Each dildo is tapered and curved for smooth, easy insertion that’s comfortable and offers gentle expansion with an oh-so tender touch. Designed as a training set to prepare your body for other internal pleasure, this kit takes you all the way from pinky-finger penetration right through to the size of a well-endowed erect penis.
To get the most from your kit (whether using for vaginal or anal exploration) we recommend applying plenty of water-based lubricant to the toy and yourself and slowly teasing the entrance of your chosen orifice with the tip. Apply gentle pressure and allow your body to gradually accept as much length as you feel comfortable inserting.
Stick to mastering one dilator at a time, and only move onto the next step once you’re 100% happy and comfortable using the step you’re on.
Although these are safe for anal exploration, we don’t recommend wearing them as butt plugs due to their non-flared base. Always keep a secure grip on the finger loop when inserting anally.
As well as the above, these dildos are perfect for women with medical conditions which require dilation, and post-op male-to-female gender realignment dilation.

Perfect for a virgin
I’ve been trying to lose my virginity by myself for a few months. I could not insert anything more than two fingers in my vagina and I was afraid I had a very thick hymen. Due to personal/psychological reasons, trying intercourse was not an option for me at the time, and I was afraid that when the time would come it would be a very painful experience. After some web searching, I came across the idea of using dilators, and I thought I should give it a try since using a dildo seemed like an intimidating (and painful!) thought. I was so excited to find out that lovehoney had this kit in stock! The quality seemed good and the dilators were non-intimidating, so I ordered them as soon as possible. They arived quickly and in a discreet packaging as always. Now, the truth is, you can possibly find cheaper dilators in the market, but they come nowhere as near to those in terms of quality. The silicone is incredibly soft and smooth, to the point that I got carried away and spent 10 minutes touching them! And the colour is lovely too. The whole kit does not give the impression of a medical instrument or anything intimidating. Quite the contrary, they look like they were designed to be inserted into your vagina (obviously). Now here comes the interesting part! Make sure to use plenty of water-based lube on you and the toy you plan on inserting. I used lovehoney’s water-based lube (another recommended product). I suggest you relax you vaginal muscles using a vibrator or your fingers- your choice! And when you feel ready, then you can continue with the insertion. Now, if you are like me and can barely put two fingers in, I recommend starting with dilator 3 or 4 (from smallest to biggest). Rub the tip of the dilator against your entrance and when ready, push in gently with a slight upwards curve. Don’t force you body to accept it, take it slow, and if you feel uncomfortable it is okay to stop. If you feel comfortable with the dilator inside you, try twisting it around gently or pushing it in and out, but only as long as you are confortable. Relax your muscles and try not to push the dilator out. Train your vaginal muscles to accept it inside you. If you find that you cannot push the toy in anymore or you are finding resistance, that means you are hitting your cervix, and the toy won’t go in much further. This is normal! I used these dilators until the last one and they helped me greatly in getting over my fear of intercourse and helping my hymen stretch. However, I had to use a dildo to fully break it. If you feel ready to break your own hymen, my recommended position (and the one I used) is laying down on your bed but with your legs raised above you and closed. Then lubricate youself and the dildo and slowly try inserting it. Thanks to those dilators, the pain was nothing like what I used to experience before and it was done in a matter of seconds! So, if you are a virgin who would like to lose your virginity by yourself, stretch your hymen or are concerned about your first time being painful, I definately recommend this!

Invaluable for Vaginismus Sufferers
I was hesitant about purchasing these due to the price, but I can honestly say that they are worth every penny. I’ve never been able to have comfortable penetrative sex, as I suffer from vaginismus due to previous traumatic experiences. I’ve never used them solo (it’s just not for me), but my fiancee has used them during sex. It’s been slow progress (mainly because I haven’t committed to doing it regularly enough) but it’s been the only progress I’ve had in seven years. If the pain is a real problem, a little bit of relaxing anal lube helps – they’re made with a mild topical anaesthetic that relaxes your muscles and takes the edge off the pain.

Helping me to resolve 11 years of vaginal pain
I’ve always found vaginal insertion painful and wanted a set of dilators. Unlike so many which are hard plastic and overly clinical, these are pretty pink, soft silicone and non-intimidating. Started with the 2nd smallest, and it was all my body could take. After just a few uses I can get most of the third one in! Always take it slowly and gently, and use lots of water-based lube. Some discomfort is expected but if it’s painful stop and keep it where it is or ease off a bit; remember they taper – if it hurts you’re probably trying to insert more than your body can handle at that given time. I leave it in for an hour at a time, and I use it lying on my back. The handles are very useful though it should be noted that, depending on your posture, if you try to move about with one in it can dig in you and hurt momentarily. Also don’t be surprised if you experience some stomach ache after use; women who experience deep pelvic pain with attempted vaginal penetration like I do may find there’s residual stomach ache afterwards, though it’s not as bad as menstrual cramps, goes away quite quickly and once your body is fully able to accommodate whichever size you’re using the tummy aches will stop. These are great for training yourself to accept penetration without it being painful, especially if overly-tight muscles are the problem; thanks to muscle memory, repetition of using these will help with that particular issue. The next step though, after eliminating the pain of penetration is, unlike muscle memory, psychological; training yourself to associate penetration with pleasure. For this purpose I’ve bought a rabbit vibrator which I plan on using once I can comfortably handle the size – It’s worth remembering; once you’ve eliminated the pain, introducing pleasure is a sensible next step. Other Lovehoney toys can help with that. 🙂 It would be good if there was a 6th one though; the average male appendage is just under 5 inches in circumference, and the largest dilator is 4.25 inches in circumference at the widest point; an extra one that goes up to 5 inches would be nice. Quite simply, without these my vagina would still be off limits, but things are changing 🙂

Amazing product, so easy to use
I have been suffering from mild vaginismus and vulvudinia for almost 2 years. After trying the massage exercise suggested by my GP I bought these trainers hoping they could help me enjoy sex again. When I received them I was surprised by their amazing quality and how easy and comfortable it is to use them. I have been using them for one week now and I am on the 3rd size. I could not suggest these product enough.

Great way to begin your anal journey
When I decided to try anal with my boyfriend it was very scary at first, wondering if it would hurt and how it would fit! After looking on Lovehoney for anal toys to get us started I was a bit nervous at the size of most of the toys available. After finding the inspire silicone dilator training set I was relieved that there were smaller options to start with. We purchased this item and started with the smallest size straight away with some water based lubricant. It was great! I never thought that it would be as pleasurable as it was. It soon had me wanting to go to the next size and eventually into full anal sex. This helped my experience less daunting and not painful at all. I would highly recommend this to people who want to explore anal. The price is a little high but worth it as they have been used over and over. Also great for foreplay and use during vagina sex.

These are going to be life-changing
Have only had these a week but decided to leave a little review I have tried the smallest one so far having struggled with vaginal intercourse my hole adult years and can say with a lot of hope that this set is going to make it that I can enjoy sex. I think I suffer with my muscle contracting so being able to use something much smaller and less intimidating is a good thing for me. I would reccomened to anyone trying to find a thing to help with tight vagina or even if you just can’t face large dildos.

Cured
Nothing to say other than: this has cured my vaginismus. I had been struggling with penetration even just from using fingers since forever, it was extremely painful for me with no pleasure whatsoever – now years later, after spending some time with this set, I can finally enjoy penetration and I couldn’t be happier. 100% worth the price.

Unintimidating and perfect for people experiencing anxiety around penetration
I purchased these after experiencing a lot of trouble trying to have penetrative sex for the first time. My partner’s penis literally wouldn’t go into my vagina, no matter how hard we tried, and even my partner just inserting a finger was very painful. (I later realised this is actually very common, so if you’re in this position don’t lose hope! Most likely, all you need to do is become comfortable with penetration on a smaller scale first). I decided to buy this set and am very very happy with it. The ring around the base is incredibly reassuring to hold onto and control (and you could slip a vibrator into it for added fun when you’re feeling more confident!), and the tapered tip makes for easier gradual insertion. The dilators are solid and feel high quality, and the silicone is super soft and unintimidating. I found many other dilator kits online but they all looked oddly clinical compared to these, and also lacked the tapered tip. I had become quite scared of penetation by this point so these were a great unintimidating way to restart the process and ‘warm up’. They also boosted my confidence by allowing me to track my progress by working up the sizes. HOW I USED THEM (after painful first-time sex attempts). There are some great reviews left earlier which I used and found very helpful, so definitely give them a read! But here’s my personal experience for helping with first-time penetration: 1. I began by lying in my bed with a pillow under my lower back/butt, so that my hips were slightly raised at an upward angle, and I spread my legs apart to a comfortable distance. 2. Sometimes I’d stay in this position for a while just to get used to it (being naked, legs spread) and read a book or something, just to become calm and comfortable. I then used some handy material get turned on and, personally, I didn’t touch my clit so that I’d crave stimulation no matter what kind – this is just something that worked for me, but might not for you! If it helps to touch your clit, do! Basically just do whatever you need to do to get comfortable, wet, and ready to begin (wetness isn’t mandatory, but it physically helps with insertion and metally will help you associate what you’re doing with pleasure/fun. for me, that was the end goal: less pain, more pleasure) 3. I then took the smaller dilator and gently rubbed it over my body, not inserting it, just getting comfortable with it. 4. I then lubed up the dilator (with Yes organic lube – make sure it’s compatible with silicone!) and began to very very *very* slowly to insert it into my vagina. Remember, there is absolutely no hurry and you don’t have to insert it any further than you’re comfortable with. Personally I found that I’d get a little bit in, it would hurt a little, and I’d panic a bit, so I’d hold it there and just take deep breaths. As I calmed down, my vagina would relax, the little bit of pain would ease, and I could slip a little more in. Remember that this is a process, and it’s completely okay if you can’t get the whole thing in during one sitting – I didn’t at first! If you’re taking it slowly, you will not feel too much pain. 5. These were not very painful to insert, and infact mostly painless, but at the time I was experiencing a lot of anxiety/panic around penetration. So the first few times I’d get a little in, then have to stop and cry – but crying actually helped me to release that pent-up anxiety and relax, so I’d try inserting the dilator again after and it would work. I’m saying that just so you know that it’s okay and helpful if you need to stop and let feelings out. You probably won’t experience this, but it’s something I was surprised & honestly quite ashamed/frustrated by at the time. Just keep reminding yourself of your progress 🙂 6. Let the dilator sit inside your vagina for as long as you’re comfortable with (I aimed for 10 minutes), even if you couldn’t get it fully in. If you’re feeling confident, you can twist it or move it in/out slowly, just get used to the sensation (this can also make you cum). 7. Slowly remove the dilator, your vagina will probably naturally ‘push’ it out slowly. Personally, after finishing a session with a dilator, if I didn’t already cum, I rubbed my clit to finish. It was important for me to associate the dilators with pleasure rather than a ‘chore’. In conclusion from this very long TMI essay of a review, I’d recommend these. If you’re comfortable with fingering, definitely try doing that first, since it’s free (yay) and it’s healthy for you to feel inside your vagina (so you can keep check of things in there!). But if you’re unable to do this, these dilators are a great step for first-time penetration prep. I was finally able to have great sex after. The two largest dilators also work as ‘regular’ dildos for me now too, so I can continue to use them 🙂

Incredible product
Like many others, I bought this set to help with painful penetration. I didn’t use it much at first, but then I got a partner and some of the things both she & I would like to do to me are unfortunately too painful/intimidating. I’ve only used the first 3 in the set but I’m already so happy with the results! I went from the second to third smallest one pretty quickly and I was actually stunned at how easily it went in. Make sure you use plenty of lube (too much is better than too little) and give yourself plenty of time to lie back and relax into it. I would slowly push it in and out for maybe 20 mins after which it was almost unnoticeable. Definitely a good investment!

More painful
I finally invested in these this year because I can be very sensitive to penetration. Especially after my menstrual cycle and if things came up and we didn’t have sex for like a week it could be very uncomfortable. The plan was to use the exercise with these to help in between sex but I found them to be extremely painful. Even the smallest one felt like I was being literally stabbed. Something about the curved shape and point in the end just didn’t work for me. I tried many times and followed recommendations…long hot shower, etc. Even if I used a vibrator and orgasm before inserting it still hurt extremely bad and I’m not talking “uncomfortable” literal sharp pain before and after using. I gave up after about the fifth session. Now we just stick to a clit stimulation routine and longer foreplay if I am having trouble as this was just downright the painful and a regretful waste of money after finally splurging.

So ducking good - update
So I’m 21 years old and I’ve lost my virginity 2 days ago with my fiancee!!!!! This cured my Vaginismus!!!! This dilator worked well. Like my previous review described, that’s what I did until I was finished with the largest size. Ofcourse I didn’t lose my virginity like 2 weeks after… for me, it was a process that took a few months… and between that, I would try having sex with my fiancee; he couldn’t enter fully until 2 days ago, horrible first time lol but it was all worth it because of the love and patience he had for me!!!! The best advice I can give is that you should have patience… give it time and ensure you enjoy using the dilators. The more turned on you are, the easier the dilator will go in because being turned on makes the vaginal canal expand, and ps. You can hold a baby for 9 months then push out that baby through your vagina so don’t let guys flatter themselves over how ‘big’ they are. We can conquer this. Also, if anyone says your vagina is ‘loose’ or ‘too loose’ or any nonsense like that, it’s because you’re very turned on -it’s definitely not your fault they’re stupid. Finally, ease down on criticizing yourself because you can’t have sex like all girls your age… that negative energy will just cause you to be stressed and miserable. #spreadpositivity

Great product for those that need it
After being recommended to use dilators due to an overactive postnatal pelvic floor, I finally settled on these as they were a lot less intimidating than the plastic/glass ones you can get from medical sites. They are easy to use, and the loop at the bottom is helpful for insertion and removal. I put on some relaxation or meditation music (so has been psychologically beneficial as well, forcing me to take the time to relax while my one year old is asleep) and for the first time in a year I’ve actually been able to relax my pelvic floor enough to be able to do a proper muscle contraction.

Best dilator set out there
I have suffered from vaginismus for several years and never had any success with the NHS plastic dilator set. This set is so easy to use and with the tapered end and silicone is much more comfortable to insert at your own pace. The sizing increments are good but be warned that it can be a bit of jump from number 4 to number 5 for some! But don’t be put off because it is achievable.I found that the Lovehoney enjoy water based lubricant works really well and with a consistent routine I overcame my vaginismus in just a few months – something I never thought would have been possible. And I started with not even being able to insert a finger or tampon.I 100% recommend this product for anyone that struggles with penetration and although pricey, is definitely worth the investment.

If you’re thinking about buying, just do it
Like a lot of these heartfelt reviews from other women, this product has near enough changed my life. I couldn’t have sex for years and years and have never been able to use tampons. I’ve had multiple guys tell me that I’m “too tight”. I decided I finally wanted to take this into my own hands and bought this, and wish I had made the leap years sooner. These are very non-intimidating, and easy to use. The first size it’s super tiny, barely a pinky finger. I progressed the first three very quickly and then 3 to 4 took some time. I’ve never managed to get the fifth one fully in, however despite this have finally managed to have penetrative sex (and it was nowhere near as painful as I thought, actually fine). My advice is just take it slow and don’t be put off if you have to take a few steps back to go forward. I never thought I would see this day and was starting to feel truly broken after years and years of dealing with this. I couldn’t recommend these enough for those struggling with something similar, they are worth every penny.

So much progress IN ONE SITTING
I’ve been struggling with secondary/acquired vaginismus for over a year now. My partner has been very understanding but it has MASSIVELY affected what was once a very active (and rough!) sex life. I recently went through some intense treatment for the eczema I had down there, which is why I developed vaginismus in the first place. Now that that has been addressed, I finally feel like addressing the vaginismus and this was my first step. This set arrived in the post today and oh my god I am already so hopeful. I watched some videos online about how to use them (would recommend a quick youtube search) and found that I could gradually move up the first three sizes already. This is probably because I do have experience with penetration already so I am not as consciously scared of penetration as someone might be if they have primary vaginismus – I knew what to expect, including the apprehensive cramps I get even after passing the cervix. Anyway, I not only felt comfortable with the third size, I also CAME VAGINALLY!! I’ve only ever done that once and it was a complete surprise. The curved shape and the fact I knew what size and depth of penetration I was dealing with really helped, as well as the fact I was in full control. This has given me so much hope for my sex life to get back on track. I’m even encouraging my partner that we could use these as a bit of foreplay instead of fingering (which can sometimes just be a bit clumsy…and even freshly trimmed fingernails freak me out). I’m absolutely blessed to have such a supportive man on my side for this. For the first time in a veeeeeerrrryyyyyy long time, I’m actually excited about sex! Could not be more grateful for this product.

Cured Me!
As a 30 year old woman with issues with penetration, it was extremely distressing trying to have sex. Personal circumstances led me to actually take action. I could always finger myself, but it was a maximum of two fingers. But I strongly urge you stretch your entrance until you can tolerate a three finger width with mild discount, hopefully none with daily practice. This was my initial training so I could learn to tolerate penetration, I tried the first dilator and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and easy it was. So much so, I skipped to number three. I won’t lie I took a week with each dilator and used a lot of lube, deep breathing helps. It was uncomfortable at times but it was more my state of mind, I was practising at times when I wasn’t aroused, when I was then obviously it was much easier and pleasurable too. I strongly suggest thrusting the dilators too, especially if you’re a virgin so you’re used to it. I had issues with sex due to past trauma and cried every time I tried to have sex, my vagina would clamp shut. Using these gave me the confidence to go at my own pace and feel safe. Long story short, I had sex for the first time last night and it was absolutely fine, the guy was pretty big and I’m petite so I was anxious, yes it was painful at one particular angle but when we changed positions I was able to take it all. These dilators have literally saved my mental health so much, I wasn’t scared when he was upping the speed because I knew how it’d feel from my training with the dilator and it eased my anxiety and my vagina was therefore more relaxed. Essentially these dilators have trained my vagina well, best investment you can ever make.

Fun and Helpful
Love this set! I experience pelvic floor tightness and have for a long time. When it came to any kind of penetration I struggled—with toys, at the OBGYN, etc. So far I’ve seen progress!! The set is also fantastic for playing with and the loop handles make them incredibly easy to use. 🙂

Vaginismus “cure”!
I have vaginismus and find it very painful to have sex. The smallest I could use with ease and second one was okay so I started really at the third. I’m still working my way up just laying down with the dilator inserted while I get used to the feeling and get comfortable but it’s already made such a difference and is a huge help just wish there were a larger range of sizes

Life saver
Had vaginismus…The dilators helped me to get to know my body like never before n that too in 1 week…I stopped being scared n tensed which would cause the muscles to tighten up to the point of very difficult penetration.Used plenty of water based lube.Truely a life saver!

Life Changing
Wow. I brought these a while back. I started slow, with no 1 and within a week was comfortably at no 3. I used this for 2 weeks, every other night. I moved onto no 4, this took a bit more relaxing and getting properly into it, did this for 3 weeks.Moving onto no 5 was surprisingly good, I don’t know if I had just helped my own body voluntarily relax. I used no 5 for a month, highly recommened simulating pumping action action really getting yourself in the mood and use lube and a clit vibrator. After working with these, managed to have completely pain free, penetrative sex with my husband!!! No vibratior needed, no stopping as it was painful or I was getting too tight and these. Highly, highly recommend these. They’ve changed out sex life after suffering for years with involuntary Vaginismus, wish I’d found/tried them so much sooner!!

Good
I’m a trans woman and am using these for dilations, I find they work better than straight glass dilators. Could have used an intermediate size between the 4th and 5th ones, it’s a big jump. The ring base is easy to keep hold of when covered in lube. Easy to clean.

If you suffer with vaginismus you NEED to invest in these
I suffered with vaginismus for 6 years before I tried these but these changed my life. I had got to a stage where I was able to use a tampon so I skipped the smallest 2 or 3 fairly easily. After a few months (of some but not very consistent use) my sex life completely changed. I just wish I’d bought these sooner and it would have saved me years of agony and alienation but so happy to be finally cured

Wish I'd discovered these years ago!
I actually bought these because i’d treated myself to a Rabbit only to discover that i couldn’t get the damn thing in! (also watch out when buying a Rabbit some are girthy-er than you’d think) Did a bit of googling and after reading about vaginismus I realised i’ve probably had a similar problem for over 10 years. Sex has always been something that was more about enduring the discomfort and feeling broken somehow. Never realised there could be any other issue involved. Someone in this review section said something about building up muscle memory. This isn’t something i’d thought of before, but it’s true, your muscles need to get used to something going in and work up to bigger things, like training any muscle. I didn’t use these as often as a lot of people seemed to, i used each size (except the first size which is tiny) a few times over maybe a month and it was amazing how quickly your vagina adapts. Definitely makes me a lot less nervous about the next time i have sex with a guy!

Perfect for vaginismus
I have vaginismus and vulvodynia and I’m using these dilators to work up to penetrative sex again. I previously had hard plastic ones and these ones are so much more comfortable, less intimidating and the sentation is closer to pleasure than pain. Also the curved shape also makes it more comfortable.

if you’re thinking about getting these, GET THEM
see title! am a virgin and have been suffering from something like vaginismus since my early teens – I dithered for months over whether to purchase these but i decided i want to know my own body and feel comfortable with sex before bringing another person into the bedroom, so got them. prior to these, the most I’ve been able to take is 2 fingers with a LOT of pain, but i got the second size in on the first try and since it has been completely comfortable. I feel confident I’ll be able to move up the sizes with time and practice! just the second smallest has already begun to ease years long fears about penetration and i actually feel excited about the realistic prospect of penetrative sex for the first time EVER. they are definitely pricey but can confirm they’re worth it, so if you’re deliberating like I was, just get them!

Perfectly formed but!
Excellent material and perfectly shaped to ease insertion of vagina.Vaginismus was relieved using all but smallest dilator.Largest size at 4.25 inch circumference may suit most couples, but some could do with a dilator of at least 5.0 inch circumference or even larger to prepare for 6.0 inch girth penis.Benefits gained in conjunction with frequent application of vaginal moisturiser.

Improving my life
I’ve wanted a dildo for a long time but I know my vagina is dry and narrow through lack of use and age. When I saw these I wondered if they would help, and they do! I love the feeling going up from small to bigger. I’m not yet on the biggest. I like that they don’t look like penises. They are my friends that make me feel like a woman again. I carry the sensations in my vagina through my day and know I’m still a sexual woman.. Sorry I can’t rate for orgasm but that’s a problem with my body, not the dilators.

Good treatment option for vulvodynia
allows for gentle and progressive conditioning for penetrative intercourse when pain is severe and inhibitory. Warm in clean hot water and use ample amount of a good, safe, water based lubricant. Start small and go slow, but progress will be noticeable in short order.

Highly recommended!
With the onset of menopause I began to feel really self-conscious about the changes in my body. Dating in your 50’s is difficult enough without the added fear of it leading to sex when you know the sex is likely to be painful. That fear was causing me to end relationships that would otherwise have had potential. Having read all the reviews for the Inspire Silicone Dilators here on lovehoney, I had very high hopes that this would be the solution. So I bought a set and I’m so pleased I did. They’re brilliant. If you’re going through menopause or peri-menopause and you’re not having regular sex but you want to, or you’re experiencing pain during sex or you’ve lost your confidence – this is definitely worth trying. I feel now that I can pursue a happy, healthy sexual relationship. I agree with all the other reviews: take it slowly, it’s a process (but it’s a pretty fabulous process because it really does feel good). The smallest one is tiny and the biggest one is pretty big. I used the small one once then moved straight onto the second one which I used a couple of times. I’m now on the third and it’s perfect for now. Use lots of lube, take your time and enjoy the moment. Also, read the reviews – I think all the women on here have been really open and honest about their situations and I took great comfort in knowing that I wasn’t the only one experiencing this and that there is a solution. Good luck ladies, I hope this helps.

Soft handy dilator kit
Got these after recommendation from pelvic floor therapist for endometriosis pelvic floor pain management. Very soft and easy to use. Wish they came in a bag for storage.

Vaginismus support
Highly recommend these dilators, I purchased for support with vaginismus and my confidence with insertion has improved greatly! Super soft and pretty, doesn’t feel medical which is great! Also used for pleasure, best orgasm in a while. I bought cheaper on a different website so Google, however proceeds go to charity on love honey so that’s a bonus. Doesn’t come with a bag so it’s difficult to keep discrete.

They are so comfortable to use and not intimidating at all. The tapered end makes them gentle to insert too. I would highly recommend these to anyone having tightness issues.

Dissapointing
I haven’t been active in several years and not had children and bought as i have an upcoming smear i was feeling nervous about but these are not worth the price imo. The first 3 were not useful to me at all and last two only just. Not worth the high cost for all 5 and curve i found a bit uncomfortable but were the only tapered ones on here.

Dilators
I purchased these for medical reasons. They are nice to handle and easy to use. I would have appreciated one larger than the largest size given.

Amazing feel and effective!
These dialators are extremely smooth and comfortable. They are the perfect toys to get into anal and anal play! In fact, I would put these as number one on my list for anal intro toys. The reason is they are sturdy, soft, easy to use, easy to clean, and unlike a buttplug, they have a constant circumfrence all the way to the base (the ly dont bottle neck at the bottom). This is what makes them perfect dialators because they keep everything stretched! I also love that they are curved, making it a more realistic feel and for me they just feel better that way. The loops on the end make them easy to remove from your bum, and easy to insert into your bum. They are a bit pricey but to me, its worth the price to have an enjoyable anal experience. I originally went cheap, and ended up spending the money anyways for quality!

Thank God
Never had a dilator set before so if you’re new give it a try. I have vaginismus, so obviously things can be quite painful. This set is soft feeling, and most importantly to me, it’s not rigid or stiff. It’s pliable and comfortable. The smallest is a pinky finger-size and the biggest is 5. 5inch. Very comfortable! I ranked the orgasm rating as a 0 because I use these outside of a sexual setting for now, just to get comfortable. But don’t let it stop you!

Inspire Silicone Dilator Training Set
I received the Inspire dilator set a few weeks ago & I wish that this set was available years ago. My life would have been so different. I couldn’t even insert a tampon my vagina muscles use to tighten so you couldn’t insert anything. After reading some of the reviews I found out I wasn’t alone. My ex made me feel that I was broken & no one would want me.But I have proven him wrong I’m not broken & there is a cure. I started on the smallest size & to my surprise it went in first time with lots of lube. There was a bit of pain, but I persevered & by the third day I didn’t feel any pain at all. I wasn’t sure how long to keep the dilator in, but other reviews recommended to look on YouTube for videos, which is what I did. I used the 2nd sized dilator for about a week. I read in one of the reviews to stimulate your clit & it seemed to help a lot. I am now on the 3rd Dilator & have been using it for a few days now. It still feels uncomfortable but my vagina muscles are getting use to it, I use lots of lube. I am now building up to the 4th dilator it looks a bit more of a jump in size, but I am looking forward to being able to insert it. Which is a miracle in itself as before I wouldn’t have even tried to insert anything. The dilators are made out of a smooth silicone & it is one of the reason why I chose this set. The other reasons is there are 5 sizes & the shape seemed easier to insert. The dilator set is a bit pricy, but in my opinion it is worth every penny. If you are still not sure about buying this set I say just go for it, what do you have to lose.

Tears of joy! It works!
After reading through reviews I decided to take a chance on this set and boy was I glad! After suffering years with vaginismus not realising until the first time I had sex, I always felt abnormal like I wasn’t womanly enough, since I had never experienced penetrative sex fully. With my current bf I was able to achieve full penetrative sex whilst on top of my bf, and it felt so amazing after so many years suffering in silence. I only used the first couple of sizes but it was enough for me to gain confidence and relax my muscles for the real thing! Would highly recommend to anyone who is going through the same thing. I never thought I’d see results so quickly! Thank you Lovehoney! ❤️
