the range. They are excellent value at £14.99. Even though we didn’t pay for them. With how they are a strong quality set of handcuffs they could easily be worth more than the price they are. If your just a beginner in bondage or an expert you really can’t go far wrong with these cuffs.

Even though these handcuffs are at the reasonable price of £14.99, they are excellent value for money and I was not disappointed! Good solid buy
I used these handcuffs on my partner almost as soon as i received them. They are strong and sturdy enough to make you feel powerless and completely restrained, perfect for bondage or roleplay. However they are safe enough that even if you lose the keys they restrained individual can press the release lever if they so wish. I would say they are a touch on the expensive side and it will be interesting to see how long they last.

Another great addition to our 50 Shades of Grey collection. The You Are Mine cuffs come with a set of keys to unlock them however they are easy to remove manually with a quick safety release. The engraved letters are very seductive on the metal, they stand out yet don’t look tacky. These cuffs are ideal for anyone curious about bedroom bondage. These cuffs are great for both beginners and more experienced couples as they are very basic and comfortable to wear. If you don’t like black leather these cuffs will do the job. The metal is quite weighty so take care when using them. While being restrained by the cuffs they feel comfortable and don’t irritate the skin on my wife’s wrists but they are suitable for both gender. Excellent Quality Handcuffs
The first thing I must mention is the lovely packaging. The handcuffs arrive in a very sophisticated looking black box with silver writing on the front and the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ logo. Inside the box the cuffs are laying in a plastic tray, and come with a silver storage bag and instruction booklet. This would make a very lovely gift, especially to fans of the books. These are very good quality handcuffs. They have a good weight to them, and feel very sturdy and durable. They would make an excellent addition to an interrogation or policeman/woman type roleplay. The cuffs come with 2 small keys, but the cuffs also have a safety release lever so you can be released instantly. The sizing is great, as they are fully adjustable. I will say that due to being metal, they can dig into your wrists and cause marks after a long period of wear, so please bear this in mind. I would highly recommend these handcuffs. They are really great value and excellent quality. These handcuffs also come with a silver satin storage bag, which is a lovely bonus and just adds to the luxury feel of this item.

Loving These Cuffs
These cuffs are now in my go-to box. They come in the standard classy 50 Shades packaging, which includes a lovely silver satin storage bag for protection and discretion. This particular set of cuffs has a lovely weight to them – not at all heavy, but also not flimsy. You know they’d hold you well if they had to, without breaking or bending out of shape. They’re decent quality and fairly comfy – no welts left on the wrist – and come with 2 little keys which is a nice touch, though they also have the quick-release lever to ensure you’re never left chained to the bed… The only negative I can write about these (and it’s purely personal preference) is the 50 Shades brand stamped into the metal. I tend to prefer a more discreet, unbranded look to the accessories I’ll use with a partner… for some reason the branding makes it feel more ‘cheap’ to me. Got to say though – I love the ‘You. Are. Mine.’ which is stamped into the arch. But brand aside, I’m certainly a fan of these and would recommend.

As far as metal handcuffs go, they're okay
got these handcuffs along with some other of the fifty shades of grey products at the time… i was sceptical about how comfy they would be but actually, when you have them on, you barley notice them! theyre a good weight and very durable 😉 the only problem i had was on one side of them, when you went to close or open it, it was slightly stiff but didnt affect the use. i would definitely buy these again over fabric/velcro handcuffs!

First of all I must say these handcuffs come in lovely packing with a little silver pouch to store them away in. These would make a great gift the way they are packaged. Amazing restraint
I bought these as a surprise for my other half after watching Fifty Shades Freed. We have a couple of shelves in the bedroom above the bed which we tie each other to using the handcuffs. Fun but flimsy key
Now you must understand that by all means, I would never refuse to be handcuffed to a bed and pounced on! These cuffs though were a bit substandard. A very flimsy key which felt like it was going to break (2 keys provided) and my fella could barely get into the cuffs with his wide wrists.Having said that, I enjoyed using them and I could not undo them, the cuffs themselves felt very strong.

Bought these as the plain ones weren’t available and honestly the only thing we don’t really like is the cheesy wording etched into the metal.We wanted some restraints that felt a little more serious as have previously only owned softer, velcro based restraints and were not disappointed here. Great for us as relative beginners as they still feel light and basic enough that we are not going to screw anything up and the quick release is great when you don’t want to be fumbling around for small keys.They add a great dynamic to our play and would be great for role playing together. I particularly enjoyed cuffing my partners hands behind her back in doggy position and she loved having her hands cuffed over her head to the bed’s headboard.Loved these and look forward to many more times with them as the feel nice and durable and don’t seem to break easily even with a good bit of tugging. My husband surprised me with a set of these cuffs. They were our go to toy almost every time we had sex. Unfortunately we lost the keys, and these cuffs you can not break our of. Great, but pointless keys
Loved the cuffs except that you couldn’t actually lock your partner with them. The releasing mechanism couldn’t be disengaged by the keys, thus the keys are kinda just for show/play. Takes away from the control dynamic we were hoping for when you can just press the release to get out yourself.
