Received this as a tester. As usual, very well packaged. Standard Lovehoney branding on product box. Sleeve enclosed in bubble wrap with all other bits contained inside a sealed plastic bag. Came in 4 parts, Sleeve, Rubber Ring, Tube and Trigger Device. Easy, straight forward assembly. Enclosed is a very useful “do’s and dont’s” and general usage advice leaflet which is a MUST read for new users. Also a trouble shooting guide in case of problems. The leaflet refers to the user as “the patient” which I found quite apt in my case. As I’ve have ED problems, I’d already used a penis pump, using the bulb instead of the trigger system to suck the air out of the sleeve. The sleeve is clear plastic with length measurement in inches ( up to 8) and centimetres (up to 20 ) on either side. The rubber ring at the open end provides a good seal. Different from the open ended one I have as it has a flexible entry hole which fits snuggly around the penis. No more having to maintain pressure by pressing the sleeve on the pubic area. Now time to try. Small amount of lube applied to the ring and my flaccid penis. Presented it to the opening, pressed against it, pulled on the two finger trigger and was simply just sucked in. Pulled the trigger again and watched as my penis grew. Nice feeling as I slowly pulled another couple of times and felt the blood flow into my now thickening and lengthening cock. It is wise to adhere to the instructions and not overdo the pump action. Just the job
Does the job. Can’t fault it. The device seems solidly made. The trigger tube connects easily to the top of the vacuum tube. The vacuum tube has measurements on it to show you how big/small your manhood actually is. The rubber seal around the base fit nicely around my average sized chap. It seems like a bigger or small one would fit too. The trigger is easy to control and release and it feels like you have a high degree of control over the pressure. It’s easy to disassemble and wash. Worth a Try
I bought this pump to try pumping for the first time. I didn’t want to invest a ton and this seemed like a good option. I do not have ED or any issues, just wanted to enhance the goods. To my surprise, I find pumping and the sensation it brings quite enjoyable. It doesn’t get me off or anything like that. It just feels pleasant. I like how heavy I feel with regular pumping. I even hang heavier which is nice. I can’t say that this will add much to ones size permanently, but it does certainly enhance. My only concern is one of safety. Without a gauge, there is no way to tell what vacuum you’re putting on your junk. Exceeding 5-6 Hg is not recommend and can be dangerous. Most guys will push the envelope too see how big they can get things. Pain is not a good measure. I bought a gauge to install inline and find that I can tolerate higher vacuum than I “thought” I was applying. Be careful! It will cause bruising or worse if you don’t pay attention. Also, the measurements are off on the ruler. Checked the tube with a tape measure and it’s a little short. So good news, you’re bigger than it say by about 1/4”. Otherwise, great product for the price. Fills me up, makes me thick and heavy.

The trigger mechanism is good because it draws a vacuum as you pull it, not like the bulb ones that draw as you release so the trigger has more control. My previous was a bulb one and didn’t have great suction. Trimmed/tidy down below probably helps, also a good coating of lube, not just on the rubber ring but I also put on my helmet so it didn’t rub on the inside of the tube (I learnt that for my second use). Simple to use, get a semi, or erection and slide it in, maybe a couple of small pumps to draw it down your shaft and pull you fully in. A couple more pumps so you are just on the right side of uncomfortable and you will see though the tube your manhood thick, veiny and at full attention. It did fog up a bit on first use but after re-entering it with a touch more lube it didn’t fog up much. I kept it on for 15min and barely had to top it up. The release valve is simple and effective. On removal the rubber ring did come off the end of the tube and stayed on my shaft due to the noticeable extra girth! The ring is only push fit to the tube so no issue to put it back on and it makes cleaning easy. Instant results are a fuller and girthier penis. Overall quality is good. The downside is the hole is very small to use even with lube. I am an average size and I still have difficulty getting it into the tight opening. It’s even more difficult trying to get your penis out. It grabs your penis really tightly and makes it very painful to remove your penis. Basics trigger penis pump
Mine worked for a few weeks then it would not pump as the piston in the trigger mechanism was too stiff, i tried washing and cleaning the piston tube and it worked for a few minutes then the trigger was too hard to pump. I gave up. I then looked on the net for ways of trying to solve the problem as i tried a bit of KY Gel in the piston tube and no joy as it reverted back to being too stiff to use trigger. I then used some bicycle white lithium grease from Halfords which i already have. I unscrewed the piston and pulled out the plunger and applied some inside the barrel and put it back together and it works fine everytime now and it has been three months since i applied the stuff to the piston barrel and it is still fine so i now know what to do if it happens again

Superior models worth the extra pennies
Had it for over 6 months now and only used it a handful of times due to the following reasons:• Difficult to keep the air locked inside when pumping.• The black seal starts loosening when you get to the moment when you’re about to be super erect. This then let’s air in and you lose any suction you previously had. I have always used lube as recommended as well.• Takes some effort holding the tube in place whilst having to use the pump for the product to do its job. On a positive note, it is easy to clean and when the product does do what it says, it feels great. My personal advice would be to invest in a product that may cost more but be worth the extra pennies in the long run.

This product would have been rated 5 stars if there was different sizing options for the rubber seal that you insert into. With a Small, Medium or Large rubber seal option similar to how O-Rings are designed, this would make the product perfect. Looking at product specification is important.I did play around with the Pump as exploring is fun but without the rubber part. Reccomend with caution and adequate Lube. Maintained a strong erection and was fun using with my partner and her having good communication.Vascularity of my member was fun to see alongside measuring the growing with the number scale on the side. A Great Starter
I decided to try this pump to see what it would do, not expecting any miracles but really nothing to lose. The design is basic but that’s the whole point. Being someone who must have made the rear of the queue when they were giving out sizes down below I was at first a bit put off by the overall size. However, in for a penny in for a pound, with nothing to lose. My wife applied a generous coating of water based lube and we placed it in the tight hole as required, then holding it place began to use the trigger. At first it feels a bit odd but then the sensations start to grow amazingly. The best way to explain the first outcome was the statement ‘blimey, this looks like it works’, or words to that effect from my wife. Due to the quick increase in size she pump furiously to see what would happen. The sensations were amazing. After a while there is a definite pulling, not pain more electrically charged. This is very good in general, but needs a stretchier sleeve. The canal opening is 0. 75″ (19mm) diameter, and there is almost no stretch. I have no idea if a universal pump sleeve is compatible with this pump. More information on web page should be added.

What’s the point if it doesn’t fit
The penis pump directions say that there are supposed to be different sizes of silicone sleeves for different penis sizes and to choose the size that fits. However, it only comes with one sleeve and it is much too small for I’d guess, most men. There’s several complaints about it on here I believe. It’s painful even with tons of lube, to get it on/off of my penis. Yes, I did release the pressure when trying to install and remove. For those struggling, pressing the button helps a tiny bit. The sleeve is just ridiculously tight. I’ll add that it is endlessly frustrating that literally no one makes sex toys that fit above average penises. From cock rings to strokers, the only toys that fit me are open ended (but often much too short) strokers and fleshlights. I have broken so many toys and I’m only 8-9” with decent enough girth to fill the entire tube of this penis pump. That’s not that big. It’s a kind of sizeism discriminatory practice imo. Also, I’ll add there are virtually no instructions on the instructions. Nothing about assembly and no pictures. That was very unhelpful as well.

Review written after 2 weeks of use.A really good pump that’s quick, simple and easy to use, feels good to use and as of using it I feel more confident in my manhood. No massive results as of time of writing but there is definitely a difference in strength and girth even when flaccid I feel “bigger” than I used to. However the black silicone “entrance” is far to tight and small for me even with enough lube to cover an elephant, I struggled to put my penis through, and then after use it would get stuck on the head of my penis. The pump works just as well without it.

Best pump by far
I’ve tried several of the ”bulb pumps” and this one is by far the best, as well as being the cheapest. I’ve discarded the black silicon cover on the end as the opening is far to small and tight. Much easier to shave off all pubes down there and use plenty of lube lube to ensure an air-tight fit after pulling your ball right down to ensure they don’t get sucked up into the tube. As soon as you’ve pumped up to maximum size, use the quick release button and slip a tight constriction ring over your now engorged member. The best rings are found on eBay and have little handles. They are quite expensive but work perfectly to enable you retain a full erection. Warning: do not keep it fully erect for more than 30 mins.

I have recently bought a collection of toys for the same thing, old age and the problems that bring. New beginnings
Trying pump for first time and found it to be a bit fiddly to begin with when putting together. So instructions would have been nice if only short & brief and a bit more information on how to use it properly and safely. Maybe include pictures with instructions. But when using it was simple enough and straightforward. The only thing I found was that when retracting my penis from the pump it felt a bit awkward. Otherwise it worked fine. Suppose practice makes perfect. Yet not bad for first time use. . Would recommend it. Basic yet simple enough and no cramping in the hand.
