Small, but perfectly formed
The first thing you’ll notice about the Lovehoney 5 inch Slimline Silicone Dildo with Suction Cup is that it is small. Infact it is very small indeed. The clue is in the name, I suppose, but it seems even smaller than 5 inches. It is about the width of a man’s finger which may or may not suggest some possible uses for this item! It is certainly very smooth and it has a nice curve to it. Although firm, it is quite flexible. The suction cup is great and fixed well to surfaces. I think the main use of this dildo is likely to be with anal newcomers. Its small, slim size and smooth texture would be comfortable for absolutely anyone wanting to explore anal play and it would be a nice simple butt plug. It might be just a little too small for vaginal use since I can’t imagine it would be particularly thrilling for many women. So close to perfect
I really like this toy. I want to really love it, but I just can’t quite. There’s nothing outright ‘wrong’ with this toy. The material quality is excellent and it’s nice and flexible, so this toy is really comfortable, as well as being easy to clean. The suction cup is also great. It stuck to just about anything I tried to put it on and since it’s quite a big cup, it can be safely used anally, with no worry of the toy disappearing. As it is our first suction cup toy, it’s been a very fun experience to use it in as many ways as we can. My personal favourite has been Sticking it to the wall for her to ride against while she’s giving oral. However, it’s just not quite long enough to be anything more than a good warm up. My girlfriend prefers smaller toys, so we thought this would be perfect, and while it’s the perfect width for her vaginally, it’s not quite long enough to hit her g-spot, nor is it wide enough to give much enjoyment anally. No matter what position she tried using this toy, it just couldn’t get her off and she said that every time she ended up reaching for another toy to finish the job. It’s been fun to use and it’s great to get things started but that’s all I can see us ever using it for. Great for first timers
This is the perfect little dildo for people who are new to anal. I really like lovehoney’s packaging because it’s not like the cheesy stuff I have seen with some other brands, it’s simple, elegant, yet tells you exactly what it is. They even provided a little leaflet with some tips for using the dildo. Lovely and smooth
Got this dildo sent to us to review. When it arrived we opened it and decided to use it right away. Although the dildo is very slim, it has a really nice velvety texture, and feels amazingly soft! We found that instead of just using the dildo by itself, we preferred to use it as part of oral play. My girlfriend really enjoyed the extra depth and thickness compared to using fingers. Perfect first anal dildo
I had wanted this dildo for a long while, because nearly all of my toys are plugs, or beaded – I don’t have anything designed for actual thrusting, more just very slow insertion. This meant that for an anal dildo, I had been looking for something small and slimline – and I found that this was perfect. While I’m not a complete anal beginner, at the moment I feel as though I might as well be – I usually vary between toys with a girth of 3.5 to 4 inches, and have only ever very briefly gone up to 5″, which was a very long time ago! When I got it out of the packaging, my first thought was how TINY it is! I think the length makes it appear even slimmer than it is, especially if you’re comparing with dildos for vaginal use. This means it’s very non-threatening. I couldn’t wait to see how it felt, but stopped myself to carefully check it over first. The packaging is the usual non-tacky lovehoney box, and I really liked that it didn’t have the plastic insert in – this meant that (although the box does clearly say and show what it is) I wasn’t having to put dildo-shaped packaging into the recycling, and it’s less wasteful. As it is just one piece of silicone, it doesn’t need more protection than that, there isn’t really anything that could get broken. I was impressed by the quality of the silicone, it’s the kind of soft smooth texture that I’ve come to expect from all but the cheapest silicone toys, although this doesn’t always happen – Tracey Cox butt plugs, I’m looking at you! It’s very flexible, I was able to easily bend it almost to 90 degrees, even in the direction opposing the natural curve it springs back to. This means that it will accommodate all the curves inside your body easily – no poking or jabbing at awkward angles at all! While its flexibility is perfect for anal use, I found that it did mean it was a little less stimulating vaginally – while it does have a lovely curve to it, I wasn’t able to get much pressure with it for my G-spot as it would just flex the other way. It did feel amazing just for penetration though – as it’s so slim, with lube as well it felt like there was no friction at all, just the changing pressure, which I’d never felt before. The lovehoney logo towards the end of the dildo slightly irritated me, I would have preferred it to be on the base rather than the shaft, as I was concerned about chafing and cleaning if I inserted the dildo the full length – but I found I didn’t tend to use all of it, even though it’s so small anyway, the first few inches were enough. It did have a very useful function of showing which direction the curve is in though, which is something I find a lot of curved toys lack – sometimes when they’re inside, it can be very hard to tell which way up they are – with the textured logo, I just had to make sure it was on top, and I could do that easily just by touch! However, it wasn’t long before I got bored of using it vaginally, and changed over to anal play – where if I didn’t know better, I’d say it immediately doubled in size! I made the mistake of using normal lubricant instead of one designed for anal play, and found that it did dry out quite fast, leading me to give up using this toy and switch to my Bruce Cassidy rabbit – but this is also because I’m not used to anal stimulation enough to get much pleasure out of it alone. I usually use plugs with anal/vaginal stimulation – so for anyone similar, I’d recommend trying this with a vibrating egg or the rocks off mini-G as it’s so small, you don’t need to worry about it being too big with other toys. I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to build up confidence with anal play, as it is a little longer than most plugs, but still small and slim enough to be easy to use even slightly nervous and new to it. I’d also say that it would be perfect for anyone who wants just a little anal stimulation as an addition, but without the fullness that plugs can cause, as it really won’t interfere with whatever else you’re doing at the time. I have the added bonus of despite it’s not being a realistic dildo, the shape and curve of it is pretty much a scaled down model of my partner, so considering I’m really aiming to build up to anal sex, this was the perfect toy for me.

Good things come in small packages
I bought this because i wanted something a little smaller and thinner. Even though it’s smaller it is still as pleasurable. The silicon has no imperfection apart from a small imprinted logo near the base. Petite Perfection
I was very pleased to hear I’d be receiving this item in return for an honest review. Although I am known to enjoy somewhat large insertions, I have recently found myself favouring more petite toys (self-preservation, maybe?). The silicone is soft and smooth, the shape and form of the toy looks divine (the curve = mmmm!). I could not wait to give this dildo a go! Cleaning is simple, either soapy water, or a spritz of toy cleaner, air dry and you’re good to go. Applying a little water based lubricant, I eased her in. I was very impressed with the curve and overall shape of the dildo, it really felt amazing when inserted. Plus, it hit my g-spot wonderfully. I really couldn’t have asked for more. Decent starter toy
This was my first time purchasing a dildo. Lovehoney delivered the product speedily and hassle free. I will be ordering more products from here in the future. I have always been worried about buying sex toys because I did not live alone and I was worried that the packaging would give away to other people what I was buying. However I did not get much use out of the suction cup aspect of the toy because the product is slightly too small to use in that respect. If you are looking to use this I would recommend that you get a bigger dildo. I also found that this dildo was very thin, I had originally looked for a slim dildo because I was worried about buying a dildo that would be to big for me to use. Great product

Smooth Slimline Dildo

Perfect for Vulva-Vestibulardynia

Just the right size for a beginner

Brilliant start to anal
I initially brought the Lovehoney 5 Inch Slimline Silicone Dildo with Suction Cup as a replacement for my last strap on attachment with my partner. The packaging, as always with Lovehoney’s own-brand products – was functional, simple, discreet, and not at all intimidating. No squick-factor here! First impressions were of slight disappointment – I was worried it would be too small to feel good! But after opening everything up I just loved how smooth this toy feels – almost velvety soft. It’s also quite firm, but has enough give in it that it’s very comfortable to use. I like the sleek, plain design as well, as it looks very unisex and not at all intimidating – a worry for me as I had never tried anal play before. Overall this looks and feels much more expensive than it is, and is very high quality. Note that the base does not have a recess to put a bullet into, if this is something that interests you.
