The Perfect Bang
Oh, Stronic Petite, you already have a huge place in my heart (and bedside table). I was so excited to receive this toy as I already own the Fun Factory Sundaze and it’s one of my most used and favourite toys, so I couldn’t wait to compare. This is up there with that. This is quite a unique little toy that gives completely different sensations to other vibrators or ‘thrusting’ toys, and I’m in love with it.The packaging is compact, sleek but also fun and information (it has different fact/myths about the clitoris). Inside is the toy itself, charger and user manual – you will absolutely need this! I normally don’t really bother with user manuals and try and work it out for myself, but the controls on this aren’t as intuitive and I found it much easier to use once reading the booklet. It’s laid out clearly and also gives you ideas about how to use the toy so it’s definitely worth a read. Aesthetically, the toy itself is really gorgeous. I have the ‘Deep Blue Sea’ colour which is a beautiful deep teal – I think the pictures actually capture the colour quite well. I personally love different coloured toys, and this one feels and looks really sleek and classy. I’ve found Fun Factory toys are generally really good quality and this matches that – it has a good weight to it but feels sturdy too. The Stronic Petite does have soft silicone but has more of a pull/drag to it than some and so I preferred to use a water-based lube with it. It is mostly firm but the tip feels slightly squishy, and I found that in use this combo really worked for me. As advertised, it’s petite in size, but really for this type of toy I feel like it’s all you need. Saying that, it may not be for the size queens out there. The ripples are a genius design and a feature which I absolutely love – they feel sensational when inserted in and out, but also sit wonderfully internally as well as against the entrance to the vagina. The user manual has a bit more information but the design is meant to stimulate the deeper layers of the vaginal canal as well as all those glorious nerve endings of the clitoral legs. I’d say it does this fantastically. The toy has 5 speeds with 3 ‘patterns’. They are all thrusting patterns and Fun Factory call these ‘Gentle push’, ‘Speed up’, and for the finale, ‘Firework sparkle’. I found that they all seem like quite a gradual transition which was nice but does make it slightly tricky to determine between some of the changes. However, when you find that pattern that works for you in that specific moment it is honestly mind-blowing (you can also save your favourite setting). The best way I can describe it is like a really good banging motion, which send ripples through you and all of the parts that matter. I’ve been trying to “bring fingering back”, and on certain settings this feels like one of the good types of finger bangs, which is honestly all I need. It’s quite hard to describe using the usual ‘rumbly’ or ‘buzzy’ terms, as it just feels like a different sensation to a standard vibe. I’d say this isn’t a quick toy, but it’s worthy of you giving it the time and attention it needs. However, once you get used to it and find out how it works for you it can do so much. I will say that it may not be for everyone, and as I said previously, it is quite a unique sensation. My favourite is using this hands free internally – I tend to pop a pillow between my legs too but it will stay hands free without this. I find the pillow or using a light touch maximises the thrusting action – holding it too tightly seems to minimise it quite a bit. It’s also amazing for edging and building yourself up, then combining with a clit toy for an amazing, blended orgasm. It also feels glorious externally lengthways against my vulva and because of the motion of the toy, I really don’t have to put much effort in. This toy holds it charge SO well! It advertises as 3 hours from fully charged and although I haven’t counted every minute, I’d say this was pretty accurate! It’s quite an important feature as you could easily entertain yourself with this toy for hours. Cleaning was fairly easy – I just used a mild antibacterial soap and warm water. What I will say is that this toy attracts dust as if it’s honey to the bees. It’s a shame that this toy doesn’t come with a storage bag, and I would say if you don’t already have one then definitely purchase. I love that it has a travel lock feature and its size means it’s a great choice to take on trips away too. It’s also incredibly quiet – I don’t know how because the sensations are incredible and it feels like it has a lot of power, but it’s stealth like. I am obviously in love with this toy, it has earned its place in my favourite vibes and it goes on rotate with my Sundaze so I’ve always got some Fun Factory banging to hand. The sensation is like no other, and is such a fabulous addition to a toy box that is looking for something different.

Thrust into the limelight!
I’m writing the review as a man, as I got this toy for my wife and we used it together. She is not mega into toys, has never used a thrusting one, and was a little intimidated. Below is our joint review.Aesthetics & ergonomics: this looks really attractive! The colour is nice, the ripples are stylish. The silicone has a lovely soft feel, and there’s a comfortable flex to the toy, especially at the tip. The toy has a really nice weight and feels good to hold, whether you are using it solo or on your partner. The buttons also feel good quality with a haptic *click* when you press them. Overall, it is very stylish and well made.Performance: although it’s the petite version, the size felt good and not too thin. It’s roughly comparable to an average penis size. Once we switched on the toy, we were surprised that it wasn’t immediately intense. On the slow setting, it’s quite subtle – but once we found the higher settings, it did heat up! We also found that the toy performs much better hands-free. If you are gripping the handle, the thrusting is noticeably reduced. So it is best for solo play, or with your partner touching elsewhere. It also stays in place remarkably well when used hands-free. My wife was able to cum quickly and intensely, though only in tandem with clitoral touching. She’s still not sure if she could climax with just the toy internally, but maybe she’s just racing for the finish line! Either way, the toy definitely enhanced things. She’s had fun with it, and I really enjoyed using this on her more than a regular vibrator.Practicalities: the toy is pretty quiet compared to a buzzing vibrator, and we felt you could be discreet with it if needed. Charging is quick and it holds a good amount of power. However, it’s one of those annoying magnetic chargers that disconnects very easily if you don’t have a perfectly flat surface. Cleaning also very easy, but there is a little groove between the shaft and the handle which can collect residue. We found the toy was fine to use, but someone with lessened dexterity might find the charging and cleaning a deal breaker.Overall, we recommend this as a stylish, powerful toy whose quality makes it good value for money.

Surpassed my high expectations
I normally try to be cool and collected putting my name down for review items, but the second this came up as a test item I actually begged, and was delighted to receive this as a tester! Having already reviewed the very similar Fun Factory Sundaze I knew this was going to be amazing. It was even better than I thought, and I had very high expectations. It can be quite hard to find decent quality toys in the smaller sizes so I’m really happy that fun factory are catering to the non-size-queens among us! It isn’t just a case of only using the tip on bigger toys for the same effect; this changes the girth and often means the vibrations are external so toys are louder and can’t be felt properly, especially with waves and curves, they don’t line up where they’re meant to. These smaller toys from fun factory are a perfect example of good things coming in small packages, and they really pack a punch. I’m going to assume if you’re considering this toy that you will also be looking at the Sundaze and its reviews as well, as they are very similar. While I love both of these, the luxury toys come with a luxury price tag, and most people will be wanting to choose between them, rather than buying both. If I somehow lost both of them, this is the one that I would repurchase, although I might try to hold out for another Fun Factory 20% sale. The key feature of these toys is their thrusting/pulsating vibrations, which I loved in the sundaze, and this Stronic Petite is even better. The buttons , functions, build quality, silicone, it’s all basically the same in the Stronic Petite and Sundaze, the real difference is the shape. They’re both a nice non-phallic design but in very different ways. The deep teal colour is gorgeous, and the wavy ribbed shape is amazing both to feel and look at. It doesn’t have as interesting a range of different vibrations – the Sundaze plays a lot with of different frequencies designed to target different nerve endings, and some of them work better than others for me. The Stronic Petite only really has one “feel” of vibrations, and it’s an awesome low rumble and thrust that really does work for me, meaning I love all of the settings rather than only wanting to use a few. The stronger buzzier Sundaze could cause a little irritation, especially through the hand holding it. The vibrations are also a fair bit quieter than the Sundaze, so it’s definitely the beep of the buttons that is the most noticeable noise. It’s not a really loud beep, but reminds me of when someone beeps the box outside your door when they come to deliver a parcel. There’s also a slight rattle / clunk sound at some angles, I think this is just something that you have to accept with magnetic thrusting toys, they have to have moving parts! They also both run very warm for a toy that’s not sold as warming which I think is to do with the magnets again. I love this as good warming toys are hard to find, and it’s not so toasty it’s a dealbreaker in warm weather. Because of the draggy silicone and how much lube I normally get through I was expecting to have to top up with this toy but I never did. I put it on once to get started, and then the Stronic is so good I never need to go back for more, even after a long session I get wetter over time, rather than having any problems with drying out. I have wondered if the draggy (and lint magnet) silicone is intentional, maybe with being a handsfree thrusting toy it wouldn’t get friction in the same way and might slip out. The Petite is fantastic and much better than the Sundaze for handsfree, once it’s in place and turned on there really is no step 2, just enjoy! I don’t know if it’s the shape or weight but it doesn’t thrust itself out whereas the Sundaze has to be lightly held in place. This will be partially because the Sundaze definitely goes a lot harder, so if you’re looking for something that feels more like deep thrusting and strong buzzy vibrations that travel a really long way, it might be a better choice than the Petite. If you’re more after G-spot or A-spot massage with rumbly vibes and ridges for these hotspots the Petite wins. I also found that the waves worked really well to use if you wanted to thrust it yourself, which is something that didn’t work at all in the sundaze – think person on bottom throwing off person on top’s rhythm! I think this is down to the shape, no matter where the toy is when it thrusts itself, at least one of those ribbed waves is going to be touching somewhere good, and they feel great just as the shape even without vibrations. The Petite didn’t require any warm up to get going with, which the Sundaze did – this actually a plus for both toys as the sundaze has much better vibrations for using externally to start with as a wand before using the chunky G-Spot head. The very slim tip on the Petite instead means that it’s great for nestling up to my A-spot without bashing my cervix. I have a preference for toys this size because I have an unusually low cervix, but if you’re looking at a “petite” for the same reason I can recommend this toy. Something that deserves more than a passing mention is how accessible this toy is – it really is self thrusting and just has to be put into place once to enjoy, the buttons are simple to use (on/off, up, down) and beep so you know you’ve pressed it correctly / whether you’ve run out of the functions, they’re small but raised hard plastic buttons which are far easier to press than the embedded silicone type that sink in. You can even press them by pushing the whole toy against a firm surface like a headboard – the handle is curved so you can roll over the specific button you’re after, and the vibrations don’t hurt my hand to hold it which many toys including the Sundaze do. Even the charger (which being honest, I hate) fits with this – if you dangle the cable near it enough times, it’ll hitch on the magnets itself without much dexterity or any strength being required, unlike the self healing silicone pin chargers. It is a bit of a nuisance with a fragile connection, but at least you hardly ever have to charge it with the great battery life. Oddly these toys remind me of the far more budget-friendly LH Satisfy Me dildos I started out my journey with – good yet draggy silicone, one with a bulbed head for G-spot, one with the curves / waves. In a matching way, I prefer the Curve with its waves to the G-Spot dildo. Until now nothing I’d tried had actually fulfilled my wavy needs better than the Satisfy Me Curve Dildo, so if you have a preference of these toys it could help you choose! Both toys have the same slow build up that I initially intended to save for special occasions since it’s not very suited for a quickie or power queens, as they focus on what I can only describe as “depth” rather than strength of vibrations, but I have to say I’ve been finding a lot more excuses for special occasions. For me, this Petite is definitely the winner especially at the slightly lower price point, but there are very good reasons to choose each of them, and I am very happy to have both.

You really can’t go wrong with Fun Factory
As in the title you really can’t go wrong with it. I got a tester of the mini pinky orange vibe several years ago and finally upgraded to this one. What can I say more than the vibe is strong, the feel is good, and this is one of my favourite toys…though I have to say…I might have gone for a too smaller one, so I might treat myself and upgrade the larger size in the future.

Super Stronic
As a single, 32-year old woman who owns half of Lovehoney’s warehouse, I can honestly say that I have been missing out. I have a couple of Fun Factory’s vibrators but this was my first pulsator. I had this in my saved items for ages and held out buying it for a long-time because of the price tag. However, with a discount I got it for just over £70. It is beautiful! I’ll start by saying that I am a Power Queen. Yes, I own about 13 wands and several suction toys and they are always used on at least 75% power. Therefore, I was a little reluctant when I read that Stronic Petite is suitable for beginners. However, I was very, very pleasantly surprised. Despite the small(ish) size (an insert-able 4 inches) it packs a whole lotta punch! As my first pulsator, this is absolutely the right size. I love Fun Factory’s packaging, I know that sounds a bit odd but it’s fun, colourful and playful which just makes buying a sex-toy even more enjoyable. The Stronic Petite comes with an instructional booklet (all very helpful) but also has some fun sex facts and myths included and some brilliant illustrations! Trust me, I sat and read the booklet cover to cover. Whilst it packs a serious pleasure punch with the patterns and speeds, it is the quietest sex toy I have ever owned. Even by myself in a silent bedroom at 1 (OK, 3) am, I could not hear a sound from this thing. My only bit of advice would be to make sure you use a lotta lube, or a condom. I personally enjoy the ridges as they help with stimulation but can sometimes ‘drag’ slightly’. Particularly when beginning or after orgasm.

Excellent
A very high quality toy that seems to deliver. This is the first pulsator ever for my girlfriend, but so far she likes it pretty much. Don’t expect as much thrusting as a real person!

Service great, I simply don’t like what I bought
It’s a shame that the first time I buy a really expensive toy, I don’t like it at all.

Meh
I really though the thrusting action would have been stronger. Design is mediocre. Not my favorite options.
