Cute Little Massage Candle
I was lucky enough to be asked to test this product in return for an honest review, thanks Lovehoney! This little Lovehoney massage candle is superb quality and contains no nasty chemicals. It is also Paraben and Phalate free and contains all natural ingredients, and so ticks all my boxes. This candle is described as cherry fragrance, and it actually smells like Disaronno Amaretto liquer, (similar to marzipan). I was pleasantly surprised by the scent, it isn’t overpowering at all – making my whole bedroom smell wonderful. This candle is also lickable, for extra bedroom fun! The candle smells stronger than it tastes, which is very subtle but very nice. The tins may seem quite small (holding 60 grams each) but the candle lasted ages – I have had at least 2 massages from this candle so far, and will probably get a third one too. After lighting the candle, wait around 10 minutes to let the wax melt out to the edges. Whilst you are waiting for the oil to melt you can enjoy the lovely aroma in the room, which will make you feel really in the mood for a lovely relaxing massage. When the oil has melted you just blow out the wick, and pour the oil onto your partner’s body either direct from the tin or onto your hand first. The oil itself is really moisturising and a gorgeous texture. A little goes a long way, and it leaves your skin feeling so soft and smooth . You could also leave it on your skin as a body moisturiser afterwards as it feels so silky and nourishing I didn’t feel the need to wash it off. Overall this is a really lovely little candle and great value for money. It feels very luxurious on your skin and would make a wonderful gift.

Lovely scent,no taste.
This candle looks so cute,packaged in a little tin in LH style.The packaging is practical,too,because it keeps the candle fresh. The candle has many natural ingredients(great for the skin!).It is also free from parabens and phthilates and suitable for vegans,so it gets more points for this. Once you open the tin,the cherry scent is overwhelming.It is more of a cherry bakewell scent,rather than freshly picked cherries.Makes me want to lick it right away. Once it’s been lit,you can use the oil in about 15 minutes.It is very smooth and makes the skin silky soft.I really didn’t expect it to be that good! A little goes a long way,so you can get about 3 full body massages just from this little candle.This is really amazing,as I firstly thought it wouldn’t even be enough for one. Unfortunately,it has no taste.That really disappointed me,because I really wanted it to be sweet.It would have been a perfect addition to the rich,yummy smell. All in all,it is a great candle,definitely worth a try and a perfect little addition to a romantic night.But not perfect,because it had no taste.

Smells divine
My first thought when I got this candle was wow it smells just like cherry bakewell. When I lit the candle the smell continued to remind me of cherry bakewell although my hubby said the smell reminded him of cola bottles. I’ve never used a massage candle before and was a little apprehensive of how hot the oil would be on my skin but when it was poured on my skin it was lovely and warm. The candle comes in a cute little tin with some instructions printed on the bottom but you may need to wear your glasses to read it! The candle is very discreet and won’t look out of place on your sideboard burning away. The oil was quite thick and easily massaged into the skin leaving my skin feeling soft and smooth. This is candle is great for adding a little something extra to a massage and is the perfect size to pop in your overnight bag for a night away.

Love the smell
This candle is a real treat. It comes in a compact size that is not too small and seems like it would be great to take on the go. I bet you could get quite a few massages out of it too. I lit the candle and let it burn while we got warmed up in other ways. The smell is sweet like cherry candy but not too strong. My partner loved it. Once it had melted quite a bit I blew out the flame and poured if first into my hand above my lover’s chest. Then I let it drip on to him. I think we were both anticipating the wax would be hotter than it actually was. After the initial shock of feeling it on his skin my partner relaxed as I rubbed the thick oil into his chest. Although it felt a bit waxy at first as I massaged him the oil melted right into his skin. He said that there was no waxy feeling or build up after I massaged the oil in, and he didn’t feel the need to wash or shower after, just let it soak in and moisturize. The cherry scent is really sweet and lovely. I left the candle uncovered near my bed and every once in awhile I get a whiff of the cherry candy smell. I absolutely love these small candle tins for travel too. They can be used for massage or just burned as a candle to illuminate and scent the room. I can’t wait to try the other scents too.

Cherry good candle
This little gem is scrumdiddilly and is perfect for sensual (and very tasty) massages. It was a little smaller than I expected it to be. However, a little wax goes a long way. Since receiving this product I have actually used it most days with my OH. We both have desk based jobs which equals a bad back unfortunately and this adds a little luxe to an end of the day back rub. Just because it is flavoured, don’t expect it to smell strong. I lit this candle and actually forgot about it –whoops, then came back up to the bedroom after making dinner and the room didn’t smell of cherries. I wasn’t bothered about this and I was actually impressed that there was still some of the candle left considering its pocket size and how long I was gone for. Don’t worry, my OH is now in charge of matches and this hasn’t happened since. The actual flavour is good. It wasn’t so sweet it was sickly, but in saying that it wasn’t so good I wanted to consume the whole thing immediately. I love a cherry bakewell and this isn’t a replacement just yet… You can pour the wax directly on to skin without allowing it to cool. It burns at a lower temperature which means it is warm rather than piping hot. So if you’re looking for a relaxing massage this is for you, if you’re looking for kinky wax play maybe not so much and look up the bondage boutique candles. The little lid makes it perfect to pop in your bag for a naughty weekend away. The little lid makes it very travel friendly which is a plus for my OH and I who love a naughty weekend away. I would love to see these in chocolate orange or chocolate and mint like the Lovehoney flavored lubricants too!

Exactly what it says on the tin
This thing smells great, it really does smell like real cherries. The small is far for overpowering but is far stronger than the taste which is very mild. Lighting the wick is very easy and the case doesn’t get very hot at all meaning it is very easy and safe to use in the home. You have to wait a little while (~10 minutes) before there is enough oil to perform a massage but that just means there is more time to set the scene and relax your partner. The oil itself is quite thick and I was a little worried that it hadn’t melted enough but with the additional body heat from my partner this was not a concern my hands glided very easily and didn’t leave any residue or unmelted wax anywhere. Using it couldn’t be easier! Unless you are having it used on you, great little tin

Smells good and massages well
This product had to be one of the best scented candles we have ever smelt. From the moment we lifted the lid the scent was incredible and it got better when we lit it. Once the wax had melted the heat from it as it was poured and the sensation of the massage topped any massage oils or gels that we had used in the past and it goes without saying that several of these will be on our next order.

Smells good enough to eat
I am a self-confessed candle addict and product! I purchased this cherry massage candle in the lovehoney 3 for £10 sale, so it was an utter bargain. The Cherry Massage Candle has an RRP of £4.99 GBP, which is a fair price but I do wish the tins were bigger, I’d be a much happier bunny if it came in a 100g tin. Massage candles are an erotic way to bring foreplay into a whole different dimension. With the scents of the candle filling the bedroom, the hot wax dripping onto your skin and then your partner rubbing the warm juices into your relaxed body, it really does elevate your experience to a heavenly state of mind. To use: Light the candle, allow it time to burn and the wax to melt into a liquid. Before pouring onto the skin, blow the candle flame out and then slowly drip over your willing participant’s selected body parts. If you have never used a massage candle before, I would suggest to start dripping the hot wax, from approx. 60cm’s above the skin. The higher you drip from, the lower temperature the wax will be, when it hits the skin. For a more intense sensation, drip the wax from a mere inch away from the skin. All in all, this is the perfect size to slip in an over night bag/hand bag or just simply to have on your bedside table. It smells good enough to eat and tastes it too!

Firstly, opening the lid fills the airspace with a delightful cherry burst! Smells like cherry bakewells and makes my mouth water!! I couldn’t wait to use this bad boy! I was a bit scared to use this product because I’d never used a product like this, after letting it burn for 15 mins and then cool down a bit, from a small distance my partner dripped the oil onto my skin it was a perfect warmth – tantalizing. In relation to the product being ‘lickable’ I would have thought it would have a strong cherry flavor (to match the beautiful smell) but it didn’t really taste of anything. The oil is silky, warm, great smelling, not sticky on the skin! hooray! I would highly recommend this great value pot of massage oil – to anyone! It is simply beautiful and well worth the 3 for £10 deal! It was also a lot smaller than I anticipated but to be honest, it doesn’t need to be very big as the oil it produces goes a very long way – again lovely texture not sticky but doesn’t taste of anything. Notes below about the box and 3 for 10 deal… 3 for £10 deal – Firstly after inspecting my products (although all a lot smaller than I first thought) the quality and feel of all of them makes them worth more than 3 for £10 in my eyes so top points to love honey as you’ve made a firm customer out of me! Also I noticed the receipt said returns for up to a year! No need to pay return fees AND they offer exchange OR refund! Again top points LH!! Box: Very discreet – No sign of what it could be at all only linkage to the company is the reference on the label which says LH (just the letters’) trading – which is very discreet if you ask me!

Cherry fantastic!
I bought this as part of a cheeky gift, and I am not disappointed!! First off the smell is lovely, not too over powering and reminds me of cherry bakewell cakes … Awsome!! When the candle is burning it fills the room with it’s scent, which lasts well. The candle only burned for 10-15 minutes to get more than enough for a back massage. It goes on silky smooth and doesn’t go clumpy when it’s poured out the body heat keeps it melted. It made my skin feel lovely, and I have sensitive skin … Which this gave no reactions. I’m off to buy the other scents!!

Lickable massage candle cherry
I love candles so this definitely had to be tried. The thought of pouring melting hot wax onto your skin was very strange but soon an experience I loved. The aroma of the candle is strong and intense and the warm oil very relaxing and soothing. The oil doesn’t leave a greasy residue and soaks into my skin beautifully leaving the strong scent behind for hours.

Too hot to handle
Everything was going so well. The smell exuded from the candle put both me and my partner in an erotic mood and i playfully tried to pour some of the melted wax over my partners breasts, she enjoyed and since the product was especially marketed as lickable I decided to give it a taste, much to my partners enjoyment. However I felt a slight burning on my lips, but I quickly lost mysef from the sensation. Something I would come to regret. When the wax later came into contact with my more sensitive areas a burning sensation started, like a small bush fire at first but it quickly gained intensity until it felt like my nether regions were being consumed in the savage fury of a forest fire, this most lamentatious of natural disasters which sends creatures both great and small fleeing in terror from its indiscriminate flames. To the manufacturers defence it does say on the tin to discontinue use if irritation occurs. I can only ask anyone reading this to heed that warning.

We both loved it
For the size tin that we received i thought it was a bit of a rip off. But it was bought for valentines day this year so i thought we might aswell give it a try. It was lit before we engaged into anything but after 25 minuites it still wasnt melted enough to use. Apart from this slight hold up the product overall was great. The taste of it isnt as sickly as you may think although with it being an oil based product consume wisely. I used this with the lovehoney massage rocks to give my partner a massage and found they worked really well together, she loved it! As for the size of it we have used it 5 or 6 times since the initial purchase and we have only used about half so it does go a long way.

First time we have used massage candle, what a surprise ! The oil was well scented and very slippery, we used with love hunny massager and they complimented each other perfectly. A very generous member of the Lovehoney community sent me this Lovehoney Cherry Flavour Lickable Massage Candle, and I can’t thank them enough! My partner and I love exchanging saucy massages as part of our foreplay (or after a hard day’s work!). So far, we’ve found this candle to be just what we were after to heighten the experience, and to make our massages even more sensual. Upon first impressions, the tin looks very sweet. It has a nice simplistic label to match the rest of the Lovehoney ‘Cherry Flavour’ range (i.e. oils, lube). It’s not as big as I thought it would be, but that’s not much of an issue as we’ve yet to exhaust all of the wax after several uses! As soon as you remove the lid, you’ll be hit with that divine cherry scent. It smells a lot like fresh Bakewell tarts, so prepare to feel ravenous in more ways than one! This beautiful scent fills the room once the candle is lit, and creates a delightful sensual atmosphere. The candle takes around 10-15 minutes to produce a decent amount of oil, in which time you could warm your partner up with a feather tickler, or some long passionate kisses to stimulate their senses. Once enough oil has pooled in the candle, simply blow it out and gently drip on to your lovers skin from their desired height. The nearer the candle the hotter the oil will be, so it’s important to begin from a height of around 30cm and work from there. The sensation of the hot oil dripping on to the body is truly tantalising, and adds another level to massage foreplay. I was apprehensive that it might burn us, but this isn’t the case at all. The warm, silky oil glides across the skin effortlessly, and we’ve found that it spreads a lot further than regular massage oil, so you don’t need to use as much. The heat is great for relieving tired muscles as well! Afterwards you’ll be left with satiny smooth skin, which smells gorgeous. Luckily this massage oil is edible, so you would be forgiven for wanting to devour your partners cherrylicious body, and you absolutely can! Unfortunately this oil doesn’t have much of a taste, which is disappointing as the smell is so enticing. Overall, this is one of the best massage products we’ve tried. As someone who loves scented candles and massage oils, this candle really is the best of both worlds! Both my partner and I have enjoyed some sensational massages using this product, so we would recommend it to anyone.

Great smell
Me and my OH liked the smell of these candles very much as you can smell them strongly as soon as they are lit, they are only small but they last a long time which is a plus. I wasn’t a huge fan of actually using the candles for massaging as I despite enjoying the sensation of dripping the wax on, I didn’t like the texture the oil left in the skin.

Cherry Bakewell in candle form and it feels great too
I bought this Cherry Lickable Massage Candle along with the Strawberry one, both smell divine once lit and the scent radiates off a warm body during massage, filling the whole room with delicious sweetness. The candle takes about 3 minutes to burn enough to produce a good amount of oil and when poured onto skin it feels so warming and lovely! Me and my partner used the candles for front and back massages and the great sweet (but not sickening) flavour makes it oh so tempting! Can be used as a normal massage oil for great sensual nights or as an intimate component to any foreplay. Although I was surprised at the small size, the oil goes very far and I expect this candle would still be going strong after 20 massages!

Upon opening the small tin please restrain yourself as this is no cake! The smell of cherry bakwell cake will waft around room even when not lit but not enough to suffocate you. Remember Its lickaeble (plain tasting dont recommend) does not mean you eat it! When lit i do recommend pouring straight on . Yep you read me pour it on!! Its does not burn which at first few drops may shock you by the warmth(hint warmth not burn) it just feels like warm baby oil. so Spread away as little goes along way while leaving the skin feeling moisterised and non tacky.this sickly sweet smelling candle is better then perfume as left on over night you still smell great

This massage candle is fantasic and the smell makes you want to lick it regardless, when I got it I used it on the first night, just the lying there kissing with the candle lite beside us was a perfect turn on. by the time it is ready to be poured over me the smell in the room was already incredable. as soon as the candle hits the body you get a warm running sensation down you that leaves you wanting more, when my partner was massaging the oil in it is soo smooth enhancing the massage to the max. Lovely aroma and a sexy atmosphere
It’s easy to use and such a simple something to make it all feel that little bit sexier. My partner loves the feeling of it! I use it mainly on his back area. All you do is light it (as you would with a normal candle) and watch the wax melt. Once you’ve melted what you want, blow the candle out and I always wait about 15 seconds before putting it onto skin. I hold it at a little height then drip it over my partners back and while it’s still warm, I massage it in. I don’t feel like the fluidity lasts at long as I hoped for. Also, I’m not a fan of licking it; doesn’t taste all that great (but it’s nothing disgusting!). It’s a nice way to give a massage and my partner loves me rubbing all that warmth over his back… You can still be a manly-man and love it 😉

We had head of lickable massage oils and massage candles, but when we found out there was a lickable massage candle, we were really excited to give it a go! When the candle first arrived, we thought it looked pretty small and would run out after a few uses. We were so very wrong about that! We have used it at least 5 times and it isn’t even half gone. On first opening the lid, you are hit with a sweet, cherry bakewell smell, like opening a packet of someone’s exceedingly good cakes! The wax is white, and has a nice matte finish to it. The best way to use this candle is to put it on to burn about 5 minutes or so before you want to use the wax. It is much quicker at melting than other brands we have tried since which is a real bonus. When melted, there is a pool of silky, clear wax just waiting to be used. By this time, the room is full of the smell of cherry bakewells. I keep on saying bakewells as there’s the added marzipan smell, rather than it just being a sweet cherry on its own. As soon as I could, I poured some of the wax on to my OH’s back. It’s not overly hot as these candles are made to have a low melting point, but it certainly gives a pleasant shock if it’s not expected. We found that you really don’t need much of the wax at all. Two teaspoons will cover a back for a good 10 minutes of massage. After I had poured it on and evenly spread it around, I climbed on and started massaging. The melted, oily wax felt great as I rubbed it in and it gave a smooth glide. The warmth of it also gave an extra level of relaxation. I loved the fact that as I was straddling the small of her back, I could bend down and kiss her neck at the same time, without having to worry about ingesting an inedible massage oil. The wax tasted pleasant, but not amazing. It was almost like a burnt bakewell. She responded so well to the added kisses and closeness, and it was a great start to sensual foreplay. On a more practical note – after you pour the wax onto your partner’s back, there will be some drips of wax down the side of the tin. If you place it onto the bedside table and see wax there in the morning, then don’t panic! It’s the easiest wax we’ve ever had to get off. It came off easier than any other wax. There are two ways to get round this either way, You can either get some kitchen roll ready to put it down onto, or use a spoon to administer the wax. Most other brands come with one, so it’s a shame this one doesn’t as it would have completed the product. Either way, we couldn’t really fault this candle. Yes, it could have tasted a little better and there could have been a spoon, but the product itself is still great and gets loads of use. We would recommend it for literally anyone who enjoys slowing things down and enjoying a close, sensual massage.

Smelt like basic cherry candles
First thing I noticed is how cute this little tin is, and it arrived fast and discrete as always thank you love honey. I wasn’t sure how much candle to actually expect for 60g but it is a decent size for the price and one thing I love is instantly as soon as you open the tin you get hit with am aroma of cherry. The smell itself I wouldn’t say is like fresh fruit cherries neither is it like sweet cherry it’s more of a typical candle cherry smell if you are like me and you buy many varieties of candles for around the house. This is nice as it has encouraged so many more massages which I’m ever so pleased about and when the candle is ready to pour the oil onto your skin it is not too hot and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable, so it is an absolutely lovely way to massage somebody. I do think I prefer the strawberry candle to the Cherry but everyone has their preferences and I think it’s only because I find strawberry sent more romantic. Taste wise i would never attempt to eat much at all but he licked my skin afterwards and he said it was not tasteful neither distasteful so that has to be a positive because if it was vile it wouldn’t be as enjoyable.

Although it says cherry, this candle actually smells a lot more like cherry bakewells than the actual fruit. However, I only think that’s a good thing. It smelt delicious! The wax is nice and warm poured on after waiting only a short time after we blew the flame out. If you like it hot, then just pour straight away! The wax rubs in well. I recommend spreading it about initially before getting into to massage or it might solidify a little, but if spread straight away then there’s no problem. It gives you a lovely sensuous massage with a great smell, and initially you might feel a little waxy but your skin will absorb it with no need to wash it off, and then it will leave you feeling hydrated and smooth.

Deliciously Cherry
A fantastic candle that smells strongly and sweetly when burning. When melted the oil is a great temperature for a warm relaxing massage and spreads really well over the skin. The cherry taste from the oil makes it great for places other than just the back too. However it seems to cool down very quickly and start to solidify slightly on the skin. This can mean that a relaxing and sensual massage can be very stop start for all involved. On the whole I do definitely recommend the product to anyone thinking of buying.

Nice candle but leaves waxy residue on skin
I got a set of three of these candles in strawberry, cherry and vanilla for me and the SO to try out together. First off, to give you an idea of the size, they’re about as wide as a standard tealight but are much deeper so are probably about twice the size. The little tins they’re in are really nice and make transporting/storing them way easier than if they were open. Once you’ve lit them, the smell is really good, fairly strong and very cherry. Well, more like cherry flavouring but still really nice. When actually pouring the melted wax/oil on someone, it’s not going to be hot enough to burn but certainly enough to shock your senses! Once on, the oil is really nice. You don’t need much to cover the whole of someone’s back, and it feels really nice for both parties whilst massaging. However, you’ll be left with a waxy feel to your skin afterwards. It sinks into your skin a certain amount, but it still feels like it’s there – I didn’t mind it at all but my SO wanted to wash it off pretty quickly. As for the lickable bit, I tried this and wasn’t impressed. They don’t taste anywhere near as good as they smell. They might be safe to ingest, but the waxy texture spoils any enjoyment you could get from it.

I picked this up in the 3 for £10 deal so it was great value and meant that I could finish trying out all of the different flavours of Lovehoney lickable massage candles. For anyone who hasn’t tried any of these lovely little candles, they’re contained in a good-sized tin that will allow them to be used a decent number of times so they’re really good value for money. In my totally subjective opinion after trying all the different scents, cherry is my middle option – not quite as deliciously scented as vanilla, but with a lot more subtlety and refinement than the strawberry which can get a bit overpowering. They smell great when they’re burning, and you do get some scent from them even when they’re not lit but the lid does help to contain this. Just don’t make the mistake of storing these candles with your sexy lingerie unless you want to smell like bakewell tarts forever though! It’s also worth being very careful with the massage-oil wax around clothes because it does stain. My partner and I found out the hard way that it’s best not to press up against one another if one of you is wearing clothing and the other has just had the wax massaged into their skin. Eeep! The wax burns relatively quickly so you don’t need to wait too long before you can start pouring it, and the sensual aroma from the burning candle helps build the anticipation. The scent and candlelight are so erotic you’ll probably end up forgetting that you’re even waiting for the wax to melt. The texture of the wax is thin when poured, like a massage oil. It rubs in nicely and leaves the skin feeling soft and nourished. The wax of these candles is ‘lickable’, which I think sums it up really well – if you lose yourself in the moment and lick your partner’s skin after pouring the wax on them, it’s slightly flavoured so that it’s not unpleasant, but you wouldn’t want to eat it. They’re great for foreplay and the wax really does feel amazing. It’s something that I didn’t really know that I liked, but the wax reaches just the right temperature to be intensely exciting without being at all painful. It’s a really intimate activity to be blind-folded and have your partner pour this wax onto your body when you’re not expecting it because it builds a lot of trust and feels utterly divine. I would recommend these Lovehoney candles to anyone as they’re so much fun for such a good price. It’s an easy way of adding in something a bit different to your love-life that you might not have otherwise thought about. The packaging is very nice and firm, it looked like a very good quality product. The candle smelled amazing and I was very excited to use it! The wax play was a great sensation in its own, but the candle clogged up very quickly, with the wax covering the lent. It was also very difficult to drip, with the case being just round, with no tip. Smell and feel amazing
My husband bought this for me after I expressed an interest in using candles during sex. These massage candles are amazing! They melt fairly quickly when lit, and smell absolutely great. In short, this is the worst thing we’ve bought from Lovehoney. Full embarrassing story below… Imagine how my husband sets the scene. Soft lighting, fire crackling in the grate, soft blankets on the floor, sultry music and a glass of wine. Not sure whether to tie me up and have his way with me or go for something romantic, he reaches for this candle which has been burning in readiness. He gently drips it onto my skin. Herein, the drama unfolds. He massages a thin layer onto me. His grin quickly turns into a grimace as he realises he has stuck his hands to my torso. The wax has a similar consistency to pritt stick. We try and warm it up but this makes it worse. There’s no choice but to break the moment and head to the shower. Fortunately his experience in the nuclear industry comes into its own as he deftly prevents spread to unaffected areas. It takes three rounds with Fairy liquid to break the damn stuff down enough to remove it with liberal scrubbing using a flannel. Truth be told, the washing up liquid smelt better than the ill-fated candle itself. Unless you want to truly bond with your partner avoid, avoid, avoid.

The Cherry Lickable Candle arrived very speedily and my partner and i were looking forward to trying it out. The massage candle had some good reviews so we were expecting good things from this small delight. Sadly it didnt really live up to expectations. Difficult Candle
I think the candle smells amazing and taste great. However it has a fundamental issue, when it is lit after a certain point the wax starts the clump and stops turning into an oil. It is hard to get the wax around the edges as it burns straight down and becomes a massive effort to try and get it to burn properly which isn’t helpful during sexy time.

Overpowering Smell
Snagged this on sale for a couple bucks. The smell of the candle was overpowering. It literally smelled like Yankee Candle made a Rita’s Cherry Water Ice candle. Really artificial smelling. We were hoping for more of a natural scent. Eventually, we had to blow it out as the smell kept getting stronger and started bothering us. On the upside, the oil itself felt very smooth and almost velvety. It was a shame we didn’t like the scent because the feel of it was amazing. We plan to search for a more natural smelling alternative. If you like very strong Yankee smelling candles, you might really enjoy this though. It just wasn’t for us.

I really really really like this product, I do wish it was slightly bigger but it is a great product. Brilliant candles, lovely smell
So me and my wife haven’t tried candles but I have always wanted to. I have always suffered with hip pains too so we wanted something that could be used to massage too, so we thought this was a perfect thing to try. Its a very small candle but you don’t need very much wax to massage an entire back and hips. So we both tried the wax. We were both expecting the wax to be hot, like hotter than it was. You need to leave it to burn for a few minutes so there’s a small puddle under the wick. Then you have to blow out the candle and proceed to pour the warm wax onto your partners body. It felt so good especially the texture of the wax when my wife rubbed it into me. So basically this is a very good buy. We are so happy we bought them. Should be in your bedroom sex drawer.

I have bought this Cherry massage candle a few times now, i have stocked up again whilst it is in the sale 😁 along with other cherry products, it smells divine! Not to over powering though. My husband loves to pour this over me,especially over my breasts, it doesn’t feel waxy at all,which i have had in the past with other products, it soaks in pretty quickly, and a little can go a long way, it’s not a harsh heat when poured, just the right temperature, enough to have a mixture of pleasure & pain rolled into one. The following day my skin feels so soft it’s un real! Better than some moisturisers I’ve used! It does come with it’s own lid for when it’s not in use,which is ideal as then it doesn’t end up covered in dust or fluff when stored away. Disappointing

Amazing play - but go careful
I’d always wanted to explore temperature play and knew this would be a great way to do so. My partner and I loved it!! The warm oil feels amazing as it’s rubbed into the skin. However, we did hit a slight issue. My partner was massaging my behind and started pouring the oil over my ass cheeks. As the oil ran down in between my cheeks, it felt awfully hot, hotter than when it had first hit my skin. It started to sting slightly but I thought it would pass, it only got worse. 30 seconds later, I was running to the shower to wash it away. We put this pain down to the fact that around 5 days ago I shaved in that area and maybe the skin was still a little sensitive. But it was easy to wash away by using hot water to melt the oil away. Overall, a great product to introduce temperature play and we will be using again – just avoiding the more sensitive areas!!!

Strong smell
I had used Skinny Dip candles in the past for sensual massage, so I thought I would try this massage candle. Taking the lid off, the smell is STRONG! And as you would expect, the smell only became stronger after lighting the candle. My partner HATED the smell. He described it as more of an artificial vanilla smell, similar to birthday cake scent. The actual use as a massage liquid worked quite well. I was able to blow out the candle and immediately drizzle the melted wax onto my parter. It created a smooth glide for massage, which was the goal. For the second use, the candle was not lit very long before the candle extinguished itself. The wax that wasn’t liquified was soft enough for me to scoop it out and add it for the massage. The only issue there is that it left white streaks on my partner’s skin unless I really rubbed it in. Nothing a wash can’t fix! Overall, I would say it was an okay purchase. No my favorite, but not the worst.

Our candle adventures started all wrong. We bought some candles that burned way to hot and well…it burned. We were hesitant to try again and then saw these. I was the first to be tested on after a panicky game of rock, paper, scissors and was pleasantly surprised. The candle melts like butter. The wax is super silky. As our first candle we had not use wax play before and was curious. We let the candle burn a while before playing which let us warm up before playing with the wax. I was expecting more of a burning feel which I did not find. Its a moment of burn and the wax melts into an oil which quickly cools and lets your partner massage. The downside we find is the clean up afterwards as it does not soak into your skin and leaves the sheets very oily.

Love this candle
Our first time using this candle we was worried at first but nothing to worry about. we let the candle warm up first before putting it on my back and it felt like a nice hot warm feeling it didn’t burn its enjoyable and even better when you get it massaged into you. Would recommend.

Amazing smell!
Fab little candle, my husband was apprehensive about using this and was conscious it would burn your skin however it doesn’t burn at all, I would let it burn for about 10 minutes before you use it. Can feel a little greasy when massaging into the skin

This is good! Smells really really good and is nice for just a bit of romance or a more sensual foreplay. It is pretty small which is a shaaaame but it’s a cute little candle with a nice scent, used it to give my bf a massage and will be ensuring he uses it on me too 🙂 make sure to use it fairly quick as I had to buy this one because my last one (a fairly bigger one, so hadn’t used it all by I guess what was a use by date) ended up just staying wax and not being usable as a massage oil

Candle really does smell like cherry. Nice consistency for massage. It’s made for single use I guess. I didn’t realize how tiny it was until it arrived. I’d love to have a larger size next time.

Cherry smell is wonderful! Candle lasts a good long while. Pouring the warm wax on me was fantastic. It felt really good on my skin and was very moisturizing. It’s a romantic light source for your sex session. Blow it out and wash your toys or whatever then have a wonderful sexy massage. Perfect.

I had high hopes for this product. I was disappointed. The wax does not actually rub in, like a lotion. I had to scrub it off. Also, the wick doesn’t stay lit.

First disappointment from LH. Couldn’t really smell any scent after being lit for an hour or so!
