A beautiful toy
I bought this toy after my cheaper vibrator finally started to make an almighty clacking noise. As I am a student I live in a house share, a loud clacking vibrator isn’t exactly discreet! It was my birthday coming up so asked my boyfriend to pay for half of it as a treat to myself and as a end of degree present. I was initially worried with buying a toy that had such a large price tag (I think the most i’ve spent on a vibrator was around £25-30?). When it arrived I was not disappointed! The MiMi soft touch is so beautiful, it arrived in gorgeous packaging very luxurious and doesn’t feel cheap or tacky like some sex toys can. It’s a pebble shaped vibrator that fits in the palm of my hand. The toy is coated with a lovely soft silicone that feels soft to the touch, it is not tacky and doesn’t attract every bit of lint/dust/dirt it comes in contact with. Definitely worth the extra money I paid! It is intended for external stimulation and is NOT insertable. I prefer clitoral stimulation so this toy is perfect for me. Pros: – It is really easy to use, the + and – buttons on the bottom of the toy are easy to control even in middle of use. The middle button is a pattern changing button. It is also incredibly easy to turn off (specially if you have to do so in a hurry) just hold the – key for a couple of seconds. – The vibrations are powerful, very much so! – It feels so nice and soft, it just overall feels lovely against the clitoris and anywhere you want to massage. – Gorgeous box, pretty design/colours, not glaringly obvious it’s a sex toy. Cons: – On the stronger settings it begins to hurt my hands a little which is off putting. – Can be a little bit loud but not enough that it’d be incredibly noticeable. It seems to make more noise when it is just in my hand. It was a lot quieter when pushed against my body. – The patterns aren’t that great, they are okay but this may be just a personal preference they don’t really do it for me. – I dropped it a few times when the toy got too lubricated The toy in use feels fantastic, orgasmed after a few minutes. The toy when used with lubricant actually reminds me of oral sex which is a huge turn on. I put that down to the texture of the silicone and shape of the tip of the MiMi. The vibrations felt strong and rumbling, it was a nice build up to my orgasm. The vibrations massaged my entire vagina which felt amazing. I would 100% recommend this toy it’s just a pleasure to use, it feels luxurious and everything from the packaging to toy design is beautiful. If you have the money to treat yourself go for a MiMi soft touch, you won’t be disappointed!

Expensive, but awesome
I’d looked at this toy online a bunch of times before I went ahead and ordered it – the hesitation being purely down to the cost. However, I’ve bought plenty of cheap toys before and not really liked the texture or smell of the materials, and also found that the materials tended to degrade relatively quickly (and not, for the record, because I’m putting my toys through some crazy paces – not that I’d expect to find judgement here if I was ;-)) I knew I wanted a clitoral vibrator that was made out of silicone, and I knew I wanted to be able to use it during sex without it being rigid and uncomfortable for either of us. So this seemed to be the perfect option. Super excited to try it out when it arrived, and it absolutely does not disappoint. The box and packaging it comes in looks high-end and befits the price. It looks subtle and classy, even elegant. The toy is tactile, easy to charge, completely waterproof and all round has immediately become my favourite toy – ever! I use it during my sex and my husband enjoys the vibrations too, and the fact that the soft tactile texture doesn’t get in the way nor is it ever uncomfortable, even when used in all different positions. I’m a fan of it when I’m using it alone too – it’s nice to start of with using across the whole vulval area – labia etc, before focusing on my clit. The vibrations aren’t super intense, even on the highest setting, but they’re enough to be very pleasurable. The vibration patterns are good – I like some more than others, as is to be expected. Overall a really good toy if you’re into clitoral stimulation and you want something that’s fun alone or with a partner.

Sexy but not powerful
Je Joue makes a sexy line of toys. The Mimi is sleek and black and Rechargable and those are all the pros. The cons? I couldn’t find a way to have a clitoral orgasm with the thing. I got close when I angled it on its side but it didn’t happen.its not for pinpoint pressure and stimulation and it’s much less powerful than many less expensive products on the market. I was disappointed I couldn’t find a way to please my clit because I’m overwhelmingly multiorgasmic and I usually have a clitoral orgasm within 30 seconds of touching a vibe to my body the right way. It just didn’t happen. The Mimi is maybe for someone who needs less power and direct stimulation than me. It’s a beautiful product.

Oh My Mimi
When I was 20 I had grown bored of the traditional vibrator I had bought, and began looking into better, more expensive, more quality toys. That was seven years ago. And I still remember that the Mimi was the second toy I had ever bought. It was the first luxury toy I had owned and was the one to introduce me to clitoral stimulation. The strong vibrations and variety of vibration options make it an amazing stress reliever. I have used it during foreplay, solo play, and intercourse. It has an overall length of 3.25 inches long, a circumference of 5 inches, and it is 2 inches across. I used the thin sides and slight tip for pinpoint stimulation. But I prefered to flip it on the side for a broader area of stimulation. Since it looks like a river rock, it is easy to hide in plain sight or explain away if someone gets too nosey. If you plan on travelling with it, you should note that it does have a lock feature and the buttons are flush with the top of the vibrator – although it may not pass through a metal detector. After you first get your Mimi you should charge it for two hours before you use it. After it is charged, hold the plus button to turn it on, you can use the plus and minus button to cycle through the five steady modes and the five patterns, then press and hold the minus button when you are ready to turn it off. You can feel the vibrations through the entire toy, but they are the most strongest at the tip. The lowest setting is deep and rumbling, but the higher you go, the buzzier they get. It is marketed as waterproof, but I found that completely submerging mine caused it to stop working. I was able to take my replacement in the shower, but I highly urge you not to take it int he tub. Thankfully, Je Joue replaced mine – and I eventually killed that one, too!

Amazingly discreet and fun, but charging issues
I thoroughly enjoyed this gift from my partner for just over a year before I started having issues with the magnetic charging. Now, it won’t charge at all and you can’t seem to get a replacement charger, which is a shame because I don’t really want to fork out for a whole new vibrator just to get a charger… Now, looking at alternative models that just have a standard usb charger!

Discreet and easy to use!!
I got the je joue actually to use during sex with my significant other!! I felt like sometimes when someone else was holding it they could press to hard and it didn’t feel good, but it’s definitely good for personal use. It has a nice texture and is small and easy to hold in your hand. Keep it still or move it around? Your choice! No one will hear you. I will say changing the setting can be a little awkward, and don’t lose the charger because you won’t have any other one that fits it. Overall, it’s a nice little toy.
