    Lovely luxury item

First off the toy and packaging itself are absolutely stunning and really add a luxury feel with the box! The bag that comes with for storage is also a really nice touch. The toy itself is a super soft silicone with a magnetic charging point on the base which is strong enough to maintain connection with no issues. I would say the size is an happy medium and the wavy texture is pretty and is very easy to clean.I was a bit worried that the app would be a bit of a let down as I haven’t always had the best experiences in the past. However, the toy was connected from the get go and was ready to play straight away without any instances of disconnect during playtime which is fantastic! The app also makes playtime very customisable and we had great fun trying out all the options, one of our favourites was the touch mode where you can draw out your own setting! The remote is also very easy to use and although not as customisable or easy to see what setting the toy is on, it is still fully functional and of a small enough size to hide in your pocket. In terms of vibration and thrusting settings it is very customisable and can go to a very high vibration setting with different thrust modes. You can also set it so that it is only vibrating or only thrusting if you like which is great to get a feel for what you enjoy. I do wish that there was a gentler vibration setting though as it can be quite intense for those who are more sensitive even on the lowest setting.Overall I absolutely loved this toy and it really does scream luxury with little details like the travel lock, colour changing lights on the base and the fact that it starts on the last mode you set it to.

    Good Idea, poor execution

So, when I initially saw this I thought “this is a great idea!” and picked up the Svakom Jordan (hereafter “the Jordan”) which arrived promptly, great service as usual from Lovehoney. It comes with a nice pouch to store it in and with a small remote control that, in a nice bit of design, snaps magnetically to the bottom of the Jordan. The remote allows you to swap between 6 different preset modes of vibration which adjust the thrusting patterns & vibration. It also should allow you to increase and decrease the intensity of the selected mode.Unfortunately, here is one of the first flaws of the Jordan. In order to get any kind of meaningful change in intensity, you need to click the up/down button somewhere like 10-15 times, because often it does not register the click. This becomes extra apparent if you are following along on the app and can see how it goes.Speaking of the app, it again has good ideas, but poor execution. The “touch mode” allows you to use a touch interface to control the intensity levels of the Jordan and save “custom” patterns that you can make. I guess it kinda works, but it only allows you to control the “thrust+vibration” together mode. There is no distinct way to only control the vibration or the thrusting. It’s all or nothing.Preset mode allows you to browse the presets, the same which you can swap between with the remote, and Custom mode allows you to mix and match the presets, but you cant swap to them with the remote.Music mode does vibrations based on your music files – it works fine, with a minor caveat which I will get to later.Likewise the “Sound Mode” is quite good and a very fun way to use the Jordan – it uses the microphone on your phone to power the intensity of the Jordan – unfortunately it only does the “thrust+vibe” combo as well, similar to touch mode – I would have liked to see some customization here as its the most fun mode. You can also use Remote mode to give something control at long distance, either one on one or in group mode. Now, if all this worked this would easily be a 4-5 star experience, but that’s where the wheels come off the cart, and it’s all due to one simple thing. The signal between the Jordan and the remote/phone is TERRIBLE. If you have it just on a desk, its fine. Works OK. But once you actually insert it, oh boy. Then we get to the big issue. In the first 10 mins of using the Jordan with full insertion, it lost the connection maybe 10 times over a 5 min period. And each time it looses connection it just stops. So I gave up on using the app and just used the remote. But even the remote was suffering with poor connectivity and the issue with it not always registering clicks was magnified ten-fold. And it annoyed me enough that I just had to stop and swap to my Hush, which never lost connection. Not even once. Sorry the Jordan, but if you don’t work properly while inserted, then what is the point?

    Not worth the pricetag

The vibrations are nice, but the pulsating isn’t noticeable when inside. The whole thing is also way too loud to use in public, which sort of defeats the point of its purchase. I’m pretty disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

Sleek design but the "thrust" is MIA

I really wanted to love the Svakom Jordan going into this test. It’s definitely a looker—sleek, modern, and comes with a decent cinch bag for storage, which I always appreciate. When I first took it out of the box, the length looked a little intimidating, but since it’s actually quite slim (about 1. 3 inches wide), it turned out to be very approachable. It’s definitely beginner-friendly if you’re worried about girth, even if the length looks serious.I have to give props to the design of the remote. It attaches magnetically right to the base of the toy, which is such a smart little feature. It keeps everything together in the toybox so you aren’t digging around for the specific controller later. Wearing it was a mixed bag, though. It feels nice and “full” if you’re standing up or laying down, but fair warning: do not try to sit down with this thing in. Because the shaft is so rigid and long, sitting becomes uncomfortable pretty instantly. Now, let’s talk about the main selling point: the thrusting. Honestly, this was a huge letdown. I waited until I was inserted to turn the motor on, and I had to concentrate really hard to even tell it was moving. It’s incredibly subtle. If you are chasing that deep, rhythmic sensation that mimics intercourse, this motor just doesn’t have the muscle to pull it off.The bigger bummer is that as soon as you turn on the vibrations, that weak thrusting sensation completely vanishes. You basically can’t feel the physical movement over the buzzing. And speaking of the vibration, it’s very “buzzy” and high-pitched. For anal play, I usually need a lower, deeper rumble to really feel satisfied. Even at the higher settings, this felt more like a surface-level buzz than a deep massage.I decided to mess around with the Svakom App to see if that redeemed things. Surprisingly, it connected without any drama, which isn’t always a given with app-controlled toys. The “Sound Sync” feature was actually the highlight of the testing for me—having the vibrations react to the audio of a video I was watching was genuinely fun. But outside of that, the app felt a little fussy; trying to create custom vibration patterns was confusing, so I just stuck to the presets. As for the practical stuff, the noise levels are decent. The vibration is quiet enough that you wouldn’t hear it through a closed door, though the thrusting motor has a bit more of a mechanical whir to it. The battery life is just okay—it’s definitely a “one-and-done” situation. It lasted through my session, but it was clearly tapped out by the end and needed a full two-hour charge before it was ready for round two.My biggest gripe, however, was the cleaning. Even though the silicone is seamless and waterproof, the material seems to hold onto odors way more than my other high-end toys. Even after I scrubbed it down with toy cleaner and soap, a faint smell lingered. It makes me question the quality of the silicone a bit, as usually, premium toys don’t have that issue after a good wash. All in all, I can’t really recommend this if you are specifically shopping for a thrusting plug. The movement is just too ghost-like and gets totally drowned out by the vibration. If you want a slender, app-controlled vibrating plug, it’s fine, but there are definitely better options on Lovehoney that offer that deep, rumbly satisfaction for a better price.
