Pocket pal
I love a suction toy, they’re probably my most reached for toy, sadly I won’t be reaching for this wee pal. The suction seal is great, especially with a slick of lube but with having a full figured (meaty) hoochie it just didn’t fit me right. From the power button to the top of the suction head is 2″, it just was a bit short for me. I couldn’t get a good suction seal and have good access to the power button, I could only do one or the other because I needed to tilt it to get to the power button. Slimmer hoochies may not have the same experience that I did, however, I would’ve preferred the power button to be on the back of it. Or, a volunteer third hand to hold it in place upside down for me ;)The travel lock is different to other toys I have, this one is a double click of the power button to turn on and off. Holding this button for 2 seconds turns the suction on and off. There are 10 consistent intensity levels, no patterns on this toy! If you go too far, you’ll end up back at level 1. I’d say the first 3 levels are a bit rumbly, but after that they become buzzy. If buzzy is your thing, you’ll love this toy. Theres a nice step up between each level and it feels fairly powerful. If this was a good match for me, level 5 would probably be my highest level. Its not the quietest of toys, especially at the higher levels. I could hear this under my duvet and behind a closed door. Just turn on some music and it’ll be grand! It has a magnetic charge that held pretty well once in place, and is waterproof so you can give your bath some bubbles. The instructions state that it takes 120 minutes for a 60 minute charge which gives you plenty of time to play around with it. I recommend keeping the box for storage or using a bag to keep it clean as everything sticks to it but its really easy to wash. Its a lovely deep purple colour in a lovely silky silicone, its cute. The wings give your fingers something to rest on, though that may not be intentional but a penguin needs its wings. It wasn’t a great match for me, but it would be good for someone new to toys as its not intimidating at all.

My oh my! What a naughty little penguin!
I received the Lovehoney Pocket Pal as part of the Lovehoney sex toy tester scheme. I was a bit apprehensive at first because I don’t always get on with clitoral suction toys but I was willing to give it a fair review.From the start I fell in love with this toy – it’s so cute! The purple colour is delightfully inclusive and the silver base adds an expensive feel. It’s easy to grip, which I find the Lovehoney rose isn’t (I have nerve damage in my right hand) and I was able to grip my new friend by his “fins” just fine. Once I got over the slightly absurd idea of smooshing a penguin’s face into my most personal space, we could get down to business. The first few speeds with Mr Penguin were all in vain and I started to wonder if it was going to be more of the same, but then we tried speed five (I think, though I forget for obvious reasons 😉 ) and Mr Penguin let me know that he is most certainly not as cute as he first appears. He made me squeal, he made me giggle and he made me feel things that I normally only feel with my husband. He’s an incredibly naughty little penguin but my oh my, I’m in love 😉

And with the usual great lovehoney build quality I had no concerns when testing it in water as it is sealed with a nice soft silicone. Because its waterproof the Pocket pal has a magnetic charger that just pops on the side making charging a breeze. If I had to pick one thing that isn’t the best with the Lovehoney Pocket Pal Clitoral Suction Stimulator is the penguin shape makes it a little harder to hold than other suction toys but thankfully the pocket pal will get you to where you need to be long before you start getting uncomfortable,The Lovehoney Pocket Pal Clitoral Suction Stimulator would make a great gift, wether it’s a gift for your partner or yourself I would highly recommend it.

Cute design, fast vibrations
I don’t usually care much about appearance of toys, but this one is particularly cute. And it having a flat base means it can stand, which is really convenient since it’s not got a cover. The vibrations are very fast, but I found that at the fastest vibrations this felt closer to vibrator than the unique feeling of clitoral suction. For me this still worked, but if you really dislike a normal vibrator, the higher speeds may not work great for you. The mouth of it was a little small for me, about the size of my thumbnail. The wide shape of the body made positioning a little more difficult than similar toys, but not enough to be a severe problemThe toy is all one piece, and easy to clean. An absolute revelation
Before trying out this incredibly cute suction toy, we had never tried one before. My wife was always slightly scared of the idea, assuming it would be like putting a mini vacuum cleaner against her. It’s safe to say that after several incredibly enjoyable sessions with this we’ve been converted – this thing is fantastic. Firstly it looks wonderful, it’s in the shape of a penguin and uses lovely soft material that feels good in the hand. As someone in her mid twenties, a single Pringle, and dipping her toe into the toy scene. I bought this last year but have only gotten around to writing a review. First and foremost this little purple penguin cutie is small but mighty. As someone who only had a clitoral rose vibrator before this, this was a great purchase. There are several settings, which is great given everybody is different. As someone who has a particularly sensitive clitoris, I tend to stick to the lower settings. But wow, it’s quiet firstly which is brilliant, but the sensation is also great and got me to orgasm relatively quick. It charges well and holds a decent amount of charge, though I will say if you’re someone who takes longer to get to orgasm it could mean you might have to charge it in between use.Now, design, firstly it’s cute and compact, it’s easy to use by pressing the single button to cycle through the different vibrations. What I will say, is it can be a little difficult to get perfect, and kind of have to manoeuvre around in order for it to find the perfect angle. For someone able bodied, it would be an easy use. However, if you have a disability that affects arms, hands or fingers, it could be a little hard to use, especially if you use lube or natural wetness as it can move a little. As for the charger, while it sounds straight forward, sometimes if the wire is angled sometimes it doesn’t alway connect properly. So the only thing I’d say that could be different if they created it again is an internal waterproof charging port like some have. I also understand the metal part on the bottom for it to stand, but personally I think it isn’t needed. But overall, it’s a great gadget to add to the collection and delivers great orgasms.
